Just perfect accommodations and location was walking distance to get on trolly. Uber rides less the $20 to get us around. To much FUN

Just outside of town with a short trip in to town, made this a perfect get away. The house has a beautiful cozy warm feeling. Lisa the property owner was very responsive and great to work with.

Having Lisa as a host was the best thing ever. She was amazing in getting back to us and answering any questions. The house was so nice everything we needed. Uber picks up there. We had no problem with door dashing food. The experience with Lisa at this house was great. Also, not a bad drive to downtown Nashville. 100% recommend this property.

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. Communication was great. Check-in process was simple, and the location is perfect. You are very close to downtown but just far enough away, and you are still so close to restaurants and coffee shops.

Eveyone enjoyed the stay. It fit us just fine. The houses was very clean. Mrs Lisa is a great host very friendly & easy to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The house is beautiful and very Nashville decorated. We met the owner upon arrival and she offered her assistance with anything we needed. This home was in close proximity to downtown. It was exactly how described. Lisa made checking in and out very easy. Everything was clean and well maintained. Parking was off street and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lisa

This property was clean and decorated very nice. It is close to Broadway. By car we were home in a few minutes. We stayed for 3 nights. The neighborhood was quiet. It was nice to have off street parking. Communication with the owner was a breeze. I recommend this property.

We came to Nashville to celebrate birthdays. We checked in to the back house on Thursday and left on Sunday. The home is so cute, it is updated, has a washer and dryer, a front porch and a back porch, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Full size refrigerator, dished and full size stove/oven. Lisa was very nice and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. For the back house there was one parking space and also free street parking. There were 2 spaces in front of the front house. Our plans were Broadway street for the weekend, this house is not in walking distance to Broadway, you will need to driver or Uber. The Uber ride was $40 there and $40 back (a little pricey but definitely worth being safe) The neighborhood is is a little sketchy but they are building beautiful modern homes. I didn’t feel unsafe at all. The house does have an alarm system and the street and property is very well lit and maintained. Overall I would recommend this home to you and my family.

Close proximity to downtown Nashville. New renovation is very nice, very comfortable beds and nice deck area for enjoying outdoor time. Would definately recommend this location for ease of proximity to the nightlife and wonderful accommodations.

We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert last week and let me tell ya, the location of the house to Nissan stadium is SO close. It made taking and picking up our young adults a breeze. Broadway, where all the action is is insanely close- less than a $10 Lyft/Uber ride. Super cute house that’s tucked away and gives off a sort of serine vibe. The house (kitchen especially) is equipped with all that you need, and it’s clean and comfortable too. Lisa is a top notch host with strong communication skills which was key for us. We’ll be back for sure, thanks for an unforgettable time Lisa & BNA!

The property was perfect, just north of downtown, a great spot to stay and see the town.

easy access, property owner easy to contact, clean, great place to stay

Fit our group well with easy Uber access to downtown and parking. Kitchen was useful, had enough supplies to make small meals. All we needed as far as space and layout. Neighborhood is changing over as others have mentioned so is filled with vacated homes, new construction (which is amazing) and some originals as they are but we felt safe staying there.

Nice place in a very convenient location. Lisa was very pleasant and handled our request the first night. Would definitely stay again.

Only a couple suggestions, not enough comfortable chairs to sit in when gathered together, no instructions on how to use the TV, not coat hangers in the closets, weren’t able to adjust thermostat so when it got cooler out the temperature got to warm for sleeping, kitchen asked to wash/ clean dishes but no soap and one doesn’t usually travel with soaps. BUT would definitely stay here again.

Very cute and clean place. Beds sleep amazingly! Lisa responds very quickly if you need her!! Overall just a great experience and I highly recommend it!

House is beautiful and clean

This property is perfectly located, clean , cute and has full amenities. I will rent again! The only issue I have is , it sat back behind a bigger house that blocked any street light and we didn’t have access to porch light so next visit I will bring string lights for porch . Not a safe with stairs on porch , I took a fall and you can’t see your car parked 20 feet from you because of how dark it is . So if you rent bring something you can have light exiting or entering the property at night.

We spent a long weekend at the property. It was close to many Nashville attractions. Very clean, updated and comfortable house. Updated appliances and decor.

Awesome place!

Basically everything was as expected- nice recently renovated town house. Beds were nice and the house was clean. Felt safe at the house, but surrounding neighborhood isn't a place I'd want to walk through. Out of thr owners control- but next door neighboor has dogs that are very vocal at night. Also, there is a hornets nest either near the front porch or the neighbors, baking sitting outside iffy.

Lisa was awesome. She was easy to communicate with and let you know she was available which was great! The house was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this VRBO if visiting amazing Nashville! Uber ride from house to Broadway averaged $17.00 one way which was worth it to us. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you Lisa!!!
