Everything is superbly likeable. In a very private, quiet richy neighborhood. Very cozy studio with all amenities are included. Generous breakfast are included. Strong WIFI, functional kitchen with all the pots and pans available. I love the squeaky shiny clean marble floors. Cool breeze don’t need AC. Bed are comfortable. The owner of the property are super friendly and accommodating. Always available to assist you. I feel very lucky that I found this place. I already booked on my next visit that is how I loved this place so much. A very charming place to stay in Tunisia. I highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone. -location is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood -the squeaky clean shiny marble floors I love. -the bathroom all amenities were included, very functional kitchen if you like to cook your meal but generous breakfast was included. -host was very attentive, helpful and accommodating. you won’t hesitate to ask for help. Thank you Hakim and Carole for the kind hospitality extended. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We will visit and stay here again. This place has so much character that you will fall in love and come back. Au Revoir❤️.

The location is super in the heart of Carthago: the room, with private bathroom, has its own private entrance and patio in a quiet, shady street of rich detached villas. There is a small kitchen and washing machine. Parking is easy in front of the house. A super location to explore Carthago, especially for those who like it quiet. Wake up with bird song instead of roaring traffic. The room also has a nice collection of music and movies. A real home!

Great clean studio apartment. Has all that you might need for a convenient stay. Hosts are friendly, polite and helpful. They serve a great breakfast.

The host famliy welcomes me warm and friendly like an old friend and spent a lot of time for talking and explaining. The appartment has a cosy yard to sit outside. It is in walking distance to the sights of Carthage and to trains station to Tunis.

The breakfast was so nice , the place was comfortable and the host was kind , I liked the location it was calm and safe I would love to come back again. Carlos and Baya

It was clean. Staff/hosts were great. It was incredibly comfortable with both heating and air conditioning. From the time we got there to when we left, we never had to touch the radiator settings, and it was at the perfect temperature. This was key in early March. It is also located smack in the middle of the Carthage ruins. Break fast is included. It was well decorated. Washing machine worked well. It is a great place for a short or long stay because there are a lot of little amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. It seems the host thought of everything. The shower door closes very well, and there was plenty of hot water. Also, it includes breakfast.

I think the wifi had to be restarted. It worked well until it went out, but we had gotten SIM cards so didn’t ask about it. The unit does have its own extension box. Recommend putting the breakfast included on the listing so people know!

The place was clean and tidy and the landlord is nice.

I stayed one night at the small place and it was equipped with a good heating system, but had no carpets and due to the fact that it’s in a basement of the owner’s house, the floor was cold. Smoking isn’t allowed in the place but it has many ashtrays which’s ironic. The landlord was kind and offered a good breakfast. I might come back again but it won’t be my first option to consider.
