The unit was fully stocked with everything you would need. The view was beautiful. All our questions were answered very quickly. Very nice accommodations. As we are "seniors" the many stairways were a little difficult to maneuver. Definitely not ADA accessible.

le studio était tout à fait parfait, de par sa situation, à pied d'une des plus belle plage de St-Martin avec plusieurs petits clubs de plage avec transats et excellent repas, le bikini beach club était notre favori... Nous avons profité aussi de la piscine du complexe qui est très propre et entretenue chaque matin. Le studio était très propre et La terrasse merveilleuse pour nos petits déjeuners et nos dîners du soir. Dans le complexe il y a un petit resto pizza, La pizza y est excellente, mais il y a aussi de très bons restos tout près comme le sol e luna et le studio est à 8 minutes de grand case où il y a de fabuleux restos... tout y est très près le traversier pour l'ilet pinel à 5 minutes. Il y a aussi une petite épicerie à environ 3 minutes en voiture et une autre très grande à une quinzaines de minutes. J'hésitais à donner mes commentaires car je suis possessive je voudrais garder cet endroit juste pour moi... ha!ha! mais nous avons un service excellent des proprios et du couple qui s'occupe du studio à St-Martin ils méritent ces commentaires positifs. Je vais y retourner assurément. Merci 😊

Komplett eingerichtetes Apartment mit super Blick auf Meer, Strand und Berge. Großes modern eingerichtetes Wohn-/Esszimmer, das durch Öffnen einer großen Balkon-Glasschiebetür, die komplett hinter einer Verbledung verschwindet, den Nutzbaren Raum noch größer macht. Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien. Auch aufwendigeres Kochen dadurch möglich. Schlafzimmer mit für französische Verhältnisse großem Bett mit guter Matratze. Sehr gut funktionierende stufenlos regelbare Klimaanlage, die das Schlafen im Zimmer angenehm macht. Sehr gut funktionierendes W-LAN. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock einer Wohnanlage mit über 200 Wohneinheiten. Dennoch ist ein ruhiger ungestörter Aufenthalt möglich. Zur Anlage gehört eine großzügige gut gepflegte Poolanlage mit einer großen Anzahl Liegestühle, die während unseres Aufenthaltes nur spärlich genutzt wurden. Es gibt jedoch keinerlei Restaration im Poolbereich. Von der Poolanlage direkter Zugang zum ca. 3 km langen Orient-Beach. Schöne, lange Stransspaziergänge sind dadurch möglich. Am Strand viele Möglichkeiten zum Wassersport, sowie Restaurationen mit Liegestuhlverleih. Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes am Strandabschnitt vor unserer Ferienanlage ein erhöhtes Algenaufkommen, sodass ein Schwimen dort unangenehm war. Am Empfang der Anlage ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen mit täglich frischem Baguettes und Croissants sowie eine kleine Pizzeria mit Pizzen von guter Qualität und freundlichem Service. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sowohl bei An- als auch bei Abreise unproblematisch. Ein Mietwagen ist bei Aufenthalt in der Anlage unbedingt empfehlenswert. Zu beachten ist, dass zwischen Parkplatz und Appartement eine gewisse Wegstrecke- auch mit Gepäck und Einkäufen - zurück zu legen ist. Für Selbstversorger zu empfehlen ist die Boulangerie sowie die Boucherie/ Traiteur, die sich beide kurz hinter dem Kreisel zur Inselrundstraße Richtung Philipsburg befinden. Empfehlenswert Ist auch eine Tagestour zur Insel Pinel vorzugsweise mit einem gemietetem Kajak. Dort per Fußweg den relativ leeren Strand auf der Inselnordseite besuchen, schöne Schnorchelmöglichkeit. Zum Essen kann man ins nahe gelegene Grand Case fahren. Hier hat man eine große Auswahl an Restaurationen von einfacher karibischer Küche (Lolos) bin hin zu französischen Gourmetrestaurants, empfelenswert: "La Villa" mit Menü-Festpreis. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

The view was amazing amd it was very relaxing to sit there at night and listen to the waves crash onto the shores of Orient beach! The beach itself was beautiful beyond words. We walked it almost every day. Everyone is very friendly. Local food was delicious. Line and Mark were extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we had about the area or the condo. I would refer this property to any family or friends looking to visit St. Martin. If and when my husband and I ever get a chance to return, we would definitely stay here again. Had a great vacation. Condo was very close to the beach. Clean, well maintained. Property manager Suzon & Jeremy were a pleasure. Condo owners were great as well any issues were taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend staying here.

