The home was clean, well stocked, and had an excellent location to downtown and Purg resort. Bathrooms amenities were great and unit was stocked with some paper products and soap so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Fans in the bedrooms were great to have with the August heat (no A/C). For those looking to rent this unit in the summer just keep in mind with the windows open you do hear the highway/road noise. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the owner was great. Answered questions, checked on us and was very friendly. The property is beautiful. The Kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Beds were so clean and comfortable. Large soaking tub plus large walk in shower. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. This was our family vacation and we felt right at home. Will definitely book here again!

The location and layout is great. Lots of stairs. It does not have AC which is common in this area but can be uncomfortable late afternoon or evening if it doesn’t rain so watch the weather.

Love this condo. It was clean and communication was great! It is close to the highway and you will be sleeping with windows open in the summer due to no A/C, but with windows closed, you can’t hear the highway. I would recommend this place.

Other than the amount of stairs you have climb to enter the condo and no air conditioner, everything was terrific.

This wonderful property was very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location north of town with easy access to the main highway. The home is very quiet and well maintained. The couch in the family room could be replaced, but all other furnishings, linens, and appliances were top notch. We will return.

This was a clean place with perfect location. The trolly was great and we didn’t have to drive they town. I recommend downloading the app. Management was easy to get ahold of. They said there was a. Rock pot there is not. We loved it

Very roomy and well equiped. Closeness to US550 made it easy to travel into Durango or elsewhere although this closeness resulted in road noise audible within the apartment.

Glad none of us had mobility issues. Three flights of steep stairs. Home was nice and comfy. Would highly recommend it.

Place was clean, layout is easy with the bedrooms upstairs, and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. We did find ourselves awake at night with late night arrivals from neighbors in the complex, and our last night had hammer like pounding coming from the adjoining condo - we're speculating that it's a remodeling job. We would still recommend staying in this unit, and if we return to Durango, we would rent this it again.

This was a great property on the north side of Durango. The kitchen was equipped, the furnishings were great, and it was very convenient to everything in the valley. Good property for family vacations. It does have quite a bit of stairs so may be challenging if you don't handle stairs well.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. It was in a quiet part of town and very close to all we did. The stairs might be a problem for anyone with a mobility issue, but didn't cause us any problems. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean. Well stocked. Beds were great! I do wish the listing reminded visitors that there is no a/c so box fans are almost a must. If you aren't from the area it can be a bit stressful to arrive in the summer and figure out how to cool the upstairs. The smoke detector went off at 9 pm and we were able to immediately get in touch with a property manager who was very helpful. I loved the balconies and the outdoor grill. I would however like the listing to disclose that there is a balcony in the bunk room. Had we had smaller kids, this would have been stressful. Overall, amazing experience.

We loved this home. It was big and spacious! It was located right outside of town which we enjoyed! There were balconies everywhere so u could enjoy the outdoors.

The condo is in excellent condition and very clean. Everything we needed was available to us. The garage made it easy to store our bikes as well. The only complaint was the street noise being so close to the highway. This was no fault of the owners, simply where it’s located.

We really enjoyed this condo. The rental company that managed the property was very convenient and easy to get a hold of. We were having some internet issues and they were willing to send out a tech person. We ended up resolving the issue but it was very kind that they were going to send somebody on demand. The use of the garage made it convenient for us as we were on motorcycles. This property is also located close to a trolley car that made getting to downtown Durango very easy. I would recommend this property for anybody that wants to check out Durango and the surrounding area.

Spacious, clean, well supplied kitchen(everything a cook could want). Plenty of towels. Only downside was no AC which apparently is common for CO. There are ceiling fans and also oscillating fans which were helpful. Also traffic was loud with windows open . Overall a nice place to stay!

Nice property -- was super hot (outside), so had to open windows at night to pull air through (worked like a charm with the fans and windows), but was a little noisy as the location is right off of 550. But plenty of space, convenient to downtown (and hot springs!). Really liked having a garage to park in. The unit has steep stairs (it is a tri level), so may not be a great place for folks with little kids (unless you block off the stairs). The TV only would access the cable (couldn't get to netflix, prime, etc.), but property management was very responsive. Liked that the unit had washer/drier and had plenty of dishes and nice big kitchen. Overall enjoyed our stay and the location!

This property sits in a quiet area on the outskirts of Durango, 5 minutes from the town center. It was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic views, very spacious. The shower was phenomenal. Only downside, internet didn’t work. Ended up being a complete getaway without it but it would have been nice to have it.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Durango. Very convenient to downtown Durango but on the north side of town, making it easier to get to Purgatory Ski Resort. The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with what it needed for cooking your own meals. Especially with Covid-19 restrictions on all restaurants in town, having the necessary tools to prepare your own meals is very important. The natural gas plumbed grill was a nice surprise and was used often. Overall a great place to stay and relax in Durango. Recommend it to anybody toting their kiddos on vacation in Southern Colorado!

We had only one issue (with the WiFi) and the property manager and owner both responded rapidly to get the issue resolved. The condo is in a great and easily accessible location, and we especially enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and family room area on the main floor. Having access to park a car in the garage was a welcome bonus, even though winter hasn't yet fully arrived in Durango. We would very highly recommend this condo to any small group or family visiting the Durango area.
