My second time staying with this host at different properties and they are so easy to work with. I was arriving late and they could not have made it easier for me to get checked in
Property was actually understated in the listing. The view is fantastic, big screen TV’s everywhere and comfortable furnishings. Neighborhood is great with plenty to do and a short drive to anywhere in the Miami Metro area.

Very beautiful view of the marina. Great pool for kids to swim in that doesn’t go over 4 feet deep! Loved the location and proximity to family friendly places. Checkout peacock park across the street if you visit with kids.

Very nice apartment with a 5+ Star view located in one of the best neighborhoods of Miami. Parking included, easy check in and check out, nespresso coffee and complimentary bottle of wine. We couldn’t ask for more.

Aside from the bedding in one of the rooms being dirty and a smelly, lack of kitchen items, the property and the customer service was impeccable. Would totally recommend this place and would stay here again if ever in the area.

As expected with wonderful views
As expected and pictured. The view of the marina was nice. This place is a. It of a drive from the main strip which is what I preferred. Only issue was the master bathroom tub needed to be snaked as it drained extremely slowly. I reported it and it was never fixed so had to shower in backed up tub water. Everything else was lovely. Would stay again if tub issue gets rectified.

Beautiful Place
The view, 10 stars!! The location, 10 stars! It was a nice place to stay for a long weekend. The location in Coconut Grove was amazing, lots to do....many places to eat! A good spot to just view the water. The pool was great, wish it stayed open longer...still only open till 6-6:30pm, it opens late too...after 10am. The hot tub is under construction.....which was very disappointing as I chose this place as it had a hot tub. All in all, a great place. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Best weekend ever
This was an amazing experience overall, I definitely will be booking with Natalia and Silvia in the future. It was 100 out of 10 experience for me and my girlfriend, we were happy with the decision of choosing this room and this hotel in general. The hosts where always there to answer any questions we had and provide us with the best service. The view was amazing, the room was amazing. If you want to book this room don’t even think twice about it.

Wonderful property! Breath taking view!!
This property was wonderful! Just as pictured and described! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Walking distance to great restaurants and shops! We enjoyed the pool just wish It didn't close at 6 pm. The only thing I would recommend is another couch/love seat in the living room instead of the the 2 chairs where you can't really get comfortable to watch tv if you have multiple people in your party....and maybe some new pots/skillets for cooking. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Getaway
This location is absolutely gorgeous! Check in and check out is smooth and easy. The managers were very accomodating and attentive to everything. The location has a beautiful pool with a hot tub and loved that you have an option to get breakfast at a very reasonable price too. Highly recommend it! We will definitely come back.

Property was beautiful and clean! View was very relaxing sitting out on the patio. Only thing is I wish the pool was open a little longer. It rained most of the time so we only got to the beach once so would of been nice to come and hang out by the pool as it stopped raining. Other than that, everything was great. Such a beautiful location!

Lovely Vacation Stay
The view is probably the highlight of this very nice condo. We literally could have sat out there all day every day. The facility managers were so easy to communicate with and very responsive! The only reason it’s not a 5 out of 5 is because the unit could have been a bit cleaner as there were stains on the tables and someone left a dirty clothing item on the side of the dresser that we had to toss. Other than that it was truly a pleasant stay!

Absolutely stunning property
Truly enjoyed our stay, gorgeous view. The only frustration was the check in process which indicated 3p and 4p (conflicting) The pool is also closed at 6p, so we did not get the opportunity to use it. Outside of those points the apt was well suited and the property managers very helpful.

Best view in Miami
I hesitate to write a review because I'd like to keep this one to myself! We stayed here for our son's graduation from the U and could not have been more pleased. We have been staying in the Grove for a few years but this was our first time at this property. It was exactly as pictured and excellent in every way! The communication with the management company was incredible. They replied quickly to questions and checked in with us as well. We will be back! Go Canes!

Best View in Miami
This is the one! Clean and neat. Plenty of space. Comfortable. Incredible view. Great restaurant on the lobby. Parking included. A phenomenal value. No issues. Comfortable beds. Hot hot shower. Watching boats move around the marina from the balcony is way more relaxing that TV. Perfect perfect weather. And on the 19th floor, you’re above bugs. No flys, bees, nothing. You can sit outside and not be bothered. This is a “must see” place.
