Such a neat house. For us the location was perfect. We were in town for the Performance Racing Industry trade show, and this put us right next to Lucas Oil Stadium. Perfect walk.

Great place and even better property manager who was very helpful throughout the process. A+ experience.

We have a group of 10 guys that go to Indianapolis every year for a guys weekend and we go to the Big Ten Championship game at Lucas Oil stadium. This house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of beds and bedrooms & outdoor space to tailgate. The proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium is great as it is only a couple of blocks to the stadium. Also only a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants downtown on the north side of the stadium. Will book again for sure!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The location made it easy to access all of downtown! It was clean with plenty of beds and restrooms! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

There is good and bad to this property. I probably would have given it a higher star rating (3 stars) if I hadn't noticed a sign in the home offering to pay people for 5 star reviews. So here's a real review: Cons: Paint is peeling (with kids this is an issue) Water tastes disgusting Blankets & comforters need a good wash Only one refrigerator--for a home that boasts it can sleep a large crowd it needs the facilities to support that large crowd Right by the freeway and exit to hospital (insert ambulance sirens) - we slept with noisemakers on Lightbulbs burned out in multiple rooms Pros Quick response of property manager Lots of towels, chairs and outdoor seating Noisemakers in almost every room Location is easy access to many things Security System helped us feel safer A review we read suggested it felt like a frat house and I'd say that's pretty accurate. Can house a lot of people (but needs another fridge) but I definitely wouldn't refer to it as a "luxury home" although the welcoming gift basket was a nice touch.

If you have elderly or handicapped, main level bathroom has a step up to get to sink, shower and toilet. From kitchen to eating area instead of steps has a slight angled “ramp” to walk on. Forgot, wasn’t looking and tripped. Floors are uneven due to age, etc. Bring earplugs if trucks and cars bother you at night. Very close to main exit, hear vehicles. Awesome yard, parking, and amenities. Loved the special gift basket and treats in room. Hot water was was a problem.(5 minutes max and took about 3-5minutes to run before got hot. Art responded quickly, had plumber come, thought it was fixed, but no. Was able to boil water to use for sponge bath type cleaning. Wasn’t fixed when we left. Huge kitchen, with everything you need including griddle, crockpot, skillet, pots and pans, dishes, salt, pepper, spices, Pam spray, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap, oven mits,even laundry detergent. we left some packets of mayo, ketchup, etc. Lots of space to eat. Freezer/fridge excellent. Very private setting outside, No houses next to you. Walk to stadium maybe 3 minutes. Great for games. Very short drive to convention center. Krogers close by. House had board and card games, plenty of towels and blankets, toilet paper, brochures of things to do, beds and pillows were good. No crappy mattresses. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again. 4 stars cause water couldn’t be fixed within our stay. Art was quick on responding and tried to have water fixed within our stay. Sometimes things just happen. Lovely older home. If you have a lot of people, want privacy, lots of space, this is the house for you. Thanks for the memories:)

15 of us stayed at this house. It was great. We were just 2 blocks from Lucas Oil stadium. I would recommend this house if you have a big group or if you are going to a event at the stadium.

Go Dawgs!!!!! Great place to stay if going to a game at Lucas. It’s in your backyard. Wow. Wow. Wow. Fells like it was designed by a fraternity, plenty of beds. Space, etc. Just needs a big ass TV.

Location for great for an event in the convention Center. We'd loved the fact that the event shuttle picked us up at our house! Total bonus!

This was the perfect location and set up for a teen group trip for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium! We had everything we needed and greatly enjoyed our stay.

A group of ten of us went to Indy for a marching band competition. The house was very large and within walking distance to Lucas Oil Field. Will stay here again if we get the chance.

We booked because the house had the correct number of bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the living room was too small for all of us. The kitchen and kitchen table are tiny, therefore hard to use. I know the house is old, but newly remodeled SHOULD mean level floors, decent cabinets and functioning range burners, which are not!

