Second time staying here and will probably stay here again the next time we come to Marquette. Quiet and clean, close to third street restaurants

Had a great short visit to the UP to check out the area. House was clean, great location and had all the amenities we needed!

Our family stayed at the house while visiting our daughter, a student at NMU. The space was perfect! Comfortable bedrooms with plenty of room to gather in the living room or share a meal. Kitchen is well stocked.

Can’t recommend this place in the heart of the town to experience Marquette. Great place, host and experience for the third year in a row.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Dale's place is close to everything, it was easy to walk or bike to the lake or places to eat. The house was lovely and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a blast! Our twin 3 year old boys had a ball playing in the fenced in back yard. The beach was breath taking and in walking distance. We will for sure be back!!

This was a perfect place due to the location being close to the beach, downtown and NMU. We were able to walk everywhere.

Beautiful home "near" town....We had a great time, was in town for a wedding. We walked everywhere, did not rent a car, but was a good walk to the restaurants and bars --- Wear sensible shoes ;-) If I had it to do again I would have rented a car. Also -- was in the reviews before that the house only has 1 bathroom. We had to take turns getting ready, but knew that going in.

We visit the area almost every year and enjoyed the location of this home! A short walk or bike ride to the beach and bike path, or go into town by Third street. The three bedrooms fit our family well too.

The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was nice for all our kids to have their own space and we enjoyed the comfortable living room and kitchen spaces.

Location, communication were great. Found empty beer cans on window sill. Bathroom needed to be cleaned prior to use

Very nice 3 BR & 1 bath home. Everything was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and the living room was comfy. This is a great location within walking distance to beach and downtown. The only negative is 3 BRs are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs. But still a great place.

Our goal was to get away, relax, and hang out together. All was accomplished. The house is located within walking distance to downtown, to the college, and to the lake. We caught the sunrise on the beach, enjoyed the local breweries, and went to a NMU hockey game without getting in our car. We also did some beautiful hiking within a short drive. The house was perfect for our group. It was clean and well laid out. It had enough space, beds, towels, seating and dishes for all of us, and a kitchen stocked with essentials. If you have small kids or mobility issues, the bathroom situation might be a little tricky as it is located on the main floor of the house and the bedrooms are all upstairs. This was not an issue for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house. We had a great time.

We had a great time on Crescent St for the NMU family weekend! The house was perfect for our needs. Cozy, plenty of room for family meals, convenient location to campus and downtown and sufficient sleeping arrangements! Would definitely recommend to others! 😊

Cute, clean house. Loved the location. Plenty of supplies (towels, dishes, etc) for five people. Ceiling fans and tvs in every bedroom and living area. The only reason we gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because bedrooms are on 2nd floor and bathroom is on 1st floor. We would stay here again!

The property was great for a quick get away to Marquette. Location was great and the house had everything we needed on a quite street. The backyard was even fenced in so we didn't have to worry about a kid escaping. We'd certainly stay here again.

Marquette is alway a fun place to stay! Even with the rain. Location is great for walking down to the water or downtown. Clean and comfortable.

My family loved this rental! Close to the beach and to shops, the kids and I explored Marquette while my husband utilized the workspace to work remotely. Beautifully decorated and local contact was easy to get in touch with and accommodating to our early check in request.

This is a nicely kept and well-furnished house in a nice neighborhood, just blocks from a great Lake Superior beach. A nice backyard and a very well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely consider staying here again

This gem was just perfect for our girl's weekend. Exactly as shown in pictures, very cutely decorated and extremely comfortable. Walking distance or very short drive to many restaurants and shops. Only 3 blocks to the beach, which was amazing. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We loved our stay here and would most definitely stay again.

Super-easy to work with! The house is awesome for a girls getaway. The backyard patio is so nice in the summer. The location is AWESOME.

The location of this home is great - walkable to Third St, downtown and the water. Only thing that could improve our stay is an addition of a pizza cutter to the kitchen. This is our third time staying here and will be back.
