The property was clean, well organized and kitchen was fully stocked. There were plenty of extra blankets for movie night and great seating outside to watch sunsets. The view from this property is AMAZING. This property feels like an all-inclusive with the added amenities poolside.

Very nice, well appointed unit. I like the West corner to get afternoon sun. Bonus feature- this unit is right in the bird “fly way” so you can watch the birds all day up close. We cook almost all meals, the kitchen was well stocked to make that easy. Will look to stay here again. Window remotes well placed and labeled for easy use. Beautiful and comfortable. Patio furniture was perfect for our group- U shapes couch for evening conversation, outdoor table to eat, lounge chairs for sunning.

You will not regret booking this property! Based on the photos, my only concern was the bedding, it has been updated and has a nice modern costal look. This condo is massive! Tons of storage, we had a party of 8 and never felt like there wasn’t enough space for everyone. We had an issue with the coffee maker working and within 10 minutes of calling and reporting it we had a brand new coffee maker in the kitchen. The property grounds a beautiful, my girls loved the lazy river. Not pictured is the new four story water slide, there’s also a splash pad but we didn’t spend time in the outdoor pool area since they aren’t heated and the weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the unheated water. We would gladly come back and stay in this unit, it was the best place we’ve stayed in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores!

Great property! We stayed during the prime time of Memorial Day weekend and this unit is located in D tower. We have stayed in C tower several times and D tower seemed to get less traffic, even during the holiday time we were there. This was a big deal being on the 19th floor. We did not spend much time waiting on the elevator and it was just less crowded. The only thing to make this property better would be to have cabinets and/or shelves with wet bar necessities available at the wet bar area. (i.e. wine glasses/glasses in general/shakers/utensils/etc.) NOTHING is provided in this area except a blender and a phone sitting on the counter. There is no where to put anything but on the counter top. This may seem trivial until you are making drinks for 5-10 people and you have to bring EVERYTHING from the kitchen area. With such a amazing open space, it was not just a few steps back to the kitchen. Other than that, we absolutely loved our trip along with everyone else that joined us. We will stay again!

This was a perfect location for our 2 families of 4 with kids ranging 3-7. The beach is steps away and when the kids wanted a break from the sand we had the pools to escape to. I will say that they aren't as heated as we expected and we stayed to the indoor pool during our stay because the weather was much cooler than we expected. The unit was amazing! Clean, well kept and a perfect layout for 2 families. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

This may be the nicest condo in Orange Beach. We had a great stay.

My husband, our 10 and 8 year olds, along with his parents and my mom stayed in the most breathtaking condo ever. The weather was unusually cold and rainy but we found tons to do. Only a couple hiccups, found out they do their maintenance around the property during this time so none of the hot tubs on the 4th floor in D Tower were working, outdoor pools closed. We had 2 nice days to go to the beach, no towels or chairs in condo but there is a shared location in C Tower for chairs if you can get them early enough. Overall loved our vacation and this condo!!

Beautiful property and the unobstructed view is amazing. Everything was clean and orderly and properly equipped.

The only issue we had with our stay was with the parking. The complex was empty and we were only allowed 2 parking spaces. Other cars we had to park a 10 minute drive from the complex. I understand the necessity of limiting parking during the busy season but in November when there were literally 20 cars in the lot, is not necessary for force guest to park in a dark church parking lot or pay the crazy fee of $30/day.

Our family loved our visit to Orange Beach for fall break, due in no small part to this lovely condo. We had all the space and amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The pictures capture this condo perfectly; it's spaciousness, beautiful décor, and comfort. We hope to rent this same unit next year.

We stayed in 1909D, July 23-30, 2022. Everything in Condo was exactly as stated. Fully stocked, appliances top of the line, plenty of room, extremely clean! If there were any downsides to the condo, it could not slow time down. We blinked and our time was over! Top notch family vacation rental!

Turquoise Place is the best place to stay in Orange Beach! Unit was huge and beautifully decorated. Best part was the huge balcony with the sofa and table. The unit was well appointed with any supply we needed (except a wine bottle opener). Management company did a great job quickly responding to a request to replace the old air mattress that wasn’t holding air. Only complaint was that the unit is showing its age and usage. Sofa had a lot of stains, towel holders/tp holders broken, mattress were old. Overall still a very nice unit- and I’d recommend staying there.

Absolutely enjoyed this property. It was spacious and accommodating for our large group. The view was spectacular. Would stay here again!

The unit was a great size for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pans for our night where we cooked as family. The view down the beach was fantastic.

This condo was more than expected. Large family space, rooms.

This was our first time at Turquoise Place unit 1909D. Except for the 2020 pandemic interruption we've rented four-bedroom condos at Turquoise since 2010. We especially enjoyed our stay at Turquoise Place 1909D and would likely book it again if it is available in 2022. The decor was especially nice and the living room furniture and the couch and chairs on the balcony were extremely comfortable. The building and the unit are well maintained. During our stay, the ice maker went out and was quickly replaced with a new one. We experienced a problem with the oven being unable to attain the proper temperature for cooking, etc., and figured a make-do, work-around. Undoubtedly it was or will soon be repaired or replaced. After the regular maintenance person looked at the oven problem, they sent a qualified appliance repairman who said it could not be quickly fixed or replaced during our stay.