We spent 2 weeks at Sea Palm (we have stayed multiple times) and continue to be impressed by this studio. Sea Palm offers everything you need to enjoy a great vacation in the Orient Beach area. The studio is comfortable, has all the amenities (wifi, cable tv, scenic balcony, etc) that you need. The property is well maintained and the owners are great to work with. This property is great for a beach getaway, girls trip, or romantic vacation for two. It is well equiped with a refrigerator, stove/cooktop, dishwasher-along with all the basic essentials. Mont Vernon offers an on-site restaurant or there are many options for dining in close proximity. If you are looking for a great property, no matter what the occasion, this property meets and exceeds all expectations in the Mont Vernon/Orient Beach area.

This was our first trip to St. Martin and I am so happy we choose this lovely condo in this quiet NE corner of the Island. I can not imagine how important this might be in "high season" A few notes: - Pool truly is big, clean and swimmable, and literally at the edge of the beginning of the sand beach on the ocean(the pictures are real!). - Surf and wind is pretty constant on this side, I liked it, my wife made sure we made a day to swim over on the calm side of the Island too. - It is a little hike from the parking area to the condo, so do accept the offer of help with your bags. - The furniture, kitchen and appliances are all new and the architecture of the renovation is sophisticated and efficient. - The private patio is great, had breakfast there every day. - They have it all - except washing machine, though there is a nice wash and fold in the complex, 24 hr. service. - The little restaurant and wash & fold laundry at the top of the hill in the "resort" is a hidden gem, try the "Norwegian Pizza". - The French colonial restaurant, Sol e Luna, up the street, that Marc & Line recommend, is magical. - The "etang" or marsh/slough visible through the trees is a great birdwatching natural area, there is a little dock/blind off the parking area where you can take pictures. We saw a HUGE(1 M long) Iguana near there. LOCAL COLOR - If you stay over here in this area, at this condo style redo of the ex Hotel Mt. Vernon particularly, a morning or afternoon trip to Isle Pinel is "de rigueur". The island, Isle Pinel, is a fun little microcosm of these windward islands with a little nature hike and then in the water service at the two bar/cafes at the little hourly ferry dock. - We spent a afternoon in Grand Case, another afternoon we spent at Grand Case Beach club so we could swim on the glassy smooth side of island - We spent an afternoon in Marigot. Plan on the market days, make time to walk around. - We drove to airport through the Dutch side, there were no "0" cruise ships in port that day so was pretty civilized. Beware of the cruise ships count when planning your time there. - If you miss American groceries try the super markets on the Dutch side, if you are an Francophile stick to the French side. - Want an adventure, and potentially loose your car rental deposit, rent a more rugged four wheel drive and go up to the top of Pic Paradis

We had a great time staying at the Sea Palm. The condo was very clean, stylish, and functional- we especially liked the large balcony which was like an extension of the living room- the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking! Mt Vernon is surrounded by unspoiled nature; and yet conveniently located close to supermarkets, restaurants and water sport activities. The close proximity to pool and beach was a definite plus. The hosts Marc and Line were very responsive throughout the whole process. We can highly recommend this place!

This was our 5th visit to St. Martin, and the 5th time we have stayed at Mont Vernon. We can't imagine staying anywhere else. Our first time in this unit. This is by far the nicest place yet for us. Everything was clean and fresh and the owners were very helpful with all details. We will be back next year!

Excellent condo! Everything you expected and even more! Very well equipped, clean and conveniently situated. Very important for us was the pool located right on the beach, so you can feel breeze from the ocean, see all that and walk right out to it. We definitely would recommend this place and will come back to enjoy buitiful night on the balcony. Owners were very responsive and just a call away. Thank you very much for our great time in St Martin!

Marc and Line were amazing, helpful, communicative and available. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. We throughly enjoyed our stay as we were steps from the pool and the beach, a wonderful treat. When we visit St Maarten we will stay there again and will recommend to our friends

The environment was modern, clean and thoughtfully stocked with all of the basic necessities. Overall, theapartment was more than we expected. The views of the ocean were wonderful and having the sound of the sea added to the experience. The hosts were always helpful with questions and suggestions. The folks that greeted us in the property were also very accommodating and lovely. The location could not be better! Well worth the price and we look forward to being back as well as recommending it to friends and family.

My wife and I stayed at Sea Palm for one week in Mid-November and enjoyed it immensely. We have made several trips to St. Martin and specifically to Mont Vernon, and Sea Palm was our best yet. The studio is very clean, well equipped, comfortable and offers everything you need to enjoy a great vacation, quick getaway or romantic time with loved ones. We enjoyed the convenience and the comfort of Sea Palm with it's proximity to great restaurants, convenient pizza on site or having a candlelight dinner on the balcony. It is also apparent that Mont Vernon is continuing to improve with every trip. The owners/manager (Line/Suzon) are very accommodating and respond quickly to any needs you may have while in St. Martin. We can't wait to be back at Sea Palm---only for a longer period next trip!
