Everything was as promised. Except the HOA or whoever schedules work DID NOT let us know there was going to be workers with noisy power tools right outside our front window every day during our stay. We had booked this nice unit near the ocean because my sister was recovering from cancer surgery and needed the extra peace and quiet. Can you imagine how I felt when we found out workers would be standing in the front window area every day using power tools? Beyond disappointed. So I contacted the HOA and they said there was nothing they could do about it--they it was within their rights to have the work done on the unit below ours. There was simply no compromise, and I was shocked. We did not allow this to ruin the trip because the unit was still beautiful and the area is amazing. But the pristine Ocean View was only a dream on this trip. We had workers literally standing in the front window area most of every day. Operating power tools for the awning of the unit below. Just make sure you ask lots of questions before you go to make sure you know if renovations will impact your stay.

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful location. We have two young children (ages 4 and 5). One of the best vacations we have ever taken. The entire staff was amazing and attentive to all of our needs. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed (including an amazing view). We are already planning our next trip back!

Great beach front property! The three bedrooms are great size. The bunk room worked perfect for our 3 boys. Housekeeping was wonderful. she helped with keeping the place picked up and made a wonderful breakfast every day. Omar was fantastic. He coordinated everything we needed. They did an excellent job with the grocery shopping. He helped us book dinner reservations and zip-lining. The golf cart was great. Favorite beach club was Kapuri. Excellent views from the condo. You won’t be disappointed!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in this home. The views to the ocean are great. The location is perfect with easy access to the golf cart or a walk to town. The staff was very helpful. Victoria our housekeeper made amazing meals. My only small complaints was there was no ice upon our arrival (made it difficult to have a margarita to start our trip); we ran out of filtered water with a day left in our trip; and the kitchen utensils were a little limited for the few times we cooked. Those are little things but should be improved upon. We would stay here again for sure and recommend

It was the perfect holiday stay! We so much enjoyed this beautiful property. Omar (property manager) and housekeeping V (what we called her) was beyond incredible! We so want to make this an annual trip here! It was beyond our expectations! So beautiful! Omar did everything for us to make our experience the best of the best! House is gorgeous!

Rental process was easy, stay was amazing! The view, with boats sprinkling the horizon, was breath taking at all times of day. The people who worked at the house were so kind and helpful, Veronica made AMAZING breakfasts! The beach access was a major bonus for the stay. Would absolutely recommend. Incredible stay.

We’ve been coming to HDM every year since 2016, staying in various water front units and this condo was by far the cleanest and most comfortable (beds) of them all. The host was responsive and professional. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again next year.

The location within Punta Mita is great if you want quick access to activities and the town "outside the gate" next door. The concierge service was really helpful and the service top notch. This is a great place for group of friends of family get together.

Everything was awesome!

We loved every minute staying at this gorgeous property. It is spacious, comfortable, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony, and sparkling clean. The grounds are immaculately groomed. The grandkids loved riding in the golf cart, and we did too! So many wonderful beach clubs to visit in the resort too! Daniela was excellent in preplanning our visit and accommodated every need. Raphael, our personal concierge, was always available to answer questions. He stopped by almost every day to check in. Excellent experience!

This property is perfect for families, like ours, who want to be close to all the best amenities that Punta Mita has to offer. This condos is absolutely beautiful, with a great team, that will help make your stay relaxing and unforgettable!

The property had magnificent views of the beach. The check-in process was incredibly easy - quick to respond to emails/messages prior to / during our arrival and was present upon arrival to the Villa. Great location to town, safe, and fun!

Huge unit with beautiful ocean views and great location! Was perfect for two families of 4 to share. The beach clubs are all amazing and a fun/easy drive in the golf cart. And plenty of food options at the beach clubs as well as in town. The pool for our building felt like our own private pool and if you want to surf or paddle board you can rent nearby right on the beach. If you have a car and want to head north to Sayulita for the day, it’s an easy drive. Concierge was always available to help with anything.

We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous villa. It is well provisioned and perfectly located right on the beach. Loved it and will be back!

We loved our time at Hacienda de Mita! The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed and our concierge, Jasmine, was super helpful and amazing. Highly recommend this place. We especially enjoyed the large patio and comfy furnishings.

My husband, two 18 year old girls and I just spent a week at Hacienda de Mita. The unit is spotless and exactly as pictured. The outdoor area is expansive with beautiful views of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the patio. Beds are king size and extremely comfortable. The unit is well appointed and extremely quiet too!The location is ideal as there is a walking gate at the edge of the property that will take you directly into town but the 6 seater golf cart was just as easy and convenient. At times parking in town is difficult so having the option to walk was great!The concierge service is top notch. Daniela made all reservations for us for airport transfers, dining and activities (stand up paddle boarding, in room massages and a snorkeling/boating/whale watching outing). Every recommendation she made to us was thoroughly enjoyed. Yazmin checked in on us daily and took care of the day-to-day questions, always making sure we were comfortable. The concierge service also greatly helped with the COVID testing to return to the US. The housekeeper, Alma, came daily and gave the unit a thorough clean. She even made the most delicious guacamole and pico for us that was there when we arrived. Everyone was very top notch!We will most definitely be returning! Highly recommend.

This condo is spacious and well-appointed and worked great for our family and another family.

This property was clean and large enough for our whole family to be comfortable. The service was stellar. We particularly enjoyed the available private chef service which our family enjoyed one evening for a relaxing dinner on the ocean front deck. The golf cart access allowed us to visit all the other beach areas in Punta Mita. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay in this condo on another visit.

We really enjoyed our week in Punta Mita. Beautiful decorations and quality items in this big unit. Great location with privacy on end unit and amazing view of the ocean. minutes walk into town and the restaurants and shops there. Well stocked. Very comfortable for two families especially with kids. Concierge was very helpful. Beach clubs especially the new Kupuna were great. We wanted to move in permanently! Only downsides are beach in front of the unit is rocky (but great for surfing) and bunk beds are small - best for young kids.
