Our second stay at this property in the past 2 years. Great property. Well supplied. Great central location in St. Augustine Beach. Manager always available and very responsive. Short walk to beach and private pool is great respite from heat and wind of beach! Grill was not functional but was a minimal setback for our stay. We look forward to our next trip to St. Augustine Beach and plan to stay here again.

This property is everything and more! Convenient to everything and super close to the beach! The house was very clean and had all the accommodations you could ever need! They even had beach supplies! We are already planning another trip and plan to stay here again!

The rental was very nice but was expecting an ocean view but the trees were in the way.

This property worked perfectly for my family and I. The unit is only 1 short block from the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The condo was very clean, had plenty of beach items (towels, chairs, toys) to use while visiting, and each of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The pool water was a bit to cool to swim in during April, but we took advantage of the hottub on multiple evenings! Overall I would recommend this unit to others and would even visit again ourselves.

Everything was great - right next to the beach, the pool & hot tub area were excellent, and it was plenty big for our family of four. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it was convenient to get into town. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is in a fabulous location. So close to the beach, tacos, brewery, and rental bikes which are allright across the street. The pool is fantastic and can be easily shared if there are renters on third floor. Beds all comfy. Great beach chairs and towels provided. Elevator access was so nice for older family members. Would love to visit again.

The condo was clean and included plenty of pool/beach supplies. The kitchen was well stocked. The couch was super comfy! The pool was amazing but slightly crowded when the guests of the top unit were there, too. The two guests beds were comfy but the master bed was not. The location was very convenient to the beach and being in town; however, to get from the beach access point to the actual place you set up is so far- the sand is deep and it is impossible to use a wagon (the wheels wouldn’t roll). That is not the condo’s fault but could be a challenge if you are trying to get small kids and stuff to the beach (which I had to do alone for a few days). The taco place across the street is so yummy. If we needed a place for just adults, we would love to book again. I wouldn’t plan to come again with small kiddos. Thanks for a great trip!!

Perfect location for a beach vacation that includes a private pool and hot tub. St. Augustine amphitheater less than 2 miles away so perfect for concert goers! Definitely would rent again!

Located between tacos and the beach. What else can you ask for. In a commercial building, but very quiet. Could not hear it raining outside. Pool was nice but to cool to swim. Very short walk (3 houses) to beach. Beach chairs and sand toys provided. Many restaurants nearby in walking distance. Perfect layout for us with our teens. Lots of room to spread out. 3 bed rooms 21/2 baths were nice. Could Have slept two adults on sectional.

We absolutely loved this property! I cannot express how happy we were with our stay. Endless Summer Realty was so organized. They communicate everything you need to know. I never once had to ask a question concerning check in. They also were extremely and rapidly responsive. The property was amazingly clean. We felt entirely comfortable with the level of cleanliness. The pool was lovely! The beds were very comfortable. Hospitality is definitely a priority here! The villa was also so secure. We had a toddler with us, and we felt so safe. I would absolutely stay here again! The kitchen was also stocked very well. Four different coffee pots! There was no shortage of towels and blankets either. We never had to lower the A/C past 73 degrees F. The trees shield from the sun beating in through the windows. It might as well be right on the beach...barely a walk to the beach. It's also right near multiple dining options, without needing to drive anywhere. Parking was perfect. Thanks so much!

Overall really wonderful stay who wouldn’t want a taco stand that stays open late across the street in a fun beach town. My only disappointment is the hot tub portion of the pool never worked properly apparently this had been an ongoing problem. Which should have been disclosed before hand.

We selected this property due to its proximity to the beach and semi-private pool. The villa itself is in a nice location with plenty of lot parking shared with the office on the first floor of the building. The villa was not as clean as we would of hoped, but had plenty of space for our children. The toaster does not function properly and needs replaced. The pool was nice but a bit too enclosed. The hot tub worked well and the kids enjoyed the pool overall. Proximity from the beach was excellent. Beautiful stretch of beach access direct from road access and easy to travel back and forth to villa. Villa is located on busy street of A1A and next to public parking and public beach access which made for a more crowded set up then we had hoped. Overall, it was a nice experience for our first time at St Augustine Beach.

