The property has been maintained very well. Some things were a bit worn and needed to be replaced, but overall, we felt it was in good condition and our stay was very comfortable. Clean, all the amenities, amazing view and convenient location!

Coming back every year! The best!

We enjoyed our stay - grands loved the beach, the outside pool and slide , indoor Pool etc! We will be back!

Great check in process. Furniture in living area worn and dirty. Patio furniture seems outdated. Kitchen garbage can still had food around edges, very dirty. Pillow shams are stained. Open space, great view. Unit just needs updating and a thorough clean.

The place was great. Needs new cookware, stove, and dishwasher. I really don't have anything to complain about, except - I feel like paying $5,000 a week would come WITH parking passes rather than an additional $35 per car.

The condo was awesome very clean and spacious it exceeded my expectations. The only problem I had was phone service but other then that when I come back too Orange beach I will try too book this condo.

Almost perfect! Easy process. Condo was fabulous location. Very roomy. Furniture was a little more worn and patio cushions are different but overall great!

Over all the property was wonderful. We didn’t like the fact the indoor pool was closed. Before booking things like this should be told up front. You can’t tell me this wasn’t known 2 weeks out. They offered to change but school is opening up for my granddaughters. It seems they could have at least gave a 10 off or at least free parking. I will say we have stayed here for 2 years and we love the lazy river. The slide is great for the kids but needs someone to supervise as kids was going down right on top of each other. No way a 3 to 5 year old could enjoy the slide. We will still stay there again next year if everything is up front.

Our stay at Phoenix West II was one to remember! The condo was in top shape, had everything we needed and more. Very clean and plenty of space for our family of 10. We had absolutely no issues and will definitely be coming back next year!

Easy check in and very clean property

Only one complaint. Elevators were absolutely terrible and slow. It’s not fun having to wait 30 minutes for 1 of 6 elevators every time you need to go up or down. Everything else was perfect!

The property was just as described, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kids loved the lazy river and slide. Location was close to all our favorite restaurants.

First, I'd like to say that the condo itself was beautiful. It was by far the nicest condo we've visited in Phoenix West II. That being said, the lack of communication with the management company was somewhat of a downer. Check-in was at 3:00 on a Saturday. We arrived at our room at 3:15 to see the used linens in the hallway and very little cleaning had been done. I called the management company and left a message with the answering service. I received a TEXT from the management company that a cleaner was in-route to complete my clean. Only when I replied about what happened did they call to explain that another one of their units required extensive cleaning and they were behind schedule. Again, not a big deal, but some communication prior would have been helpful. On Monday at 7:39, I called them to let them know that we had water in the master closet dripping from the vent and light fixture. I again spoke with the answering service and reported the issue. I called again at 8:36 because I hadn’t heard from anyone in an hour. The answering service again took my information. At 9:05, someone from the management’s housekeeping service called me and asked about my housekeeping issue. I explained that it was a maintenance issue but that if not corrected it would quickly become a housekeeping issue. At 9:34, I spoke with someone from the main office or maintenance who advised me that the building was going to look into the issue. Someone from the building showed up and determined the leak was from the unit above us and they would be taking care of it. The water stopped dripping at some point during all of this. On Tuesday at 11:38, I received a call from the management company concerning the need to place a dehumidifier and fans in the unit to dry out everything. We told them that was fine, and we checked out at 9:30 Wednesday morning without further incidence. Again, this is nothing against the condo and there wasn’t much the management company could have done to prevent what happened, but the communication process was very frustrating. Ryan

We had two families go down. 9 people in all. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. We had no problems with any of the electronics or appliances. Location is wonderful and the pool areas were a big hit with the 5 kids ranging in age from 5 to 14. I would definitely go to this unit and this building again.

Very spacious with amazing views. Fast elevators and ample parking made this an easy choice.

Enjoyed our visit. Wifi could use a little work.

We had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix West ll! The location is excellent, the weather was wonderful, we couldn't have asked for a better location!

The VRBO app made it easy to shop and book but the fees are getting crazy and to top it off we had to pay extra when we got there to park and get our bands so we can be flagged by the whole town by our bracelets as visitors and were even warned when we left the condo to flip our parking pass over so they don’t know your room number of where you are staying. The condo is conveniently located to grocery, food, liquor and everything you need to stay stocked. This condo was well maintained and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bar area. The only thing that was off was the pics of the balcony - looked huge but wasn’t as large when we got there but it served its purpose and we could fit the 6 adults we had with us - just not a lot of moving around and don’t go out there without clothes or say anything you don’t want others to hear because your neighbor might be out there and just may end up in your pictures of the sunrise or sunset...yikes! Will any of this stop me from visiting again? No because that lazy river is AWESOME!

We stayed at this property for and extended weekend and even though it was a short stay, it was nothing short of perfect. The property was clean and well equipped. We would recommend this place and would love to return!

This is the 6th time we have rented from the Phoenix West 2 and it has never been less than wonderful. Perfect amenities and every unit we have visited has been top notch. Highly recommend.

The condo was very nice and had beautiful furniture, but needed better cleaning, after all we pay a healthy cleaning fee. There was mold in and around the showers, really disgusting. I called and someone responded promptly. Someone was sent the next morning (we were leaving for dinner that night) to address this and clean again but they sprayed beach and rinsed. (it needs more cleaning but was much better) There was a layer of dust on the headboards of the beds and they did wipe it off. It took 2 hands to flush the toilets, because of the internal workings of the toilet. They are aware of this and it cannot be changed. My daughter has an autoimmune disease and we really try to make sure our surroundings are clean. I will stay in this complex again but probably not this unit

The only thing I would change is that I called The number for maintenance because we could never get our balcony door to lock. No one ever called me back or came to fix it. Made me nervous. But, other than that it was a perfect stay.

We absolutely loved our condo and all the amenities that the property offered. The elevator wait is the only problem! We will definitely stay there again but it seems like something could be done to add more elevators.
