The toilet in the master bathroom was very unsteady and wobbly. The kitchen needs new pans. They were awful. When we arrived we tried to grill burgers and dogs, but our grill didn't work. A maintenance man happen to be passing pulled another grill from 2 rentals down. We pulled out the sofa bed at night time and pretzels and crud fell to the floor. Housekeeping obviously doesn't clean the sofa. For as much as a renter pays, close to $600 nightly, the place shouldn't have this many small issues.

The house was clean when we arrived and the clean linens were convenient. We came with another family and our children had a blast riding the golf cart and their bikes around the neighborhood. The house is conveniently located near Paradise Grill where we found ourselves almost everyday. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only downfall is we wished there was a cafe that we could ride the golf cart to and outdoor showers :)

House was well maintained, clean & close to the beach/entertainment. We did have a suggestion: since the beds were high...we had to purchase stools to climb Into bed. Also, it would be nice to have a chair in each bedroom. One bathtub was very slippery and as soon as water was turned on I slipped and fell. No damage just slid right down. Tub was clean but needed to be rinsed before using. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful house, nice community with great views and people. The golf cart was great to utilize as well! Only real complaint is water pressure in the Master Shower and the amount of time to get hot water.

Last year we were very pleased with the house we rented just a few doors down from this one. But this year there seemed to be a general lack of basic maintenance and cleaning. Lots of dog hair and dust behind stands and under beds. Socks under the beds. The refrigerator filter needed changed, broken toilet seat. Lots of light bulbs that needed replaced. Barely had enough propane to cook steaks as spare propane tank was left in the open position. Its obvious furniture is never moved during cleaning. Not awful but enough for us not to want to return.

Couches are comfortable and great to snuggle up in to watch a good movie. The open concept allowed for us to be together while doing different things. Everything was spotless, and decorating very cozy. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans we needed. The is a dollar store close by for anything else you may need. We loved playing cards at the big dining room table with views of the water. Also, using the golf cart and going on walks, viewing all the Christmas lights. Down by the beach was a community Christmas tree. We did a day trip over the ferry to Cape May and visited the Jersey Alpaca Farm, and ate on Washington Street District. It had very cool shops and restaurants. That was a very fun day. All in all the trip was fabulous, quiet and just what we needed. The property manager, Debbie Wilhelm was wonderful, and had good communication with us. The internet didn’t work first night as described in the welcome book, however the small, small print on back of router got us the log in and password. We did not have cable TV all week but we brought our fire stick and watched Netflix and Hulu. Really not a lot of TV was needed in this lovely spot. More reconnecting and making memories. We are making plans to return when my son gets back from Deployment. I recommend staying in this beautiful cottage.

My family and I booked this place for a long weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. The area was very nice as well with water views, boat docks, fishing piers and playgrounds for the kids. The golf car was a hit as well and fun for the whole family. Some down sides were the booking process and the fact that the Paradise grill was not open in the off season. The booking process was very cumbersome and had to be completed outside the recommended VRBO process by mailing a check or money order to the rental agency. I'm used to the one stop shop that VRBO provides and full payment via credit card. I would suggest that this rental agency use the VRBO process and not a 2 step process that requires mailing a check. Also, in the off-season the Paradise grill is not open. This property is in walking distance to the grill. I'm sure this is a hit in the summer time.
