Can’t beat the location and the owner is fantastic. The town of Los Barriles is very welcoming and we enjoy the slower pace. Right on the water for swimming and sunbathing. You can snorkel or just float in the water. No waves here, very safe to swim. Plenty of options for restaurants and easy walk into town.

Great for families!! Loved the ground floor condo and how the beach is right by the pool. My kids were back and forth all day. Beautiful sunrises and it’s fun to watch the boats go out in the morning and come back in the afternoon. The restaurant is absolutely delicious and we got drinks all day from the swim up bar. We will be back cause the place is so special!!

This condo is in the perfect location, clean & comfortable & stocked with everything you need…chairs, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen etc.The property manager Pedro is very helpful to get you anything you need like ATV rental, airport transportation etc. Great place!

My husband and I stayed at Robin's condo for two weeks in January 2024. We can highly recommend this property. And you can trust our recommendations as we have previously stayed in three other condos in this complex and would choose Robin's place over the others for future visits. Robin was an excellent communicator from the beginning of our booking and throughout our stay. She responded within minutes (seconds?) to our questions; she allowed us a very early check-in, which was much appreciated; and she accepted our private feedback graciously. Compared to other hosts in this complex, Robin far outshone them all in terms of communication and response time. The condo is on the ground floor. We had previously stayed in condos on the third or fourth floor. The upper-floor condos do offer a bit more of a panoramic view, but at a price, which is the minuscule outdoor seating area on the tiny balconies, barely large enough for one person to sit outside. From Robin's condo, one could still have a lovely view of the sea and enjoy the morning sunrises, but from a large patio area that offered a full-size table with four comfortable chairs and a second patio area with two full-sized chaise lounges. Robin's condo is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. You have everything you need in the kitchen, decent knives, a large variety of cookware and small appliances. She provides detailed instructions and also offers recommendations on local restaurants and activities. Enjoy!

Great Place & Awesome location in Los Barriles! First floor is great! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable place. Host was very responsive.

We had an incredible stay. The location of the condo is the best. You walk out your back door to the pool or beautiful sandy beach. It is a very clean and spacious Condo, has everything you need. The Owner is very helpful and easy to reach should you need anything. Highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back!
