Fantastic location, 2 minutes walk to main lodge. Condo is in great condition and Tim was extremely helpful. Highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Tim’s condo. Conveniently located within walking distance of Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley and the bus stop is right outside. Also very close to the Funicular at the St Regis. The condo was exceptionally clean and check in was super easy. The Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Thanks Tim!

This was our first time staying in Park City and we skiied at the Deer Valley resort, which was a principal driver in choosing to rent this condo. The place was lovely, with a rustic mountain cabin aesthetic and has everything that was needed for our family of four to be more than comfortable. The hosts, Tim and Mary, were great at providing information and ensuring for an enjoyable stay. While we only used the kitchen for breakfasts before skiing, I did not that it was fully furnished with everything that one would need to make full meals. While I give both the condo and the host top marks all around, the item that I would like to emphasize the most is the location. Not Having been skiing at Deer Valley before I was incredibly impressed by how close the condo is to the resort. The condo is literally so close that there will be people who have parked in the resort's parking lot who will be further than you to the resort. The walk to the resort was quite short - more than five minutes but definitely less than ten. Deer Valley also has a complimentary ski check and pay-for-use lockers on property so that after a day of skiing we would just need to park our ski equipment at the resort and walk back unencumbered. It was lovely to have the use of the private hot tub as well after a day on the slopes. All in all this was a tremendous value for our family.

We had an amazing stay at Tim and Mary’s place. They were fabulous owners and so easy to work with. We had to adjust our days due to hospital coverage and they were very accommodating. The place was perfect. We travel a bit with our three kids (8, 6, and 6 years old). I’m used to picking up soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc… on my way to our rentals. I did the same this time, but they had everything there plus extras!! We left the detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc… that we bought because it was not necessary. They had everything there. The condo was perfect for our crew! Our son really wanted to share a room with his twin sisters rather than sleep on the sleeper sofa, so we were able to use the sleeper sofa mattress top as a bed for him in the second bedroom, which made his trip! The condo was an easy walk to the lodge/ski lifts for our whole crew. And coming home to the heated hot tub at the end of the day was a highlight for us all! We were lucky to run into Tim at the lodge, and the kids really enjoyed looking at all of their photos and dog pictures after that. I cannot recommend this place enough! We looked to book it for the same time next year and unfortunately it’s already booked! Snag this place while you can. It was absolutely wonderful!!

My fiancé and I decided to go for Thanksgiving weekend. Neither of us had been to Park city previously. This property caught my eye with the private hot tub and 2 bedrooms. It’s nice to have the extra room when he starts snoring and an extra bathroom for both to get ready in. The owners gave us all the information we needed prior to arriving. I am always nervous codes might not work ect but they even have a backup plan in that case so it was stress free check in. There was no key only keypad so no worrying about locking ourselves out. The condo was immaculate in both cleanliness and comfort. There was every kitchen took you could need and several coffee options. The bus picks you up directly upfront. It took us about 2 rides to figure out the system. This was a great way to get to Main Street and Park city. This is one of those cities where a car is not needed. The hot tub was 103 degrees and always on ready to be used. The fire place was amazing and does get very warm. Leaving was also easy—we did nothing. I have stayed where all the sheets had to be taken off all trash out ect. We of course keeps nice and tidy but did not stress when checking out which was refreshing. You will not regret staying here.

Perfect experience! The condo was spacious but cozy. Very clean and updated. Loved having our own hot tub and it was a quick walk across the parking lot to the base of Snow Park. Everything was super easy. A bus stop for the Park City shuttle was right outside the door.

Very close walk to the chair lift. Great place to stay if you are looking to ski at Deer Valley. The most comfortable pull out couch I've ever slept in too.

Had a great week renting this condo. Only a short walk to the lifts at Snow Park lodge at Deer Valley. Park City downtown area is only a minute away by car, or you can use the Park City free shuttle which passes every 15 minutes. Condo is very comfortable with everything you need to cook at home. Tim was very good with communicating information needed. This location is excellent especially for families with kids taking lessons. Highly recommend this rental!

Place is outstanding. The condo is great - comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, parking, and we loved using the hot tub on the patio. Kitchen is really nice, and had full set of TV channels. The location in unbeatable - we walked to Deer Valley each morning. And the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. Would love to come back next year!

This was our first time staying on-property at Deer Valley. The convenience and proximity totally transformed our skiing experience. Being able to walk to/from the resort was a total game changer, and the hot tub was the cherry on top. You can tell that this property is a labor of love and every detail was covered. This condo truly feels like a home away from home, and the amenities matched accordingly. Want to cook a gourmet dinner? Yup. Board games? Sure. HD cable in every room? You got it! We absolutely loved our stay and we hope to return anytime we travel to Deer Valley in the future.

My husband and I celebrated his 40th birthday on the slopes of Deer Valley. This property was absolutely PERFECT!!! It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was so well stocked with cooking accessories, I made him a birthday cake during our stay. We walked to DV every morning and enjoyed resting our muscles in the hot tub each night. We have already booked our next stay with the whole family here!!! If you’re on the fence, book now!!!

Great clean, condo with recent updates and fantastic location for going skiing at deer valley. Conveniently located close to snow park lodge and adjacent to the st Regis. Great hot tub and washer and dryer in unit.

WOW! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, heated parking and a big hot tub. Great location, walking distance to Deer Valley slopes. Tim's communications were prompt and hospitable, with fantastic recommendations to Black Tie Ski rentals, Thousand Peaks snowmobiling, to restaurants in town. We plan on coming back to this property.

Everything was top notch. The remodeled and upgraded bathrooms and kitchen were great. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and Airbnb’s and the kitchen at this property was one of the best equipped we have ever had. The TV was great to watch FIS skiing on Olympic Channel. Easy walk across parking lot to frequent shuttle to lifts. Hot tub was easy to use and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Went with my a friend and my son. If you ski Deer Valley, this location is unbelievable, if you want to ride PC it is very good for this as well. My buddy and I snowboard and my son skis so we went to PC & Canyons. Easy ride on the bus that stops right in front of the property (hint: if going to canyons, take any bus to the downtown transit stop, then get on the WHITE express to Canyons) Seriously only took 15-20 min. Condo is really nice, clean and feels new. Kitchen and living space is perfect. Hot tub with view is fantastic! Tim, the owner, was great with communication and suggestions to questions I had about the area. VERY responsive! Overall we had a wonderful experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

Tim's property was everything you could want in a weekend ski trip to Deer Valley. It was cozy, well kept, and a short walk to the resort. It's a great view of the resort on the patio as you relax after an absolute ripper of a day in the clean, state-of-the-art hot tub. To matters better, Tim is a great dude and easy to communicate with. Five stars up in a z-formation.

WOW, this condo has it all. Heated floors in the bathroom, games, lots of room for eating and relaxing after a day on the slopes. Super close to lifts, and the spa on the patio made the vacation complete. Highly recommend this property and big thanks to the owners for sharing their home!
