Enjoyed the staff attitude which was very friendly and caring. People like Hoque (at the reception) and Nazmul (bell boy) have great service attitude and deserve appreciation.

The property should open up to help customers to order Uber or other Taxis. Hotel policy does not allow it at this stage but it should open up.

All childrens facilities was booked for a private event . We was only informed of this when we arrived .

poor front office and overall staff behaviors

They lied about their facility. It shows they have swimming pool but they rented this place to someone else and closed the pool. After party they started rearranging for the next day event and it was very loud i couldn't sleep.

they took long time to provide us the room then upgrade our room to business class with extra charges!!

Way Too much complicated of Management principal for credit card payment with stupid system. This management doesn’t know how to treat international travellers peoples. The rooms are equipped with furniture from the 90s, with a television that is very difficult to operate, a bathroom with dangling taps and a shower that does not work correctly. In short, a renovation is involved.
