House was lovely, plenty of space for six adults. Private dock was also a plus, outdoor furniture could use some new cushions but still serviceable. Lake was beautiful and not too busy in our little corner. Would've loved to use the grills but no propane tanks to be found. Overall a great stay!

Our stay was precisely what we were looking for. Three couples and a teenager were easily accommodated in this home. Everyone had their own space. The bedding was clean, in good shape and comfortable. The deck above the boathouse was perfect for viewing nearby fireworks on July 4th. Nicely located within a short drive of anything needed.

10/10. Could not ask for much more than what this property offers. Clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great vacation.

A wonderful home with plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. The home is situated on a convenient lot close to the lake and their private dock. The home is full of amenities and conveniences. Beds are very comfortable and family room and kitchen are great for sharing conversations and enjoying one another. We love the location as it’s got everything one needs by way of restaurants and grocery stores. The communication with the homeowner was wonderful. We will want to return! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The perfect rental including the number of rooms, ensuite bathrooms, large windows and light, and most of all the location. The home was updated, modern, and very comfortable. This place was tough to leave.

This property was everything we had hoped for. Great view of the lake, beautiful large deck with plenty of seating and private neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for our stay - very comfortable beds, plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked and access to games and equipment. Highly recommend.

Our family of seven loved every moment of our stay. The main family and dining room is spectacular, even better than the pics. Lawn is flat and great for games. Fire pit was fun for s’mores. We recommend this house. Owners were responsive and obviously take great care of their home.

For a quick get away from Charlotte, this property is amazing! The living space, large windows and spacious deck allowed for lots of family time. The views and relaxing waters of Lake Norman were just what our family needed. We are looking forward to our next visit.

My friends and I had a great time! The house is laid out perfectly and was well stocked with the basics. The owner was very responsive which was very helpful. The only knock I have was the neighbors are very close and a bit intrusive. On one side of the house, you had a German shepherd barking at you from 20 feet away while you grilled. Slightly unnerving. On the other side of the house was a neighbor that, while extremely nice, found the need to share her concerns for our kids getting stuck in the "muck", even though the water was 10 foot deep. It made you feel like you were being watched, which is kind of lame. All in all, from the teens to the parents, we enjoyed ourselves.

This is a gorgeous home with a breathtaking view of the lake. The house was completely stocked with everything we could have hoped for to share a memorable week with family.

The house was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and in working order. Checkin was easy with a lock box on the door with the key. We had a great time swimming and kayaking on the lake and playing the games that we found at the house. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Thanks!

Our family and friends celebrated my sons and his friends graduations in May 2019 from UNC Charlotte, after a tough week before with the on campus shootings at UNCC. This beautiful refuge brought peace, solace and lots of family and friends together at a time they / we all needed it. What a fantastic gathering place and the owner could not have been more accomodating. Our goal was to have fun, cook out, relax and be respectful of neighbors and property and leave the home as clean or cleaner than we found it. I was told we succeeded! Fantastic place with great views all around. Layout was perfect. Well stocked, easy to get to everything - including the property. Fished, played cornhole, laughed , enjoyed company of others, watched the sunrise, enjoyed the deck at the house and the sun deck on the dock. We sure hope to be back one day and would recommend this home highly for a relaxing and beautiful time. Our son was grateful for the place we chose. We had a truly wonderful birthday celebration at this beautiful home over a long weekend. The home is lovely with enough space to accommodate four generations...my parents, my husband and me, my daughter and son in law, and two grandchildren. The owners have equipped the house with all the essentials for an enjoyable stay right down to the use of kids sand/water toys and an assortment of life jackets to fit a variety of guests. The owner was extremely accommodating and truly wanted her guests to enjoy the home. The house sits right on the lake...minimal steps and a first floor master perfect for older renters who need less stair climbing. The dock is sufficient to handle a rented pontoon and jet ski while still accommodating the owner’s boat and jet ski (not available for use by renters). If you are wanting a spacious yet cozy home with big lake views, deep water access but also sand and swim area for little ones, this is the place! We will be back!

This house was amazing! It was perfect for our girls weekend. It is clean and newly remodeled/updated. The deck and dock offer some great outdoor space. The deck is big and spacious with nice rocking chairs and lounge chairs. They have a six top table out the dock which made a nice place to sit with an amazing view! The owners were very quick to respond and were very accommodating. We are already planning our next trip back!

From beginning to end-this experience was perfect! Very clean and welcoming. The back deck was our favorite part. Thankfully the weather was perfect and we relaxed and enjoyed the view in comfort!

The house was spacious clean well kept The sunset and sunrise was breath taking. The hostess was available if Needed. We enjoyed our stay immensely!!!!

We brought a ski boat and rented a jet ski. The lake is huge and action packed. The house is very well kept and organized. Everything is there that you could want. Ready to cook kitchen, beach, fire pit, grill, dock, nice yard and huge porch. Decor in the house is very well done. We would love to return.

We had 10 people and never felt like we were on top of each other. The lake and beach were perfect for the teens and adults. The beach was terrific for the younger ones and even for a refreshing swim for us older types :-( The House was in good repair and well stocked with linens, dishes, water toys for the kids, and TVs in all rooms. Everyone was very comfortable. If you have a boat, the dock will accommodate a side tie-up. It did however take somewhat of an engineer to figure out the TV remote. Luckily the techies in the group were able to navigate it... until one of the toddlers got to the remote. It took us a bit of effort to get the picture back to normal. . We could have asked the toddler perhaps but he doesn't talk much yet :-) and we were too proud to consider that we could not do it without the help of a toddler. Tip...if you have toddlers, keep the remote on the fireplace mantle away from inquisitive little ones. . All in all, it was a wonderful stay. The weather didn't cooperate much, but as Kim the owner aptly pointed out, the Denver weather doesn't necessarily adhere to online weather forecasts. While the days were largely cloudy , there were extended periods of breaks every day in the weather that still allowed us to enjoy the stay and the property. . The point here is.. don't fear the forecast, the property comes with its own good weather and comfortable surroundings that make the stay enjoyable. Frank Troccoli and family

This home was awesome for a family getaway. The owner has all the items you would need available. We enjoyed the walls of windows, outdoor areas, and 4 season room. The kids loved swimming off the dock. The owner, Kim, was very responsive to email and questions we had prior to our stay.. We would highly recommend rental..

We really enjoyed this beautiful home. It is perfect for a large family group. We had plenty of room and had a great porch for sitting outside and looking at the lake. We rented a boat and brought over to the dock. What a perfect location for all of us. The owner, Kimberly was always very quick to respond to my questions. We had concerns about the Water situation being that it is on a well system but has no problems. We will be back!
