Close to airport, Isla Verde beach, grocery store, gas station and restaurants, and easy access to highway to quickly travel to old San Juan, condado and more! Owner provided restaurant options for birthday celebration - santaella and casita Miramar were excellent. Owner responsive and home was clean and comfortable. Pool area is amazing and the home has all the essentials for living (eg. Even the towels were great quality which the owner supplied more of upon request) The community is gated which is a plus- felt very safe with my 5 guests. Essentially 50+ group so 9pm start to quiet time wasn’t a big deal- we were out on the town anyway. Requires calling the owner via a code to gain access every time you want re-entry via vehicle which is unfortunate during late hours. Also the street was being worked on so there were workers and trucks on the small street along with a big ditch. That all being said I would stay here again and again!!

Hector and Paola were excellent host. Their home is beautiful just as described. They are very friendly and very responsive to all questions.

Hector and his team were very quick to respond to any questions. They also went out of their way to purchase a kuerig, which was unexpected and so kind. The home is full of 5 star amenities. The walls are full of beautiful art and sheets, beds, towels and pillows are all high quality and so comfy! The pool and outdoor patio are gorgeous and we would definitely recommend his home.

Although, we had a couple hiccups (gate entrance/) , the home made up for the small inconveniences. Very lovely home, with everything working ! Location, alongside with the Pool and grill were the best amenities. Hector was very responsive, and even when my crowd got a little too loud, he was calm and patient with us. Cleanliness, quiet neighborhood, private backyard. This is one of the best places I have stayed at in Puerto Rico. The neighborhood is very safe. Very modern house. Communication was excellent. Checking in was flawless. Hector and his team was amazing. I would definitely absolutely stay here again!

We spent Christmas week in Hector's home and everything was perfect! The house was beautifully decorated for the holiday and there were sweet treats and a bottle of wine to help us celebrate the holiday. The property managers were very responsive both before and during our stay, answered my many questions, and also solved issues while we were there very quickly. We were 6 adults (ages 2-55) and there was plenty of room to spread out. We cooked out on the grill and utilized everything in the kitchen, because of covid we cooked at home more than we usually do, but we did also eat out several times. We enjoyed the pool in the mornings while the sun was hitting it, in the afternoon it is shaded and perfect for a cool dip if that's your thing. All of the furniture was comfortable and cozy. The property manager suggested we book a private boat excursion to two small islands with Sergio and it was perfect. We were set to book a private chef also, but the chef came down with covid so that was canceled. The house is in a great location if you have a car, central to many things like Old San Juan, El Yunque, and so many beaches. There is a grocery store nearby and make sure to walk up to the Frappe store for delicious coffee and smoothies! There is a large bakery within walking distance too, everything we tried there from donuts to empanadas were delicious. We were very happy staying at Hector's, the only things we felt were missing was an outdoor table to eat at some mixing bowls/food storage for the kitchen. Thank you so much Hector and team for giving my family a memorable Christmas!

The house was beautiful and Hector and Chris were extremely responsive to our needs during our stay. Chris put us in touch with Sergio and he handled all of our excursions. We had to rearrange them several times due to weather and Sergio made it seamless. We missed out on activities but that was the weathers faught. Amazing house and people. You will not be disappointed.

The house was in an excellent location. Close to the airport, downtown San Juan, and the local beaches. There was a great Frappie restaurant near the house. We went there several times during our stay. Hector and Chris was great host and stayed in contact with me during my stay. Would definitely like to stay there again.

This was an amazing property to spend my 30th birthday at. It was very close to beaches, restaurants, and markets. Not only is this home so beautiful, but it has so many amenities that’ll keep you comfortable and make you feel like you’re at home, or in paradise, if you will.

A great property, perfectly located in a gated community 5 mins away from the airport and 7 mins to Condado Beach. The manager was attentive to the needs that we had, though there were very few. Am already planning a time to come back and stay at this property.

Our stay in PR was first class courtesy of Hector and Chris. My Wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and our time at their property will be in our memories for ever. Everything was as advertised and more thanks to Hector and Chris. We will definitely be back!!!

My experience was outstanding. The property was clean. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Highly recommended.

The house was magnificent, very clean, great location and the house has everything you need. The property look exactly like the pictures, The owner communicated with us throughout our entire stay. Had a wonderful time staying at Hectors home. The home was exactly as the photos listed. The location was ideal and in a safe neighborhood. We walked to the beach and visited a local bakery daily. It was wonderful to have a pool and patio area to relax after a long day out. The beds were very comfortable. Hector was very responsive to any questions we had before and while staying. Thanks again for a hosting us in your terrific home.

The pictures of this house are very accurate. This house is stunning. Our group had a fabulous time. The pool was just enough. The outdoor grill worked perfectly. The air conditioning was ice cold. The showers had great hot water. The beds were comfortable. The cable television worked perfectly. I contacted Chris the property manager would answered all questions and concerns promptly. The owner of the property stopped by to say hello and make sure we were happy and situated. I have no negatives. This was worth every penny and our group will be back. Thank you Chris and Hector. Our group of 7 had a great time staying here, there was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of closet space too. The grill provided worked perfect, we went to THE CUT butchershop (5 stars from everyone) and got steaks to grill. There was a few minor issues but nothing that dampened our stay. The showers were not very hot,(if at all) the pool jets only ran once a day and the internet provided was not of much use. But overall this place deserves 5 stars . The owner will quickly respond to any questions while you're staying. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Until next time P.R

Exactly as advertised, several restaurants in the area. Entrevino was great for a 60th celebration we were having. UBER service very nice to anywhere. We got a Birthday cake and other items as Sweet Ann Cakes. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, washer dryer. Lovely pool. Working grill for our steaks. Thanks to the owner Hector and his VRBO/HomeAway representative Chris!
