Great ski vacation!
Amazing house with convenient location to Deer Valley and Park City! Perfect for multiple families. The house had great amenities and was well stocked. Owner was easy to communicate with throughout booking and stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot for family gathering
We had 15 family members ranging in age from 9 to 79 and the house had plenty of room. The house was in great shape and Walt was very responsive to all our needs. Highlights included steam showers, hot tub, pool table, big kitchen and awesome outdoor spaces to eat dinner outside and take in the views. Plus, there were some fun moose and wild turkey sightings (literally strolling through the property). Would definitely plan to come back again to try a winter vacation. Great family or large group setting. Thanks Walt!

Amazing Home with Fabulous Views! Don’t miss this house!
We stayed with two families (9 people total) and had a fabulous time! Beautiful home, lovely views, owners were so nice, informative and responsive to all our questions! We have now done this a few times (worked remotely for the week while our kids had a change of scenery & activities). This is by far one of our favorite homes, great location/amenities - we will try to make it back! Highly recommend!

Awesome House in Park City - Solamere
We had a fabulous week in Park City and one reason was the great house we booked. The owners couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. The house was beautifully appointed, had great views, and accommodated our family of 13. It was 1 mile from Deer Valley, 2 miles from downtown Park City and 3 miles from Park City ski area. Great location! No complaints. We’d definitely return!!!

Great Spot!
Large home, very spacious for our 3 families of 4 to spread out and have plenty of room. Walt was very resourceful and helpful throughout our stay. The house was stocked with most basic necessities which was a nice touch. We recommend!

Stunning and cozy

Fabulous home and location!
The pictures on website do not do property justice. My family of 11 had a wonderful time. We had an infant, 1 year old and 3 year old and house came with two cribs, high chair and toys with the most perfect childproof fence that serves as a giant playpen. The home had the most perfect hill on the side for great family fun and sledding. The owners were gracious and allowed us to checkin early with our early flight arrival. The steam rooms and dry sauna were a plus. Our family wanted to stay in every evening after skiing and order in. Jeanne and Walt had a most informative and organized welcome book with instructions and recommendations. Don’t hesitate to rent this 5 star resort! The perfect home away from home.

Amazing Home for Family Ski Vacation
We have been doing this annual Xmas Ski trip for twenty years with our family. This house is the best we ever had, just beautiful and perfect for a big family like ours. On line descriptions are the best and most accurate.
Walter generously provided every thing that we might need . we were 12 adults and one toddler, he even provided toys , and hi chairs for my grand daughter.
Definitely 5- Start to the House and 5- star owner !

A wonderful week!
There were 13 of us, all adults, who called this wonderful home our retreat for a week. We hated to leave! The owner, Walt, depicted this home exactly how it was when we arrived. He was also very responsive to us throughout our stay. Park City was excellent , but we had a couple of nights where we decided to stay in and enjoy the home instead of eating out. Every room had enough space for all to gather in. The patio was wonderful in the cooler evenings. We all meet each summer and visit a new location. Unanimously, we said we would never find such a great home in the future! Definitely a 5-star home! You will be sure to have anything and everything there for your vacation.

We had an excellent trip with a large family. Walter provides many items for kids including a play pen, pak and play, and high chair that were put to good use.

Best family vacation ever!
This is a beautiful, spacious home. We are a large family and used every bed space. Everyone was comfortable and happy. We had brought extra supplies ( bathroom tissue, paper towels, soaps, detergents, etc) but did not need them as EVERYTHING was supplied by owner. Walt & Jean we’re always available by email, text or phone to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone & everyone.

Large Family Vacation
A beautiful house in a great location with magnificent views in many locations inside and outside the home. Close to town and so many area activities. Plenty of room so everyone has space as extremely well laid out floor plans. The owner could not be more available and always so helpful. We went in summer and are discussing coming back in Autumn and Winter. As a family we have rented many homes all over the US & Caribbean for these vacations and this was one of the best experiences.

Luxury Ski Chateau!
AMAZING! The views from the home were incredible. The location for access to Deer Park was excellent.
The owners were fantastic. They answered our questions in a timely fashion and addressed any concerns we had immediately. Information was sent to us in a timely manner.
The configuration of the home is made with large families in mind. We had a total of 17 people, eight adults and nine children. We never felt crowded.
Our youngest granddaughter summed it up perfectly. This place is so beautiful. This home is so beautiful. I just want them to know how much I love it.

Picture Perfect
This is the 2nd year in a row of staying at this lovely home with our children and grandchildren. The home is absolutely beautiful and filled with so many amenities. Plenty of rooms to accommodate all our family. Even had baby items for our 6 month old grandson.
The owners of the home, Walt and Jeanne are always available to answer any questions or offer any suggestions.

Beautiful home - Even Better than the Pictures
Our family of 11 stayed here in Jan 2019. The house is absolutely stunning - even better than shown in the pictures. All of the common spaces are oversized. Our family of 11 never felt the slightest bit crowded.

Magnificent house for our family reunion!
Our family all gathered from various cities to spend a special time together. The house was perfect for us, plenty of room to gather together, yet also to spend romantic time on our own. The decor is elegant, yet warm and homelike. The kitchen, living and dining area are fabulous and we each enjoyed our bedroom and bathroom adjoined suites. Incredible views from most rooms. The warm garage and automatic snow melting driveway are luxurious too! Walt is an attentive and helpful property owner. We hope to return!

The house was amazing. Better than any picture posted here!
We could not have asked for a better place to spend Christmas. The house and all of its furnishings were perfect for a large group. The kids loved the hot tub, pool table and the large dining room table which was great for card games!
