What an amazing house! We rented the entire house for a family Thanksgiving dinner. Carmen and Dave greeted us at arrival with a tour of all the amenities they have to offer. The house has everything we needed for our stay. I mean everything! Beach access steps away. New Smyrna Beach is awesome! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Thank you Carmen and Dave

New Smyrna has always been one of my favorite beaches in Florida. Beautiful beach and plenty of amazing restaurants. This property was perfect for our extended family. The house had plenty of towels, chairs and beach toys for our family. I really appreciated the sound proofing between the upstairs and downstairs, as our adult children like to stay up late. I didn’t hear a thing and am a light sleeper. The cleanliness of the property was impressive. It is a big place with lots of decor, but was very clean. I would definitely recommend this property.

Sea Vista Tiki Bar just 100 yards away. All the comforts of home when it comes to the kitchen as well! We loved every minute and we will be back!!

The house was so well located nd laid out conveniently, All necessary daily living items were on hand. The hosts made very special efforts to make this a great experience for our 50th Anniversary celebration!

The location provided all the great fun of being Oceanside with close Restaurants and Shopping. The added bonus was the enjoyment and unexpected fun of also staying indoors. Great location and perfect for a large group.

We stayed for a family reunion for my parent's 60th anniversary. We rented both the top and the bottom apt and filled every bed. I would definitely recommend this rental. The location is wonderful. A short walk to the beach. We walked down the beach to Flagler Avenue - which is a bit of a long walk but not too far. The house was great. Lots of parking. The rental agent was great - very cooperative and met us right on time. The interior of the house is roomy and well set up but it is VERY decorated so if you have little ones who like to pick stuff up - take a look at the pics online and be aware. Thanks to the owners for a great vacation place for our family!

Unique style. Laid back energy. A very short walk to the beautiful beach. Really close to an awesome health food store, grocery and restaurants. I'm checking my calendar for our next stay!

The turquoise turtle house was Beautiful And clean. It was only steps to the ocean. Property management & owners were very helpful and nice. Great overall experience.

Beautiful sparkling clean home with ocean views from most oceanside rooms. Fresh linens and towels and several personal touches made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this home. Everything was exactly as pictured. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very pleased. The decor was so interesting --we noticed something different every time we looked around. The home is located very close to the beach with an easy walkway. The outside setting is quite relaxing--tables and chairs on both the upper and lower levels are very conducive to leisurely dining. We would certainly be happy to return to this enchanting vacation spot.

We are so happy we found this beautiful place! Absolutely stunning! Steps from the beach! Super clean! You will not want to leave this amazing house! Immaculatey decorated with beautiful pieces of art! Do yourself a favor and stay here! We will be back for sure!!

We had a perfect girls' weekend getaway. The house is stunning, with plenty of room and sleeping capacity. It feels utterly beachy and feminine. While you can't actually see the beach, it's close enough to hear the waves, and is about a one minute walk. Lori, the manager, met us there, and was extremely helpful and friendly before our arrival and during. I would highly recommend this property!

Our family used this house for a family reunion which included 4 generations. The location was perfect for beach and shopping ease. We had the entire house, upstairs and downstairs units. The 2 kitchens allowed plenty of room for cooking, and storing food for all of us for the 5 days. We had 4 under the age of 4 and the way the owners have the house arranged, we could close off stairs to protect the little ones. The owners personally child proofed this house for us, were delightful to meet and are proud of their "this is a house for families to gather and have fun" spot in NSB. The linens were of high quality, well stocked kitchens, and plenty of outside seating to further enjoy Florida days. The highlights of this house over another rental are the location, the 2 kitchens and the accommodating owners.
