Great location and access to Deer Valley resort and Main Street Park City. Plenty of space and good for large groups.

This was a lovely place and was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy and the location was amazing. Big points for the hot tub. The only complaint was that the downstairs area could get a bit cold.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in terrible condition and the owner should be ashamed. Besides being dirty, the beds and bedding are old, lumpy mattresses, and gross blankets that are fit only for the garbage. Most rooms are so dark you can't see with minimal lighting. The main room furniture is dirty and uncomfortable. Two showers were broken, had mildew-only one person could shower at a time because you run out of hot water. There is inadequate cooking supplies, a broken coffee maker that took five days to replace and many asks. We finally bought our own. If you turn off the fireplace the starter went out and you couldn't use it the next time. Their proposed solution- leave it on 24 hours a day. It didn't feel safe to do so. There were no basic cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, soap when we arrived. When we asked they delivered a half used toll of paper towel and a plastic bottle with one inch of a yellow chemical. No kidding! We had to go out and buy our own. I could go on but I believe my point is made. Do yourself a favor and book a different condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to walk to the base at Deer Valley. The condo was clean, but somewhat dated with the carpet and furniture. We had an issue with the hot water heater and hot tub that were both resolved within 30 minutes of us calling the management company! Overall, I would definitely come again, and this place is a great value for a family ski trip.

Awesome stay right in from of Deer Valley Resort. Couldn't have a better location. Open space, tranquility, quiet... and underground parking (bonus)!

Great location Great property management team Great size condo and perfect surroundings. Property could use some updates, exterior doors wouldn’t stay shut and lots of windows jammed. Could use dons updating to interior.

This property is well located in lower Deer Valley on both the DV and Park City shuttles routes. The condo was great for our two families and suited all of our needs for a week of skiing.

A terrific, easy-access property with plenty of room to spread out and all the amenities necessary to a ski vacation. Literally two minutes from Deer Valley Resort and historic downtown Park City with covered parking and a hot tub in the bargain. Clean, well maintained and fairly priced--we will definitely return to Fawngrove #5 next ski season!

This house was great for our group over Super Bowl weekend. Yes, it was a pretty boring game (went into the half 3-0 Pats, and don't get me started on Maroon 5), but the house had tons of space for our group to spread out and watch the game. We also enjoyed being able to walk out to the road and catch the free bus into town. Would recommend to your group, a great option close to downtown Park City.

Great accommodations, great location, spacious and very comfortable. One little extra bonus is the parking garage and the entry to the bottom floor of the door to the unit. We were here for a ski trip and being able to pull the car in to the garage and park right next to the entry to the unit made our daily loading and unloading of the vehicle with all of our ski gear super simple.

6 adults/ 5 kids in 3 generations had a great ski week. Your home was in a perfect location, had plenty of space, was clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing it. We look forward to a future visit.