I STAYED 07/16/-07/18/2021...FIRST IMPRESSION WAS OK N I SEE THAT IT LOOKED SURFACE CLEAN THAT SOMEONE TOOK A EFFORT N CLEANED THE BATHROOMS AND THE HOUSE.. IT WAS A LIL CHEAPLY FURNISHED N OLD FOR MY TASTE BUT IT HAD A LOT OF THINGS WRONG WITH THIS ACTUAL HOUSE... THE FLOORS WERE WARPED ALL OVER THE HOUSE... THE BURNERS ON THE STOVE WOULD NOT SIT FLAT N TWO DIDNT WORK! THEY HAD SOME CROCK POTS AND ELECTRIC SKILLETS LIKE THEY KNEW U WOULD NEED THEM! THE DRYER GOT HOT N KEPT STOPPING BECAUSE NO ONES BLANKETS SMELLED FRESH SO EVERYONE WASHED THEIR SHEETS N BLANKETS BEFORE BED... THE SHOWERS UPSTAIRS THEY SAID WAS SPITTING WATER W BARELY ANY PRESSURE...DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER WAS OK.. THE BEDS WERE ALL HAND MADE N U SIT ON THE END OF THE BED AND THEY WOULD FLIP U ON THE FLOORS BECAUSE THE BED FRAMES WERE TOO SMALL FOR THE MATTRESS..LOL THE BEDFRAMES WAS MADE OF FENCING LOL! ONLY TWO TVS IN THE WHOLE HOUSE.... OTHER THAN THAT WE MADE THE BEST OF IT N THE LOCATION WAS SECLUDED BUT CLOSE TO THINGS BUT THE WHOLE OUTSIDE NEEDS PRESSURE WASHING ESPECIALLY THE WINDOWS. THEY WAS SO DIRTY N FILM U COULD BARELY SEE OUT OF THEM.. IT WAS ENOUGH SPACE SO THAT MADE IT WORTH IT N WE ENJOYED OURSELVES IN SPITE OF THE DOWNSIDES....

Great house for Colts games and any event near downtown.

We were looking for a house for 12 adults to sleep and this house absolutely served it’s purpose. Everybody had their own bed and it was an ease driving around and getting back home. This house would be excellent during NFL season as Lucas Oil Stadium is right in the backyard of the property.

In town with friends to watch March Madness. Lucas Oil is in the backyard and easy walk to downtown/bankers life. House was as described and appreciate the early check-in!

Had no idea there was such a great place in the middle of the near south of Indy. We were able to hold a family reunion. It's close to downtown, grocery stores, and the interstate. Also just a block from Lucas Oil Stadium if that's what you're looking for. Plenty of parking. Found a couple of small issues with the house that didn't affect our stay, the owner was just a call away to let him know and was very responsive to our concerns.

Art picked right up when I called, check-in was easy and it was a short walk to Lucas Oil stadium. If you jumped on rental electric scooter you could be to Gen Con in minutes for a couple bucks. We had more rooms than we needed for sure. It was surrounded by a huge parking lot, which didn't make the area very welcoming, but the proximity to downtown was great. Hot water took awhile to warm up, but that is expected for an older house. Art had a welcome basket of snacks set out for us, which was a nice gesture.

Perfect location for events at Lucas Oil Stadium and anywhere in downtown Indianapolis. Plenty of room to spread out in the house....close proximity to multiple restaurants and only about a mile to the nearest supermarket if you want to cook/eat in. Also, laundry on site allows for lite packing :)

We have rented this property on more than one occasion. It has been great every time! The location is great and within walking distance to downtown and night life. The house is very welcoming because the owner takes special care of the guests. The check in and out procedures are very easy, and the house is very clean. It is great for a big group of people! The house is right next to the park, which is great for outdoor games. We will definitely be back!

Great location for a Colts game and downtown night life!

Very close to Lucas field and the downtown sites. An old house but reasonably clean and updated. The uneven floors and unexpected steps were a challenge for my elderly father. The house could use a deep clean (ceiling fans, dust/dirt along the baseboards. We enjoyed the gas fire pit each night. The manager was very responsive to our needs. Very hot outside during the day but the AC kept up great.

Close to stadium and convention center. We had 20 people for team meeting and meal one evening and were very comfortable, although only 9 actually stayed at house. Art was very easy to work with and didn’t seem to sleep since he was always available to answer questions. I would rent this house again. I usually rent houses for our quarterly meetings for the team and this one was excellent.

We stayed here for our family gathering, and it was perfect! There were plenty of bedrooms for all of us. Loved the fact that it is behind a nice park. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit while the kids played in the park. We'll be back next year!

The location is perfect - in the city just blocks away from Lucas Oil Stadium, and easy access to the interstate. I had several questions for the owner, once we arrived, and he responded right away - within 5 minutes! The home had everything that we needed. The Indy Parks playground next door was fabulous for the 9 kiddos that were staying - they loved it. We definitely utilized the fire pit in the evenings. I would recommend this home if you have a large group of people wanting to stay together, especially, if you have kids that like to play at playgrounds - there's also a basketball quart that the kids used. We had a great stay, thank you!

What a wonderful home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We use VRBO frequently and it is hard to find such a great place with all the things we are looking for. This is a fantastic home is a great location! Thanks for a memorable experience, we’ll see you again next year!
