This is a perfect spot from which to enjoy the laid-back town of Los Barilles. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Its pools and beach were terrific. And if you get bored of the pools at the Villa, you can go next door to the pool at the Hotel Palmas de Cortez. Bay View Bar & Grill is right next door and super tasty. We are excited to come back one day!

Los Barriles is a very sleepy, laid back Baja village and this condo is a perfect place to chill out. It is very comfortable, with great views and easy walking to town.

We have stayed at the Villas many times, this was the first we have stayed in this suite. It was perfect for our family of 4 or would be for a group of friends. Lots of space. Beautiful view!

Our first time to Los Barriles and it was fantastic! The Hotel Palmas de Cortez is on the same property so it is great to have the pools, bars and restaurants available to you as a guest. Beautiful sunrises and lots of fun on the beach. Have a feeling we will be back often!

We had five people in a one bedroom condo, so the sleeping arrangements were not the best, but we knew that going in. It was worth it to us because of the beautiful pool, swim up bar and easy beach access.

My 10th time to LB and usually always get a unit at he Villas. Everything great. Only issue was no coffee pot for the coffee maker. I will be going back soon.

The view was beautiful. Every comfort of home. Keith was readily accessible even b4 our trip. Would definitely stay in this 1 bedroom condo again. Too bad we have to wait another year. Music every nite off the deck from restaurant below. 2 weeks went by too fast.

The condo is nice, big bats, bed comfy hsd all you need. Walkable area. I went fishing and boat dock is rt in front. Had great view of ocean pools, swim up bars, good food. Cool place. I will be coming bk👍Thank you!

We have stayed at different condos in the same building and they are pretty much the same. So we know what to expect. When we arrive the property manager said he didn't know any one was coming and the ac was off! It took two days for it to cool cool down! The stove didn't work and a lot of the lights. No direct or cable tv. We love the fishing and the friends we have made over the years. We will be back, but probably in a different unit.

What an amazing and relaxing time staying here. We could of not asked for anything better. The views were stunning, especially in the morning. We loved to watch the sunrise and the fishing boats come and go. The location is perfect and the the village of Los Barriles is very quaint! Everyone was very hospitable and we felt safe. We highly recommend this beautiful condo. It is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles of comfort! Thank you Keith (owner) and Pedro (grounds keeper) for being available if needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is full size so you'll have no problem getting all of your groceries put away when you visit the market.Plenty of extra bedding for the couch/bed, air mattress and cot type bed if you need it (we didn't, but it was nice to know it was available). Drawers, closet space, washer dryer, games, music, books, movies, and so many comforts of home!Would definitely recommend staying here & can't wait to return!PS We left extra sunscreen and a full bottle of tequila for the next guest, so book your trip today!

We stayed in beautiful condo on the 3 rd floor, beautiful decor, views, & amazing sunrises.

Location is terrific, right on the beach and pool and restaurant is immediately in front. Amazing views from the third floor, 2 balconies. The property is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Pedro was onsite every day and provided terrific concierge service.

This was the perfect place for 4 adults and 2 kids. The location is right on the beach, and the condo pools were just right for our little kids to play in. It was nice that we could also use the Palmas infinity pool as well. Pedro, the onsite manager, was available if issues arose. The villa was clean, modern, and well air conditioned. It had a huge fridge and freezer, and a small washer/dryer. It was also nice to have a security guard and gate at the entrance to the property, but we always felt very safe regardless. We had a great experience, and the owners were very responsive to questions.

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was great! Close to everything and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Could not have asked for a better place to spend a few days on the East Cape!!

The condo was perfect. The bed was comfortable!!! The view was amazing and everything was great! If you're looking for a relaxing, beautiful, friendly, non commercialized part of Mexico this is the place. You don't need a car, get the shuttle from the airport. Rent ATV's when you are there to drive around the area. They are much fun to ride on the beach!! The yoga with Sarah was great. Los Barrilos is known for the fishing and it did not disappoint. We will for sure be back!

My family of 5 stayed at Keith's place and had a great time. The location can't be beat and the proximity and connection to the hotel is very handy. The condo was comfortable with 2 kids sleeping in the living room and my older son sleeping on the porch, with my wife and I in the master bedroom. Sunrises were spectacular looking out our window.We would get up early and with a cup of coffee in hand, watch the Manta Rays breaching off the beach. It was spectacular. I would give it 5 stars except for some problems with the shower - handle broke off and never got repaired- and the air mattress had a slow leak. Having said that we would go back again!

Condo was great, right on the beach, perfect for our family. Our kids loved all the activities in Los Barriles and we loved the low key vacation. If youa re looking for night life and fancy restaurants-this is not the town for you. If you want to mountain bike, kiteboard, fish, snorkel, and have a low key vacation- this is for you.

The complex is located directly on the main beach, great pools, great beach, great fishing. The unit itself is a very nice corner unit with two balconies, ocean breezes flow through. Very clean and well equipped. comfortable beds. Keith the owner is great, fast communication easy to work with. Pedro and the rest of the onsite staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Dont miss Saturday morning Empenadas and Tamales near the front desk Rent a quad and drive the beach for miles.

The location on the beach, the amenities of the resort next door and the dedicated pool area makes for a fantastic stay. The morning sunrise and the full moon view from the patios is amazing. If you are a watersports fan, the ease to go fishing, kiteboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking or snorkeling is terrific. The unit is comfortably furnished and included amenities like wifi and a Roku for streaming videos. The owner was very responsive when the inevitable issues arose. There were some building repairs going on periodically. Just have to accept it like a local with patience and a smile. Would stay again!

We stayed for 2 days in Los Barriles at this great rental and didn't want to leave. Everything was great. The experience renting from Keith was excellent. We loved the resort pool, swim up bar and ate there for every meal. We rented quads and rode up and down the beach and it was a blast. We will be back. I highly recommend this rental and Los Barriles.

We really enjoyed staying in The Villas de Cortez, they are very clean and cute. Everyone is so nice and Pedro (the Villas manager) is a gem. We were very impressed with the Bay View restaurant at the hotel. They cooked up our Mahi with three different seasonings and it was truly delicious. Our two boys, ages 8 and 9, were never bored and had a great time at the resort's many pools and the beach in front of the hotel. We saw and heard the mobula rays quite a few times in front of the hotel which was a special treat. The location of the unit is nice with a fully functioning elevator available as needed. I would highly recommend this rental.
