From pre check in communication to our leaving, this was a perfect vacation! Bill communicated check in instructions in great detail so we knew exactly what we needed to know. The house was perfect! Plenty of room for my group. Our group consisted of me, my husband, our two daughters, my son and his wife and their kids(9,7, 6 months). We all had plenty of room, the kids had bunk beds which they loved. You will walk up stairs as all bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors which we knew based on description. The pool is nice but is small. Plenty big for the kids! Getting in through the gate to keep sand out of the house was difficult as the pool pump is at the door but still doable. There were water hoses to hose things off also. The walk to the beach is not far, but I would suggest having a wagon if you are taking many items to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this place and would stay again!

Our family stayed August 3-11, 2024. We enjoyed staying at this house so very much. The property was very clean and very convenient. The pictures are online for the property need to be updated as the aerial picture shows no houses on the beach and there is a lot of property development there now. However The house was absolutely perfect for our family and the size was great. I will say there is quite a bit of road noise as this house is adjacent to Thomas Drive but we were able to adapt to that. This is definitely a house that my family would book again. The location is very convenient to all restaurants and activities.

Will note that there isn’t a grill due to irresponsible renters in the past, but we made it work, and would not prevent us from renting here again.

The locationand house was great. The property owner was so easy to talk to and very quick at responding. He even called and made sure the house was in great condition when we arrived. There was plenty of beach chairs! We will definitely book again next year if available!

Description is accurate, very clean and well appointed house. The beach is fantastic, very wide at this portion. There is not a lot of high rise buildings near this section of the beach.
Excellent stay with comfortable large bedrooms and general house areas.
Lots of decent sized bathrooms plus powder rooms.
Fenced backyard with nice pool.

Everyone had their once space with the 3 different levels. Very clean. Great communication. Close to beach access and a quiet area. If I had to pick one thing to complain about it would be the beach chairs on the property were falling apart. Great house and would recommend.

This was our second time staying. We so enjoy the house, perfect location to beach as well as your own private pool! Everything you need for home away from home. My husband and I go every year with our two sons their wives and the four grandkids on a summer vacation. This is a place we would difinitely consider renting again. Pool was enough for the kids to swim but not many adults, but that's okay, it kept the kids entertained while we cooked. Stocked well and as nice as the ad said it was in the ad. Great location too.

The house was great and everything we needed and more. We had 12 total people, 6 adults, 6 boys age ranges from 11-17. We had plenty of room and the location is great. It was just a short 2 minute walk to the beach and minutes from just about anything you want to do. We look forward to coming back again next year!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was deceivingly spacious, with plenty of room for our extended family to have their own space to enjoy. It is in very close proximity to the beach and to other Panama City attractions. And most of all, the property owner Bill was great to work with, and quickly worked to answer any questions/address any needs that we had. Would definitely recommend, and hope to stay here again in the future.

Everything seemed fine with this place until it came time to check out. I had a very unique situation that did not allow me to check out in a timely manner and the owner threatened me with calling the police if I wasn’t out in 5 minutes. I had my rental vehicle stolen from the property and then proceeded to tell me that I was in fact not a person that had any money because if I had money I wouldn’t be stranded. Extremely rude and hurtful of this person during such a hard time.

Beautiful House & Great Location!
The house is very well maintained. We rented a golf cart for the week and were able to drive to the beach each day it wasn't raining, but the walk to the beach was only a few minutes if anyone wanted to walk. The ocean was still bad from recent tropical storm, so it was great to have a pool right outside the back door!

The property has a terrific set up for multiple people and families! I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. There was sand in the bunk beds, hair in the vanities, and sand and toys left under the LR couch. I do have a question, what are the rules about smoking pot outside of the building? We had a 2 year old and when we were out enjoying the pool our neighbors were often enjoying themselves smoking pot. That part was not the family atmosphere we were looking for. Sorry to be a Debbie downer......EVERYTHING else was wonderful......

Family vacation ‘21
Great home with plenty of room and great location to the beach! We enjoyed the private pool as well. Check in process is easy, but we were unable to get into home when we arrived, which was after check in time, due to housekeeping was still cleaning, but housekeeper was very friendly and apologetic and home was clean when she left. Due to new homes built along beachfront you are not able to see the ocean from the home, but it is a very short walk. We would definitely consider staying again!
