We really enjoyed our stay in palmetto dunes. Larry’s place was in a really nice location. It was great sitting outside on the deck overlooking the lagoon. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Highly recommend.

The location and size of this house was perfect for our family vacation to Hilton Head. Beach is just a short walk and so are the pools. The plantation was very nice too, lots of trails and things to do. Definitely recommend it!

We stayed here in Abbington Villas August 2023. Everything was perfect with the house, we loved the lagoon view, and Larry was very prompt to answer the phone if we had any questions! Great location in Palmetto Dunes!

The ultimate sign of success is the willingness to go again. It is always hard to know from a website what a place is like and this one is no different. The location in Palmetto dunes is great, right next to a path that takes you on a wooded stroll or bike ride along the canal to golf courses, tennis courts, and restaurants. Access to the beach is across a small road and parking lot. Having access to pools in two complexes within walking distance is another benefit. Functional kitchen, three full bathrooms and reasonably comfortable furniture was a benefit for young adults. The back deck was a gem, very private, able to watch multiple birds and enjoy the nice weather. The location does have limited windows due to being an inside unit but the weather was so nice we spent much of our time outside anyway. Finally the hosts were very good at communicating, answering questions and making sure we were prepared. Oh and two parking spots was perfect. We loved it, thank you for offering your home to support our vacation.

This property and owner are wonderful! The property was beautiful both inside and out. I am a stickler for clean and this was very clean! We brought our college age daughter and her friend with us, we had plenty of room. It is in a very quiet area and close walk to the beach and pool. The owner was very quick to respond to a question we had upon arrival and that made the property that much better! I would highly recommend and will use it again.

Great area to stay while on HHI. We feel some comfortable in this unit, and we look forward to coming back every year. The owner is so easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions we had. We love everything about being here.

Lovely view and very peaceful

We stayed for a week in August 2022. Family vacation with two college-aged kids. We've been to HHI 15 times in the last 30 years, typically stay at oceanfront condo (across the street) but wanted more space this year. The condo is large and would comfortably accommodate a bigger group. Beds ar comfy, and there were plenty of sheets. Three different rooms offer lots of privacy: one room with king, one room with queen and another room with two standard beds (in the loft). Back porch is nice and looks out on a waterway. Big screen displays are up to date, WiFi works OK, appliances are modern. All in all a very nice place. Just a few concerns - the construction is framed, not slab on grade and the walls are pretty thin; families with young kids on each side were pretty loud. One of the groups spent a lot of time outside on their back porch talking loudly well into the night. Stereo system is obsolete, thankfully we brought a Bluetooth speaker. In all the times we have visited HHI, we had never had to purchase a parking pass but we had to pay this time, obviously not a big deal but seemed a little ticky tack. We also ran out of toilet paper, which wasn't stocked in the condo, obviously also not a big deal. There are no beach chairs with the condo, make sure to bring your own.

Larry was very nice to deal with. HOuse clean, basics provided. Nice local to beach. Lagoon backyard pretty. I would recommend leaving more then one dishwasher pod and one laundry pod and one trash bag. It would only help to keep things cleaner.

The property was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beach very much and the pools were great; however, we spent most of our time at the Hampton Place Pool due to being closer to the condo. The property manager, Larry, was very helpful. We got all the information we needed upfront, and we had a few questions when we arrived and he promptly got back with us and answered our questions. I would recommend this property to others and would love to come back some time in the future. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation with our family.

We enjoyed the quiet area and easily accessed uncrowded beach. The deck was a relaxing spot to sit by the waterway watching kayakers and spying on alligators and bird life .
