My wife and I really like the condo. The location and amenities included made for a very nice stay.

Convenient location with grocery stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Hotel restaurant just outside the unit. Great for those who enjoy liveliness of music from the bar in the early evenings (not loud at all). Kitchen and bath (and washer/dryer) were thoughtfully equipped with all the utensils and supplies any vacationer could possibly need.

Second time there, amazing, comfortable, perfect.

The property was great, our only issues were the freezer did not work properly, it would not make ice and we fished so a freezer was very important to us. The couches should be replaced, very old and cushions collapsed when you sat on them.

The condo was wonderful!! Had every thing we needed to enjoy our vacation. Location was fantastic!! Right in front of pool. The view was amazing. Condo was in fantastic condition. We will definitely be back.

Nicely appointed shared property with hotel grounds. We enjoyed the option of living independently or using the hotel accommodations for eating out.

This place is perfect. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in Baja. Fully equipped kitchen, plush bathrooms, great location right be the pool. The distance from the back door to a delicious margarita is about 30 feet. Such friendly people in Baja. The locals and the visitors. All the restaurants we tried are delicious. Pisces, La Terazza, Rice & Beans. So many fun things to do here. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean and well furnished. Good location, close to the center of town. We will definitely consider staying again.

Owners were great to work with on this beautiful condo in Los Barriles. The condo had a beautiful view right out the door with beach frontage and pools. Nice floor plan. Clean. The only drawback was the swim up bar played music all day and started as early as 8 am

Rented online and was just what we wanted. Lots of poolside and beach time watching the kitesurfing and fishing boats.

Great location a short drive from Airport. Sleepy Mexican Village with lots to offer away from commercialized Cabo. Condo was great and everything was as advertised. Owner was quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Great unit. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, etc. Beds are super comfy, even the cot mattress. Thanks!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property & again did not disappoint. Great location ground floor easy access. Condo is perfectly set up, welcoming, clean & offers everything needed plus some. Host is quick to respond & site manager Pedro is very attentive & can provide connections to any extra services needed. ATV’s , transportation, etc. Definitely one of our go to’s.

This one bedroom condo is perfect for one to enjoy the private pools, views of the ocean and beach and a very short walk to a bar and grill that we enjoyed most of our meals at. Los Barrilies is a great place to charter a fishing boat, the boats leave and return from the neighbor hotel property. Our hosts Steve and Dana provided us good information on the condo as well as how we can get the most out of our trip.

We came here for part of our honeymoon and had a great time! The condo is right next to the pool and bar which was very nice. Check-in was super smooth and easy. Thank you!

This condo was clean, comfortable and a prime location. The owner was great to communicate with.

We have stayed in several of the condo units here. This one is great. The kitchen equipment and overall outfitting of this one might be the best yet, the sole exception being the couch is not comfortable and needs replacing. It has an over, whereas other units don't (we didn't use it, but nice to know we can). We love staying on the ground floor and particularly appreciated the lock on the slider to the pool area! The downside is less privacy, in that this unit looks directly into the pool and bar area, and vice versa. It's a trade off and a matter of personal preference. Overall this is a really good unit and we would definitely stay in it again!

This property is right on the beach and while it has many onsite restaurants and things to do, it is a short walk to the center of town. We would greatly recommend staying here! Thank you very much!

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in! The facilities were incredible, pools, restaurants, hot tub, patios, decks, and beaches. Perfect for a family vacation!

Great place to stay while visiting friends in Los Barriles. We visit Los Barriles two to four times a year for the last 16 years. We love Los Barriles.

Well outfitted unit and easy access. Couches are ready for an update to be sure, but we had everything we needed and the easy access to the pool was well worth it. Bayview restaurant just steps away- very happy with their food and we enjoyed our stay!

This condo was exactly as described. Beautiful, clean, had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. The pool right outside the door as was the Ocean in its place of beauty. The fishing might have been better, but a hurricane had just passed through. Good eating and service right outside condo, at Bay View Restaturant. "PAPA" led his crew and service was excellent. We will tell many friends and family about our relaxing stay. And we hope to book again soon to stay with you again. Thank you for helping us realize our dreams. P.S. We are technologically challenged, however Condo was updated and on top of it all with the best TV, internet, set-up's possible.

Great place and location. The property worked great for our family of 4. The pool and beach are right out the back door. Few minute drive to town. Everything we hoped it would be. Will definitely be back.

The condo was as advertised.........beautifully appointed, well stocked and a super location! We loved being so close the the beach and pool. It’s also very conveniently located. We loved it and we’ll be back!!

The condo is really nice. It’s wonderful having two bathrooms and there were plenty of towels, shampoos, soaps, etc, for the two of us. The leather couches while probably functional are kind of uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Having a big king sized bed is awesome but the foam topper was a little sketchy. The fitted sheets kept coming off leaving you on a piece of foam.It would be nice to provide at least a starter supply of paper towels and dish soap. A few of the pans need to be replaced. I know this is sounding super critical. Just want to be helpful. The property and condo are really nice. Being on the ground floor is nice, but there is a trade off because It’s right by the bar where some obnoxious tourists were sometimes extremely noisy and obnoxious. But most of the noise was over by 930 or 1000. The restaurant has some really nice food and great service.Outdoor furniture could be upgraded and could use a little table. We just took our breakfast out to the tables next to the pool..I could easily stay again and thought the condo was a good value and excellent location.
