Great location and adequate pricing.

It was only two tv’s in the house, WiFi only worked the first night, oven door handle was broke, lock box to garage was hard to get into. Found a flea or tick in the bathroom the first night. Other than that. It was ok

The house is adorable with a super easy walk to the beach. We loved all the balconies and having a garage. The house was clean with nice tall ceilings. The neighborhood is very well kept and an easy walk to Dunkin, which is a necessity for me and my coffee addiction. Our only downside was we could not get a late checkout and trying to add an additional night was a challenge. But that is more of a problem with VRBO. I would definitely stay here again, but probably would not book through VRBO.

Great location. Perfect size for the number of guests we had. There was a lot of ware and tear on the property, un-glued flooring threshold in the garage, broken cabinet doors, upstairs carpets were stained. Overall great property would book again. I live in a resort town in Florida so I complete understand what these properties go through. Check in check out was seamless.

This is more of a party house than a family house for a variety of reasons: Overall: due to a lack of fabric (no drapes, rugs, wall coverings), the entire house had a very hollow feel to it, no decorative items to speak of Living room: not enough seating for six people and the furniture looked like it had been at a yard sale and dropped off; the cable is limited and since there is not a smart TV, Netflix etc. cannot be accessed (even using your own account) Kitchen: ice maker is broken and while there is a large table, there are only 4 chairs with a back. Balcony: so small that only 2 chairs can fit Bedrooms: two rooms face east, unfortunately the windows are covered only using blinds so early morning sunshine is very bright The main bedroom/bathroom was the nicest room in the house with an upgraded bath. The other bathrooms were a little older but were clean.

We booked this rental property that lists four bedrooms. On arrival, we found that one of the bedrooms was unusable (locked) and no pillow cases were provided. I called and messaged the rental company asking if they could send someone over to address these issues after arriving Friday. I was told someone would be over in the morning. We decided to deal with it for one night. The next day, we never heard back. This is unprofessional and made the trip incredibly unpleasant. The rental management company is unreliable. We paid for a rental with four bedrooms, but could only use three. No offer for partial reimbursement or apology was offered. I am appalled at the lack of customer service. I cannot recommend this rental.

This place is in a great location. We had 7 guest and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean upon our arrival. We could tell previous guest at some point had been rough on the house. Everything worked and was fully functional. I don't want to complain because our weekend worked out perfect for us but the sofa mattress could definitely use an upgrade. Our Check in and out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay here. Located very convenient to food and entertainment. We were able to walk to beach.

Loved how spacious it was. But it’s very worn. Some paint and a few fixes and this place gets 5stars. Kinda worked out perfectly though, bc we had 2 large dogs and kids. So being worn was kinda ok!! Lol. Location was great. Rooms were great. Balconies were great.

The bedrooms were nice and comfortable, but the walls were all marked up and the dark floor was VERY dirty when you wiped anything up, it came up black with Dirt. we were there at the end of the summer season, so it was probably at its worst condition. Suggestion: the 2 front bedrooms had only blinds and it did not keep the room dark at all and the morning SUN woke everyone up in those rooms. Both bedrooms need Room Darkening Curtains put up. Thank You.

The townhouse was in a little better condition than last time we stayed here in 2019. Excellent Kitchen/Main Floor layout. Bedrooms are located properly and are well insulated from sound. The small decks are great. We came back once and will come back again with our large group. The cleaning crew did a great job and the amenities left for us were a really nice touch.

This three-level home had plenty of room for all eight adults and one preschool child and our little chihuahuas. The pool was fun and never crowded. Convenient location too! We had a great time!

Such a great house, with lots of space and a fantastic location. Needs some minor repairs/upkeep but otherwise fantastic. Also plenty of parking. So many times when I stay with a group at the beach, we are struggling to find parking - this had ample on-premise and street parking.

It had plenty of space; pool picture was misleading, it was actually smaller than the picture implies and was a short walk from the unit. The apartment looked beat-up. Multiple scuff marks on walls, and carpet stained. Only one TV with basic cable despite having 4 bedrooms. Old or damaged appliances. Screens to terrrace or balcony didn't work. The location was close to many activities but was definitiely sub-standard to other units I have used for the rice paid.

Avoid this property at all costs! Unsafe and unsanitary, especially for children. They refused to refund me despite the property being uninhabitable.

Generally clean and functional. Great place to stay for the ultimate OC stay. Recommend advertising when the amenities are in swing. Example, the pool is closed until after Memorial Day weekend. Otherwise, we will be back again!

House was clean and setup nice. Location is decent. Roomy house with plenty of space for multiple families.

This house is in a great location but needs much updating. I suspect it has hosted quite a few parties based on every wall is scuffed and many patched. And not painted. Not much wall decor but screw or hooks that once held something. Carpets and furniture are worn and stained. The wood laminate floor is patched with tape. There were dirty coffee mugs in the cupboard when we arrived.

This property should be condemned. Zero efforts to maintain or clean this property. Photos are misleading. I spent the entire first day cleaning trying to salvage the rest of our stay. Walls are destroyed. Railings and floors made our hands and feet black. Furniture run down and dirty. I am not usually picky but this was unbelievable. Dirty toilets upon arrival. Dirt dust and mold in ceilings and air vents. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This place is a health hazard especially during Covid. Very upsetting.

THIS PROPERTY HAD STAINED CARPETS, HOLES IN THE WALLS, SCRATCHES ON THE WALLS, BROKEN GARAGE DOOR SWITCH, BROKEN TOILET PAPER DISPENSER & ONE BROKEN BED.

We stayed here with a group of 9 (8 adults and 1 teenager and a dog). The place had normal wear and tear, nothing excessive, but still clean. Great location, pool area was fantastic. Only thing we weren't sure about was the top bunk for the teenager - a bit insecure, but the pullout couch was a perfect alternative. Overall, very happy with the townhouse - lots of space, lots of seating in kitchen area, and we had a great time :)

Convenient location with ample parking. Views of the bay and less than 3 block walk to the beach. Sleeps 8 (adults) comfortably. House shows wear and tear (carpets stained, divots in walls, toilet paper holder torn off wall).

Nice house. Pool was great. 2 blocks to beach, but have to cross main road. Glad we brought a wagon. Bring extra bed pillows and baby gates for 2 stairs.

Great location, and nice house.the beach is super convenient, and My kids had the community pool all to themselves whenever we went. The whole stay was great, but the house layout is a bit odd- small rooms. it could do with more comfy seating. Also, the kitchen was minimal with few utensils and pots, but we didn’t cook much and made do with plastic spoons and forks. Had an overall great time!

Excellent location, close enough to restaurants and things to do while enjoying a bit of tranquility.

Very clean , safe and close to the beach. Our family and friends had a great time.

The townhouse still smelled brand new when we stayed here in the beginning of July 2015. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc), and there were plenty of sheets/towels for everyone. There is an awesome dining room table that can easily seat 10+ adults. One huge perk was the parking. You can get 1 car in the garage, 2 more in the driveway, and then nearly unlimited parking on 69th St which is right next to the house. Just one piece of advice - don't forget to bring your own speakers if you want to listen to music. There isn't a stereo/sound system available.
