Good location within walking to town. The unit had comfortable beds but we had issues during our 4-day stay: -no toaster when we arrived one delivered the next day, but was so dirty we bought one for ourselves which we used during our stay — heat didn’t work initially so they left a portable heater by the front door — Fireplace remote battery went out the 3rd night (no other way to use fireplace) but used the portable heater and wall unit heaters didn’t work the first day but intermittently did afterwards. — awful smell when we arrived, we finally identified was the washer with mildew which we couldn’t use. — stove and oven worked well, some of the pans should be removed. This was our first stay through Vacasa, not a great experience.

We loved our stay here. Great distance from down and we walked there 95% of the time. Right across the stress from the adventure park. Great it had reserved parking for one car. House was warm and clean when we arrived. Only negative is sometimes upstairs neighbors were loud but comes with staying in an apartment. But I would 100% happily stay here again in the future

Enjoyed the property and its location

There were six of us on this trip, there was enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. It’s a cute place and nicely decorated. It was clean and clearly well taken care of. It’s in a good location. There were complimentary shower items. The beds were comfortable! We were able to see some people go up the mountain at the adventure park from the living room. And we were able to take a nice stroll around the area at night. Close to town. Heater kicked in at night - was a bit hot. Other than that it was a great stay! Wish we were able to actually come in the day we had originally planned. 10/10 highly recommend!

The location is just a few blocks from The amusement park. The apartment was perfect for my four daughters and myself. Fully equipped kitchen and baths. Comfy and close driving distance to the shops. Would stay there again.

The condo was good. The window was broken, I do wish I had been informed that it was broken. other than that, it was pleasant

When we first arrived it smelled strongly of leaking gas. We immediately vacated and contacted the number provided, both via text and call. After 30 minutes I received this message: "Hello, and thank you for getting in touch with Vacasa! I am very sorry about this and the delay in response. I have raised the issue with the local staff and someone will be out to assist you as soon as possible." I would receive this message every time I text, each time only after a large amount of time had passed. No one ever contacted me to assist. I had several text threads going, trying to insure I would not be charged and in the hopes they might have another rental available. By 7:30pm they had solved nothing and were no longer responding to my texts so we had to rent a hotel, grateful something was available and our trip wasn't in Leavenworth's peak season. The customer service was awful, especially in light of the health risk posed to my friends and myself. I was looking forward to a fun stay with my friends and wound up dealing with a headache instead.

The condo was fine (I’d give it a solid 3.5 if that was possible); better stocked than what corporate Vacasa “customer service” indicated when specifically asked. Good access to TV entertainment. Great location. Outside patio has BBQ was nice touch. Beds too soft and creaky, upstairs occupants noisy until 2:00am. My bigger issue is Vacasa inflexibility when we were faced with hazardous air quality and were unable to change the reservation for a later date or another location.

The location was great. Everything in the house was great except the beds and the linens. ALL the beds… the queen in the master and the 2 twins and the couch/bed in the living room were all horribly soft and in really bad shape. There should be some kind of minimum put on what beds you can use. I am not a picky person but could not sleep AT ALL because of the extreme softness and rolling together in the center with my husband. Our friends in the twins couldn’t sleep either due to tunnels in the beds from old age and use. I think a king size bed in the master would have been nice since there was room. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets and bedspread. Also, we only received 1 washcloth to last for 3 days for 2 people. There was NO coffee left to use in the coffee maker which I find to be incredible. We had to go out and buy some after we were already settled in our room for the night. That’s ridiculous! We bought coffee and left it for the next people. There was no list there to tell you how to work stuff with the exception of the Tv. Overall, I will not be staying there again. You need to do a better job in making sure your places are more than minimum condos. If we had gotten sleep it would have been a much more enjoyable experience and after all we are all going for a little RnR. Sincerely, Rick Williams

We really enjoyed our accomodations. The parking space was a little tight but we made it work. There was so much beautiful snow. I would like to come back and visit in the summer as well. Clean accomodations. Great location very close to all downtown festivities.

The unit is just ok. Not horrible, but not all that great either. First, the kitchen is seriously lacking. The whole point in renting a space like this vs a hotel room is to do some of your own cooking. Crappy cookware and not even the basics, like foil, food wrap, cooking spray, ziplocks…. Only a few mugs which were in sad shape. One doesn’t even have a handle, one has a large crack in it… just meh. The living room furniture is uncomfortable. The sofa needs to be replaced. After being out in the cold weather all day, coming back to relax isn’t ideal when the furniture is in such poor shape. The leather chairs are not for kicking up your feet and relaxing which is something you want to do after being out all day. One of the kitchen chairs has a broken leg and there were food crumbs all over the table and seats…for the cleaning fee you pay, I expected better. Bed linens were thin, and there are only a few extra blankets in a closet that were not much to cozy up with. Fireplace clicker doesn’t work, my husband had to get into the bottom portion of unit to tinker with it. It would go a long way if the unit had a small touch of Christmas like a fake tree added this time of year for some warmth. Would not rent this unit again.

Nothing was really "European" but that was fine - it was perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown and nice and quiet.

Checkin was a breeze, condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable… Leavenworth was fun too!

Great location to find some peace and still be able to enjoy the area.

Air conditioner was not working on a very hot weekend. The property did have fans, but did not offer a discount as the cost included an air conditioned home. It was hot.

Over all not a bad place. Only complaint I would have is that was a stain on the Mayer room sheets and the back door lock didn’t always work. Other then that it was a great place.

Bath Fan didn't work and one of the sink lights was burned out. 2 Light fixtures in hall and living room have broken lenses. Some of the dishes were broken or badly chipped. Fireplace didn't work - scheduled for repair but no-one informed us at booking. Bottom closet shelf is so low my shirts touch the floor, upper shelf is only 4" from the ceiling. Neither the owners or Vacasa seem to care much other than getting paid right away. Would not recommend this place. Try World Mark down the street.

Had a wonderful time in Leavenworth. Plenty of space to play cards and hang out when we weren't exploring the town.

The cleaning is ok but the dirty under beds and furniture is not good for allergic persons. Beds are not confortables, too hard for a long week stay. This property has all you need to cook and spend quality time during snow days.

Nice to be able to walk to the village but this place isn’t kept well. Previous reviews said furniture is uncomfortable. That’s putting it nicely. The chairs and couch and pretty much unusable. Light fixtures missing covers. Just bulbs for many. Fireplace didn’t work. Gap under shower door sprayed water on floor. Sheets on bed were dirty. Back door was unlocked. Pizza crust was on floor by washing machine. I’m sure I’m forgetting some.

Wonderful condo for a fun family weekend getaway. Just a short drive to amazing restaurants and shops in downtown Leavenworth. Condo was very clean and comfy.
