This house exceed our expectations and then some! We particularly loved that the home offers ample privacy for everyone while also having plenty of comfortable common spaces to hang out. The backyard is your own little resort. From the tiki bar to patio space and the large pool and hot tub...you really haven no reason to leave the house if you don't want to. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Thank you to Margaret and Island Getaway Rentals for making our family vacation a memorable one!

The property was amazing. We enjoyed every asset. We did pay to have the jacuzzi heated but it did not work for us. Needs maintenance. House is fully stocked, clean, so accommodating and close to everything. Would recommend The Oasis to all who need a big, comfortable place to relax. Thank you.

I've stayed at this place twice before, many years ago with my parents and sister's family. This time, I brought along my own family and it was just as wonderful as before. I really love how dog-friendly they are, and this house is really the only one I've seen available on any of the property apps that is completely fenced in. Which, with a pool and a dog, is really necessary for me. The place is clean, laid out well with all the bedrooms and so spacious for so many people. Close to the beach and Sea Pines community is wonderful. We went biking, to the beach, but mostly hung out in the wonderful backyard. Such an enjoyable stay, hope to come back soon!

Overall, we had a great time. House was well appointed and the backyard pool and bar area were a hit!! The bedroom setups and private baths, with access to the outside sitting area/ deck, was a plus!! Good location with in Sea Pines! Would return again!

This was our third stay in this home. Fabulous as always. We’ll be back next year!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sea Pines in general, but the house in particular was in a great location allowing us to bike or walk to the beach or Harbor Town (about 1 mile to either, but lovely walks/rides on the trails.) The backyard and pool were the best part of the house by far! The pool is large and the shallow area is great for toddlers/ kids. The patio furniture could use some cleaning, but the pool was very clean.

Home was lovely--as was the pool and hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs, tables w/umbrellas and pool accessories. Heating the hot tub was a good choice. Pool water was refreshing! Great weather; everyone really enjoyed the trip. House was beautiful.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and a perfect location. Had a small issue of bathroom sinks not draining and a shower curtain rod falling down but nothing earth-shattering. Thanks so much!.

It’s a beautifully appointed and comfortable home with four ensuite bathrooms and a TV den with door. The back yard tiki bar has a refrigerator and TV. It’s a short walk to the Stoney -Barnard ruins and Harbourtown. Bike trails are everywhere.

Have rented many houses in Sea Pines, 91 Barnard Cove was perfect for our family and pets. Highlights were the pool, hot tub, location, and the fantastic golf museum in the TV room. I would love to get in on one of the owners golf trips!! I guarantee you that you will enjoy this house if you decide to rent.

We had our family vacation at the above address from August 20 through August 26. We loved the inside of the house. It accommodated my family very well. However, I am very disappointed regarding the outdoors. When we arrived, the pool did not appear clean at all. We put a phone call into your office and the pool company came. By that time the pool was much worse. When the pool company came, they did not clean the pool or add chlorine. They said the filter was failing and it needed to be replaced. The pool got much worse and we were unable to use it. The pool was the selling point to selecting this property as our family vacation home. In addition to the pool, the outdoor cushion furniture was very dirty and smelled and we were unable to use that as well. I am sure the house is priced the way it is because of these additional features that we were unable to enjoy.

This home is amazing and really has something for everyone!! The property owner and management company was pleasant and very responsive with any questions or with a few issues we had, they got resolved right away!! Outdoor living area is spectacular that you almost don’t won’t to go anywhere. The spa is most relaxing if you pay extra to heat it. Bike paths right across the street literally with a short ride to the beach. Kitchen well stocked and furniture very comfortable. We have been coming to HH for 30 years and this home is in our top 3. We look forward to coming back next year!

The house is exactly what the property listing shows. Great space for a family with several bathrooms. Outside area was great as well. Our only small issue was the floors hadn’t been cleaned super well prior to check-in, so we cleaned them ourselves. Other than that the stay was perfect.

We just stayed at this home for the fourth summer in a row. It’s spacious and beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area and tiki bar are awesome. The owner is very easy to work with.

We spent a week at this lovely home with friends and our dogs. We were pleasantly surprised a how well stocked the house was. The layout was ideal with plenty of space for our group relax and enough privacy for our husbands to get some work time in as well. Most amazing was the beautiful outdoor space - the pool, tiki bar, and large private yard was where we spent most of our time - it was so nice we almost didn’t want to go to the beach! The owner was great to work with as well. We will definitely be back for another visit!

We enjoyed the vacation and the property had everything you need for a family vacation. It was a little chilly, so didn't get to swim. Wish we'd opted to heat the hot tub but know better next time. I recommend this property and hope to return soon.

This is our fifth year staying at this property and it is still perfect for our family! The location, the outdoor space, the setup of the house, the pool and hot tub - everything is first class and comfortable. We’re looking forward to Year 6!

My family enjoyed are stay at this house. The layout was great. There was plenty of room for us. The pool and bar area in the backyard was wonderful for entertaining. We stayed at the pool half the week the other half we biked to beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were nice. The master bath was recently redone. The owner and management were very responsive any time I had a question. We would stay here again. The only disappointment was they came to heat the pool to drain the gas tank due to a gas leak. We smelt gas that was leaking during the week. We called the emergency hot line and they immediately came out to double check it. However, that is when we found out why. I couldn't understand why the pool was hot all week. It was kinda of frustrating but understand they had a gas leak and were replacing it soon. Just wish that didn't have to happen during our week. We had this place booked for over a year and were really look forward to the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay just wish the gas leak had already been fixed.

We just spent our third year at this beautiful house and we’ll definitely be back. The house is large enough to accommodate all eight of us and our dogs. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the tiki bar is the best. The master bathroom was remodeled since our visit last summer and it is gorgeous. We love this place.
