We had everything we could possibly need in this beautiful home. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and there was plenty of space, dishes, linens etc for everyone. Excellent location with restaurants only a 10-15 min walk or 5 min drive.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Love all the close by beaches! This condo is perfect!

Very nice villa!! Very clean and spacious. Everything you need is here, beach chairs, floaters, coolers, bicycles, etc… The kitchen is a well equipped, good variety of spices, coffee filters, paper towels, etc… Fantastic communication with the owner, Doreen. L

Six adults were comfortable with use of all three bedrooms and the very handy “den bedroom.” Living room seating limited but plenty of seating on lanai and in dining room. Garage is small for two cars but we knew that. Beach equipment in garage very handy. Kitchen well equipped.

It was a comfortable home. Nice size and plenty of space. The AC was a plus! It was very comfortable at 75 degrees. We enjoyed eating on the outside table in the mornings and watching the roosters.

We had an amazing stay. Family of 5 (3 adult aged kids) and one boyfriend. The condo is amazing and has everything you need. Kitchen stocked and the condo has everything you need for the beach: towels/cooler/chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards/snorkel equipment. Great location in Princeville. right near the community pool and short drive to Hanalei. Can even walk to Queen's Bath. 100% would rent here again!

This is a beautiful condo. So comfortable and perfect for our family of six. It had everything we needed. Definitely the best vacation rental we have ever had. We hope to be able to make it back.

We had a wonderful time here. It was perfect for our family of four adults and two kids. Everyone had their own room and plenty of space. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Could use better pillows though. The kids loved the PlayStation and the pool. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. We also enjoyed staying in Princeville. It was very close to Hideaways Beach and Hanalei. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This house was in great condition when we arrived. It’s is listed as 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, however there is an additional “room” with a 4th bed (great for a child). It was so roomy and accommodated all out needs. We traveled with ages 5-60 and we were all pleased. All the ‘extras’ provided were so helpful (multiple boogie boards, surf board, beach chairs, beach toys, numerous towels, more than enough kitchen supplies, ice chests, etc.) The neighborhood was beautiful and a nice area to get a morning run or walk in. The pool is very well maintained and we spent many hours there and the hot tub with the 5 year old as well (that was her favorite place to be). I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting and looking to stay in Princeville.

Beautiful, clean, welcoming condo. We had everything we needed for baths, beach and a lot for the kitchen. The garage was roomy for the Tahoe. Grounds were great to walk, bike and admire. Close to Hanalei Bay and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. We were impressed by how large and roomy the facility was. The pictures didn't do it justice ;). It is larger than we thought it would be. The facility is very clean and well organized. It took us some time to find all the cleaning resources (broom, wash rags, etc.). We enjoyed the short walk to the pool and the facilities at the property.

We were overjoyed with our stay at Eddie's Hula Hut. The condo is pristine and beautifully decorated down to the last detail helping to make you feel that you are away from it all in paradise. The pool is amazing and the jacuzzi is the best we have ever used. Close to the market and beautiful path for walks. We appreciated the bikes! Golf course is scenic with beautiful walking path just a street away. Safe and wonderful for children. Doreen was always available to answer any questions. Aloha we loved it!!

Everything you need to enjoy your stay on Kauai. This condo is not only clean but has all the amenities you need for a day at the beach. The host is quick in responding and check in and check out was simple. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time. The property is excellent. This is by far the cleanest VRBO property I have ever stayed in. The property has everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Loved our month stay at this beautiful townhome. Traveling with two young children (3 yr old and 8 mo old) isn't easy but this VRBO had all of the baby things we needed like pack n play, high chair, booster seat, baby gates, sand toys, baby pool float, etc. The house is bigger than the pictures make it seem! Perfect location with close proximity to the pool and a quick walk to views of the gorgeous mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook (bring your own kids utensils, cups). The host and property manager were very friendly and communicative. I have nothing bad to say! Loved our time here.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as our home away from home. The house was fantastic! Plenty of room for 5 adults. Plenty of amenities and had everything you would need for a meal at home or a day at the beach. Located conveniently close to the pool and hot tub as well. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Kauai!!!

Perfect property for our family of 5: modern, great layout, spacious and clean, had everything we needed and more! Appreciated the boogie boards, beach towels, snorkel sets, etc. and the pool with hot tub nearby. Nice and quiet especially with bedrooms on the 2nd floor and no one above or below which is not always the case with vacation condos. Princeville is a beautiful and charming neighborhood; we had amazing weather everyday and we were in awe of the natural beauty! Would most definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful home to celebrate our holiday in paradise! We’ve stayed at Eddie’s Hula Hut before and it’s such a gem! Great communication. The neighborhood is excellent. We recommend this rental- especially for those that love the North Shore.

Beautiful house, loved the pool and jacuzzi was across the street, close to shopping, had all the stuff a family would need, would stay there again.

This property was so far the best one we have booked on VRBO. So clean, spacious, well stocked, and well maintained. The complex is so clean and quiet, the pool area was great for us all, and all the places and beaches that you can walk to was amazing. The bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs were well used. Can't thank you enough for letting us use this beautiful home.

This property was just as it appeared online. Beautiful, clean, spacious , great location. It was well stocked kitchen, bath, etc. We were impressed.

This is our second stay in this community because it is in the middle of Princeville, nice and quiet. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, which was good since we ate most meals at home. The microwave is a little funky but we finally figured it out. The island configuration with the table was handy, we had another family for group meals frequently. The proportions of the condo were really good for our family of five full-size people. The nook room functioned fine for our 17-year old son. The living room furniture was not really large enough to have all five of us watch TV, and was a little on the uncomfortable side because of the thin cushions. The TVs were great in each room, but we didn’t use them much. I mention these items for accuracy, but want to emphasize that we were overall very happy with our stay, and would certainly recommend this for families. There was plenty of beach gear if needed (we brought our own), including umbrellas, folding chairs, standup paddle boards, surfboards, etc. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We LOVED our stay! We have been to the island a few times, but this was the best place we stayed! They provided everything we needed for a day at the beach with our family, the proximity to the pool was awesome (and the local families we met at the pool were so friendly), it was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to visit this property again soon!

Had a wonderful vacation at the Hula Hut! Our family of five had ample room to spread out and we all enjoyed the amenities of the outdoor gear provided and complex pool! We had a great family vacation staying at this property. The owner has provided all that you need, down to the small details. Plenty of towels, fun beach toys, bikes and more. She was very responsive, easy to talk to, and helpful with everything regarding our stay. The condo was very spacious and the location was very close to the fun pool. It was very inviting, clean, and a lovely place to stay. Thank you!

We loved Eddie’s Hula Hut. It was great for our baby so we didn’t have to rent bigger supplies like a high chair and pack and play. Great location to Hanalei Bay. The pool area is a huge plus, again, especially for infants/small kids since there is a shallow covered pool area. There were some inconveniences - the slider was broken and it required two trips to manage it (they came the first time without any tools to fix), the small fans were broken, we only got one roll of paper towels for the week. Certainly not deal breakers, just inconveniences.

Great experience and absolutely beautiful property. Hope to return ASAP.