My husband and I and two other couples front of this condo for a week. We had an amazing time! It was clean it was close to the beach we really enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely recommend it.

too far from beach. Cannot hear waves forget about seeing water. Ants all around pool are and table could not eat outside. King bed hard as rock. Was not at all accommodating about early check in even though got there 1 hour early and NO ONE was cleaning. 3:08 pm was snt code. Told day before about fire alarm test. Even though money was refunded it was extremely aggreviating to be bothered like that during stay. Managemwnt was very condescending and i will never book again

Ocean Song Villa was a perfect choice for our family vacation! With 2 nice bedrooms for our teens, king size bedroom for my hubby and I, a spacious living room, and lovely open floor plan, it was a very enjoyable stay. Incredibly short walk to the beach. Perfect sunny days & 84 degree water... and a very short drive to the local alligator farm... and beautiful downtown St. Augustine. We even got to enjoy a sea turtle crossing the dunes on our final day there. We will be back!!

The condo is very pretty and the owner has it super well stocked with all sorts of convenient things: from boogie boards, to kitchen things, to towels... Fantastic location. Super convenient, including the fact that there’s an elevator only shared with the above condo. Highly recommended.

House is as advertised and did not disappoint! We were a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and had lots of space. The place was extremely clean and very close to the beach. The taco stand across the street was as advertised, amazing. The house had everything you needed to make meals, including spices and all the basics. Also had lots of items for beach which we could use. The pool/hot tub is not huge, but we were still able to enjoy at the end of the day. Some different options of golf courses within 20-30min drive and we really liked St John’s Golf and Country club (the one in St Augustine)! We arrived from Canada right when the Coronavirus was starting and decided half way through our trip that we had better return due to uncertainty with border closure, etc! We were in constant communication with the property management company (Endless Summer Vacation Rentals) and they were amazing to deal with. They were not under any obligation to provide us with a refund for remaining nights, but did so because as they stated “it’s the right thing to do”! Thanks so much!! When we return to FLA, would certainly stay again at this property or anywhere that the management company operates! Thanks

This property was very cozy, with lots of room for 2 family's to hang together and not feel cramped. The location is in a great place.

Clean spacious house. Close to the beach and great to hang out in. We enjoyed the hot tub- A short walk to the beach. Well stocked, even had a beach bag to use. There was an issue with the dishwasher and they were very responsive:

This condo was great! It was a clean and nicely decorated space for our family! This property is in walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. We also loved the private pool!

This condo was located in the perfect location. Walk to the beach (without crossing any intersection), coffee, lunch, dinner, surf shop, etc. The place was spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice to relax in after the beach. When we had any questions the property manager was responsive and courteous. We plan to come back every year for our family vacation! The pool/spa could use a deep cleaning in the off season.

We would definitely stay at Ocean Song Villa again and recommend it to family and friends. The villa was clean, plenty of room and sleeping options, and was stocked with just about everything one would need. Great supply of kitchen utensils and dishes, as well as condiments, spices, and coffee (although all we could find was decaf, but we had brought our own caffeinated coffee). With a Publix store a short drive down the road anything else one needed was convenient to get. Plenty of dining within walking distance or a short drive. We ate at the beachcombers, mango mangoes, and the taco shop conveniently located right across the street. We loved the tacos at the taco shop so much that we ate there twice. Beach access was easy and a very short distance. Ocean Song Villa had beach towels, cooler, umbrella, and various other items for the beach or the pool. We fully enjoyed the pool and spa. We are already missing the Ocean Song Villa and hope to stay there again.

We had a wonderful week in St. Augustine Beach at Ocean Song Villa. It was the perfect location for our family (including kids ages 17, 14, and 12). We were close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay again!

Short walk to beach, taco shop across the street was great, best coffee shop in the area about a block away, great beach bar about a block and a half. Management company responded immediately to any questions or issues. Property was very quiet. Planning to go back again.
