We loved our stay in this condo. The location is on the quieter end of Thomas drive but convenient to all attractions. The owners are very nice and take care of this condo personally. It is well stocked and one of the cleanest we have ever rented.

We’ve stayed at Treasure Island before as well as other buildings in PCB and this one is definitely one of our favorites. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with and take great care of their guests. We found the beds extremely comfortable, as well as the recliner my husband relaxed in the evenings. The kitchen was very well stocked and clean. The whole place was cozy and had lovely little personal touches. We like many restaurants at this end of the beach so it’s very convenient. The workers in the building always were cleaning the grills, pool, elevators etc. which was why the facility looked so well maintained. We saw lots of dolphins and other sea creatures from the balcony which was more amply furnished than most we visit. Always appreciate when the beach chairs are included like they are in this unit and the folding ones they allow you use from their collection in the room. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit this unit again! Thank you Neil and Sheila!!

This was the cleanest condo I have ever rented for vacation. The owners take pride in their property and it shows. It was well equipped with necessities. The owner is an excellent communicator which made the process super easy. We will rent from them again if our travels take us back to PCB.

The owners were great to work with and the property was just as described - clean, comfortable, and I loved the view off the balcony. My family and I had a fabulous time while staying in Treasure Island on vacation.

Neil and Shelia made everything very easy. They kept in contact with me every step of the way. They even went the extra mile and called me to see if we had arrived and to check to see how things were going. They were very friendly. The condo was also very clean. You can tell they take great pride in their condo

This condo was by far the cleanest most well equipped place we have ever stayed in. The views were amazing and the building itself is well taken care of. Neil and Shelia are very thoughtful! We will definitely go back.

Condo was spotless and equipped with everything you need.
We played lots of card games, dice games and Pictionary. Extended family rented a different unit but we were the ones with room for ten to play at the table. No problems with anything. Loved enjoying catching up with everyone while sitting on balcony.

We've stayed with the Howell's before. We stayed at TI more than 5 times in different units based on availability. The Howell's unit is well cared for and ultra clean. They are great to work with. Highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful view from patio of sunsets and the beach. Very centrally located and very peaceful. We saw dolphins and stingrays from the patio. Sheila and Neil were wonderful. The condo was very beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home.

We will never stay anywhere else. I felt like I was @ home as soon as I walked in the door. The Howells are the best hosts EVER!! After they cleaned they left the TV on for us, giving us a “homey” feel. The condo is comfy, spotless & nicely decorated. The balcony is huge & you can easily spot stingrays & dolphins as you sit out there & drink your morning coffee. Don’t pass this one up!

We had a wonderful time at Treasure Island. The condo was very clean and roomy for the 6 of us. Neil and Shelia are wonderful hosts thank you for sharing your home with us.

Neil & Sheila are the ultimate hosts! From the very start, the communication was prompt and excellent; the condo boasts gorgeous decor, updated mattresses which were incredibly comfortable, a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare any meal "at home" and wonderful balcony furniture. They also provided games, binoculars to watch dolphins or passing ships and by far gave us the most detailed information not only about the condo itself, but recommendations on all local fare! This was our 4th year down to PCB- 3 of which were spent at Treasure island resorts in different rooms each time-NO MORE ROOM HOPPING FOR US! They even telephoned to make sure we arrived and got checked in ok! These owners go above and beyond to ensure their guests want for nothing!

The BEST condo we have ever rented!
This condo was amazing! It was by far the cleanest place that we have ever stayed in and it was decorated beautifully. We felt like we were staying in someone's home. It had everything you could possibly need. They did not miss a beat. It had great quality linens for the bed and bath, super comfortable matresses, nice cookware and dishes and lots of accessories for the beach to use. I could go on and on. Communication with the owners was terrific. You can tell they take great pride in their condo. We can't wait to stay in this place again next year.

Great week vacation at a beautiful condo
The condo is very clean and well decorated. The huge Balcony is beachfront and we were able to view the dolphin almost every day. The condo is more than well equiped and bed was confortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will return for sure if planning another trip to PCB.

