Awesome condo with a great view. Property Manager Mark was awesome to communicate with and very responsive. We arrived early on the day we were supposed to check it and Mark was gracious enough to allow us to check in a touch early. This condo is not quite perfect and you can tell it’s a rental but it’s great value for the building and awesome to be on the top floor. A great property manager just makes the experience awesome. I would stay again.

We had an amazing time. PCB never disappoints. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The resorts amenities are awesome. I can’t wait until next summer when we do it again.

The owner Mark was great! He texted and let us know our room was ready early — zero complaints about him!! Condo itself was good.. however to pay $ thousands $$ of dollars to stay here and not have a designated parking spot is crazy!! We was not allowed to park in the “owners parking garage” which was wide open all weekend (4th of July week) There was no parking in 6-floor parking deck.. we had to park somewhere else one night, and my mother is Handicapped and she had to park on the un-covered and not in a handicap spot due to teenagers parking in those spots.. (we had to pay an extra $40 to get her a parking pass — and no parking available) there was 6 parking spots where a sea-Doo/ lawn mower trailer was just randomly taking parking spots up We come to FL every year.. everything was good except the fact we paid this much money to not have parking!!!

The property is in the heart of PCB and right on the beach. There are several pools, hot tubs and restaurants at the resort. During our stay, we had a small water heater drain issue and the property owner himself came by and fixed it. He communicated almost instantly whenever we had a question.

Facilities were very nice. Wait times for elevator were no more than five minutes due to there being four elevators for one tower and they moved super fast. The condo was very clean. The owner responds very quickly via text message. Would definitely stay again.

Great resort, beautiful beaches.

This was one of the nicest and most clean condos I’ve ever stayed! Beautiful view and perfect location to all of the great restaurants we enjoy eating when we are here. I know I will be staying again and hopefully soon!!

We enjoyed our stay. Property clean. Staff was helpful. Building overall is older and in need of updating. Nice to be right on the beach.

The pictures in the post is not what we saw when we checked in. There is no table on the patio, which was one of the reasons we rented this specific unit. The cleaning was definitely lacking as we could not walk anywhere in the unit or patio without our feet being instantly black and filthy. The 2nd bathroom toilet was so loud it would walk up both bedrooms each time someone used it during the night; we contacted. the owner and was told it is fine. It did the job, but we will stay elsewhere next year.

Great location. Parking easy. Resort staff, including security, very attentive. As with virtually all listings, photographs make the property appear larger than it actually is. We moved some furniture around a bit to fit our needs. Some furniture needs to be replaced - balcony chairs on their last legs. Cleanliness could be improved - a bit moldy, musty. But we definitely enjoyed our month there.

Beautiful view of Gulf, condo has a great layout and felt very spacious.

The property was extremely clean and within walking distance to everything, loved our stay and will stay here again.

We would definitely book the unit again. The property owner let us know the condo was ready @10am so we got a extra full day to enjoy the view, beach and pools.

The view was one of the best 👌🏾 check in was easy .I liked the condon I would stay again. It just need some new furniture that's about it.

The property was in a great location and we had a great condo right on the beach. The one and only complaint I have is that there are only 4 elevators for a huge building and one of them broke while we were there. I felt like we spent a lot of time just waiting to get into and out of the buil

We use vrbo often and this was one of the better stays. I would highly recommend it as a vacation stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was in close proximity to any store or restaurant we needed. Beds were very comfortable! One of our BEST MEMORIES!!

Sand on and in cushions on sofas. Bedding stained. Sand in both bunks. Kitchen greasy. Dishes were dirty that were in cabinet. Must be big corp. ran. Get ‘em in, get ‘em out. Bank the funds! Will not stay here again. Yuck

Of course the view and the beach were beautiful. Everything was clean and decorated nice. Furniture was nice and comfortable too. Loved the big screen tv’s in the den and master bedroom. We were worried that elevator was going to be an issue because it is on the top floor and was July 4th holiday. We never had a long wait for an elevator. We would definitely recommend this condo. We are so grateful.

We were here for our son's world series and Mr. Mark has to have one of the nicest condos. (We went into several friends condos while we were here). Mr. Mark had everything ready for our family vacation. Great view, very affordable, clean, and ready to accommodate our family needs. If we vacation here again, this is where we will stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Mark communicated well with any issues we had. The condo needs a little updating. The plumbing mainly. Other than that it’s great and the view from the top 23rd floor is incredible. The elevators are slow at times because there aren’t enough and too many people using them. The property has everything you could ask for. Covered parking is another perk and security can be seen everywhere. Highly recommended!

Our family was looking for a weekend trip to the beach with a nice spot on the water. This property was just that. Great building, clean apartment and easy access to the beach. We will definitely try and book this place again in the future!

Needs updating. Refrigerator kept things cool not cold. AC was barely adequate would hate to be there in summer time. Could use remotes for fans.
