I really enjoyed my stay at Coventina because the staff were friendly.

I would have appreciated it if the staff had informed me about the facilities within the suite.

The location is good but maximum service are not available like they have swimming pool but always closed as well others.

The all stuff is super level of stupid I think they should be need a training first how to behave with customers and if I talk about service just digesters out of 10 it’s 0 and they’re offering breakfast I never seen before This type breakfast in my entire lifetime. I think they deserve 2500 taka BDT for per night in their service and others which I don’t want mentioned.

It's in a nice location but nothing posh.

We found the room okay but the bathroom was very small. The flush works in a peculiar manner where you have to keep it pressed for a long time n sometimes the water flows n sometimes it doesn't!! Paid for a room with balcony but same was not given. What put us off was the response of a few staff when they refused to supply basic things like Tea Bags in the room save Green tea or Coffee. People like me enjoy only tea n they give that during breakfast. Said you can buy from outside at a shop which was 2 kms far!! Not understood. Likewise the breakfast was okay but one day they gave fruits n next day said we don't give fruits. Didn't find the warmth as one felt elsewhere. For payment via Credit Card they are changing 2% extra which is not done anywhere else. When requested for payment by INR the staff said he will let me know the next day. Or help exchanging the same. There was no further response to this. It'll be unfair to say all the staff were not good because many were quite polite as is the norm in Bangladesh. Overall it was not worth the amount they charged. However we still thank the Team for our stay n wish them our good wishes.

Courteous and polite staff. Clean room and washroom. Location spot-on.

Price is calculated in USD. Keeps fluctuating for payment in local currency. Tariff could be reduced a bit.