The Absolute Best!
We had a fantastic Thanksgiving getaway! This condo is easily the cleanest, most well-stocked unit we've ever booked. Seriously, it's that clean! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need -- pots, pans, utensils, griddle, waffle iron, crockpot -- more tools and equipment than we have in our own kitchen at home! We were able to cook a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings, no problems at all. The floors are spotless, no "dirty feet" when walking around the unit barefooted. The beds are extremely comfortable - I woke up ache free every morning! Beautiful sunsets, family-friendly complex, clean pool and hot tub, convenient parking,
the entire week was truly excellent all around. We felt "at home" from the moment we arrived until we had to leave. I highly recommended Treasure Island and unit 908, but selfishly, I don't want this word to get out!

Fantastic beaches, and beautiful, clean and comfortable Condo
The pool was one of the largest we've experienced at a Condo and it was heated even in November, so used it every day. Weather was awesome, in low 70's most of our stay. The Condo was extremely well-maintained and very clean, well stocked kitchen and Treasure Island included gas grills for our use - we grilled lots of fresh fish! Will definitely consider booking this unit again when we come back to Panama City Beach, sometime in the next 5 or 6 years. We like to experience different areas of the gulf coast region. It was one of our best vacations in FL yet!

Loved the resort.
The resort was nice. The owners had a well maintained and very clean condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The owners communicated with me and really made us feel welcome. Thanks for a wonderful vacation we will be back

Wonderful place to stay
Loved Treasure Island condo, the pool was very clean and its heated. The beach is right there. Beach lounger and umbrella included and the attendants took good care of you. Place had mostly everything you needed (take shampoo, conditioner, beach towel) well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen needs. Our phones wouldn't connect to the internet but I'm sure they will look into that and get it fixed as they want you to have a good experience.

Absolutely perfect!
I don’t even know where to start! The views were perfection, the beach was amazing and the condo? Wowza. Exceptionally clean, very beautifully decorated, FANTASTIC mattresses on the beds, comfy sheets and pillows, everything one would need in the kitchen was there, very quiet, and there were beach toys that my daughter could use. This was a last minute trip that my daughter and I will remember for a very long time!

Excellent
The property is beautiful and the owners have thought of just about everything that a guest could possibly need. We loved the ability to look down from the balcony and watch dolphins and rays and especially enjoyed early morning walks on the beach. The condo was also within walking distance to restaurants, but was quiet and safe.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo!!!!!
There are simply not enough words to express how much we LOVED this condo! Our family has been coming to PCB since 2000 and has stayed in many different condos, including some in Treasure Island. The Howells have the cleanest, most well stocked, and best decorated condo we’ve ever stayed in. We felt like we were “home” from the minute we walked through the door. Neil and Shelia were very easy to work with and provided everything you could ever need to truly enjoy a beach vacation. We’ve been home one day and we’re already dreaming about going back!

Beautiful, well appointed condo. Great location. Convenient parking. The Howell's clean it themselves so they take more time and pride in providing the cleanest condo you will likely ever stay in. Condo is equipped with all the essentials you will need for a stay at the beach. Just bring your beach towel and soak up the sun! Owners are wonderful to work with and check in and out was a breeze! Will stay here again!

Wonderful Condo
We had a wonderful stay at the Howell’s condo at Treasure Island in Panama City Beach. This unit did not feel like your typical rental property, instead, it felt like the Howell’s invited us to stay in their home. The unit was immaculate and had a warm, inviting feel. The furniture was in great shape and I cannot compliment the cleanliness enough. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo
Condo 908 was perfect! It was very clean and beautifully decorated! There were plenty of kitchen utensils and bath towels. The beds were comfortable too! We had a great vacation and staying in this beautiful condo just made it that much better!

Just like home...in every way!
I’ve been to PCB no less than a dozen times and this was my third stay at the Treasure Island Resort. This particular unit is very special. You walk in and EVERYTHING is the quality, beauty and cleanliness of a well kept home. Excellent communication, no surprises in what to expect with the condominium check in, parking, pool/beach access, etc. The owners put their hearts in this one!
