Loved are trip ! Ocean was pretty no Jelly Fish. Condo was one of the best I have ever stayed in Loved it . (Mary was wonderful) Easy to get around . Only reason I did not give a 5 review ! The pool was not that clean but still blue (no algae growing). but still wonderful for a dip !

Our family has stayed in this condo several times and will definitely be back. The condo is beautiful, updated, clean, and is a great location. Communication with the owner is superb and the entire process flows smoothly. We always look forward to our stay there.

Very important to me is cleanliness and this condo was spotless!! Very well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Gorgeous view from 14th floor right on the beach. Property owner very helpful in suggesting activities in the area. Very prompt to reply to any concerns. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. 5 Stars

This condo was well appointed and had a great view of the gulf. The only thing I didn't care for, which is a very small detail, is the flat sheet on the king bed was too small. My husband and I were always fighting over the covers! Otherwise, great location and we had a very nice stay.

We loved this condo. This was our first time to stay at a different place than our usual and it was so much better. The location is good. The boardwalk is short and the walk to the water is close. I was skeptical of it being on the 14th floor, but the elevators are so fast and you didn't have to wait very long at all. The condo is close to the center where the elevators are so it's just a short little walk to the condo from the elevators. The reserved parking is close to the door. It is a bit tricky to get into as it's next to pillars, but it is very convenient location. The condo itself is well stocked. Everything we needed was available. The extra ice machine was nice. Very roomy condo with plenty of space for our family of 4. The only issue I had was the bed. After the second night I had to start sleeping on the couch. Overall, our stay was wonderful and it was a very nice condo that we'll stay at again.

What a great hostess and condo! It is on the 14th floor with a full view of the ocean. The condo is so tastefully decorated in blue, beige and green. Huge kitchen. Indoor and outdoor pools. The condo has a nice condo-wide covered porch. I spent mornings and breakfasts out there.

It’s was a wonderful week in the beach! The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Mary was extremely responsive through both text and the app. We would love to stay there again!

This was the easiest and best property I've ever rented! Not only was it clean and beautiful, they also had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, shovels and even a wagon to carry it all in. 🥰 My friend had never been to the beach before and she cried when she saw the condo and then the view!

This was our first real vacation in 4 years! This condo layout is great, very open and spacious! The condo is stocked with everthing you need for the beach. There are several beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon. The location is convenient to Floribama, Gulf State Park Pier, several great restaurants, and many activities and excursions. The balcony is a perfect view to watch for dolphins and stingrays.

We enjoyed the balcony views of the surfer’s in the waves, the pelicans and osprey flying by and even glimpsed a few dolphins swimming by! Comfortable large unit! Nicely done and loved having a full size washer and dryer! Nice place!

We can't wait to come back. The condo was clean and had everything we could need. Love that it had the wagon with beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards. It was a wonderful week!

If I could give 10 stars on this property AND the owner I certainly would. It is so easy to communicate with Mary...she always answers a text immediately. My husband and I have stayed in a lot of beach front condos and this is the cleanest one ever. Even the baseboards were clean! The kitchen has very nice dinnerware, cookware, glassware and any misc. serving dishes you need. The Keurig as well as regular coffee pot are great. Seems to have new carpet in bedrooms and the sofa seems new also. There is so much room and the balcony is very good size with great furniture. The master bed is very comfortable and nice to have a 55 inch TV. There is a 65 inch TV in the living room. Washer and dryer appear to be new also. The unit is very close to the elevator (which is fast) but you do not hear it. There is a Publix nearby for your grocery needs. This is such a great place!

Great experience from start to finish! Quick and easy checkin. Even granted early access. Beautiful beach. Spacious condo. The 14th floor provided great views! I was afraid the elevator would take a long time being so high up, but it was very quick. Close to many things!
