The condo is spacious, Susie is the epitome of professional, responsive & helpful, but the very best thing about the property is its rare slope slide location. Easy walking access to not just one, but five lifts, all clustered together. Invaluable on busy days to beat the crowds and/or when schlepping kids and all their gear in addition to your own! Just a note on Uber/Lyft in case its helpful for trip planning - found them to be way more expensive than expected with long wait times and frequent cancellations. One example: Booked a ride back to the airport with Lyft but each allocated driver always cancelled before reaching us (presumably for a more profitable opportunity). Switched to Uber and experienced the same and after 6 driver no shows and more than an hour of waiting in the freezing cold after checkout, we had one of Susie's recommended transport services rescue us.

This location is amazing for a ski in/ski out property. They have a very convenient ski locker room on the first floor and an elevator up to the 2nd floor where the condo is located. Plenty of room in the condo and has everything you’ll need, it’s older but well maintained. My only complaint is not having laundry in the condo and the laundry room (which is very close by) only takes quarters. I’ve stayed in places where the machines take check cards so you don’t have to remember to get coins while you’re out and about. The condo is also located away from the slopes so you won’t hear the grooming machines all throughout the night and early morning, they can be very loud. We will definitely stay here again. Susie was great to communicate with too, and thought of everything you may have questions about.

We loved staying at this condo. Couldn’t possibly be a better location for ski in and out access! Hot tub was perfect for after a long day on the slopes too! I highly recommend this property and I would come back in a heartbeat!

The stay was amazing and we are super happy with location. Thr property manager was friendly and available. The accommodations were clean and we love getting in the Jacuzzi after skiing all day 😀

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It is a true ski in/ski out with comfortable beds and was well equipped. That being said if you have small children who need to be at ski school before the lifts open at 9:00, there is a short uphill walk to get them there timely. The location is great! You ski down to the first time lift to start your day and can ski right up to the walkway for lunch or the end of the day. The locker downstairs to store your equipment is easy to get to and use. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals there and is close to several restaurants and stores. Parking was easy and spots were available each time we came back. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family of 4! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, and a good size. The door code we had didn't work so I called Susie. She picked up and solved the problem before we hung up. I had another minor issue that she took care of immediately. The location to the slopes was so great! The slopes were just a few steps from the locker room where we had a locker to store our ski gear. Easy access to first time, 3 kings, and eagle lifts. My only issue is that the trip went too fast! Great place for a great price. Can't wait to go back!

The manager Susie is awesome, very responsive and accommodating. The unit was nice and faces the small glen so the cool breeze cooled the condo down. We also got to see a few moose and deer. Yes I would recommend Mj

Our family stayed here for a few nights to break up our road trip. Had a great time! Quiet location overlooking historical cemetery, condo had everything we needed, enjoyed pool and soaking tub in complex. Easy to take bus downtown. Walked to Park City Mountain for fun at the summer Adventure Park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Its gotta be good if the only criticism is not having a potato masher! The host was wonderful. The location cannot be beat. I expect that the new Eagle lift (scheduled for 2022-2023 season) will make this an even better location. The "pool" is steps away and kept at 102 degrees. We visited every day. I can't say enough good things about this property.

Excellent location with true ski on/off opportunity. Ski locker is warm and clean, makes for easy storage of gear and just a few short steps to the slopes! You may hear ppl walking in unit above but other than that it’s great!

Comfortable, well-equipped rental for our party of five. Convenient covered parking and ski storage facility directly adjacent to Eagle lift. We loved this unit!

We loved the cozy setup, super convenient location to the lift (literally walked out the door, down the sidewalk, then popped on skis to the lift). Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook/bake, etc, which we did a lot of. There were plenty of fluffy towels in the bathrooms. The outdoor community hot tub was a big hit after skiing & the community gym was nice to have to sneak in a workout on non-skiing days. Susie was great to communicate with & always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

If looking for ski in and ski out this is a wonderful condo ! Susie was very helpful with information on surrounding area restaurants and with logistics using the rental. Hassle free ! Unit super clean and comfortable.

Fabulous condo with a great location! Truly ski in/ski out and close to restaurants and shops as well. My family of 5 (including 3 teenage boys) was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice place to stay if you come to ski. If you don’t have a car, you will need to take local bus to get grocery. The distance between the property and nearest bus station is about half a mile. Although it sounds very reasonable to walk, but it is not that easy when you walk on the snow covered icy side walk carrying jug of water and other groceries. I would give 4 star if not because of the dirty/off colored bathroom towels. I have taken some pictures of the towels. Wish I have place to upload. But with a nice place like this, I strongly suggest to replace the hardened and off-colored towels.

We stayed during MLK weekend in January 2022 and the place was great and close to the first time lift. Susie was quick to respond and answer any phone calls during our visit. She even supplied me with a pack and play. The beds were comfortable although I would not sleep on the pull out couch as the mattress was not supportive. We stayed 4 nights and the place was clean. She supplied plenty of trash bags, dishwashing pods and hand soap. There were mini sized shampoo/conditioner. There were plenty of dishes/utensils. She had high quality dishes and great pots and pans (hexclad). We cooked mostly as we had small children with us and was not able to go out. We grilled steaks as there was a gas grill right on the balcony. Ski lockers downstairs were helpful. The laundry machines were located outside of the unit on the same floor and takes quarters. Showers had good pressure and hot water. If your children are in ski school which ours were, keep in mind it was a bit of a walk to the ski school for young children. Overall, we had a GREAT stay at Snowblower 112. Thanks Susie!

The location was perfect! Just a short walk to rent skis and right on the slopes. Easy run in the morning to the first time lift and easy way home in the afternoon. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The property was fantastic. Great location, very clean, well stocked. I would definitely stay again and will recommend.

Great locale. Great property manager. Clean place. However, the mattresses are like sleeping on wood. Same with the pillows. Not the best place if you want to have a good nights sleep. They need a new sleeper sofa bc that one is ready to collapse. The mattress must be from 1950. Furniture is lacking and dated. I’d say it sleeps 4 bc no human should have to sleep on the sofa bed.

We absolutely loved staying at the condo. The location was easy steps away from the lift. And the condo itself was perfect. We tended to eat breakfast and lunch in the unit, so it was nice having the kitchen. We either drove or took the bus into the historic Park city and had dinner every night. The location was perfect, close to bus stops, or less than a mile walk into the village. The unit had everything we needed, and when my daughter wrenched her shoulder she was able to sit in a hot tub and it helped. We would definitely come back to this unit. It was everything we could’ve wanted for a ski vacation.

Our family of five loved everything about this unit! Our three kids fit comfortably on the full/twin bunk bed. The kitchen was very well stocked and I was impressed with the cleanliness! The floor heaters were especially great to dry out wet gloves and boots. Our kid’s especially loved the hot tub right outside the door! To ski, we just took a short walk down the side walk to ski down to the First Time lift! Great trip and can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay . The condo is close to everything and just within steps of the slopes. Susie was the best to work with and had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.She let us know months prior to our stay about the Park City reservation policy and quickly responded to every question I had. I can’t wait to come back again

The property was well maintained. The location was good and the property owner/manager was very accommodating. She made the check in and check out very easy. It was a throughly wonderful stay.

We stayed for a week at this fantastic property in PC. The experience, end-to-end, was fantastic. Susie is lovely! She was prompt responding to my request for an available place to stay, and was particularly mindful of cleaning the house in between guests. She showed genuine care for our safety and health. The property was in a lovely, quiet location and near to everything we needed during our stay (grocery stores, trails, etc). The entire condo itself was very clean, well-maintained: the beds were quite comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. When the laundry key card wasn't working she was quick to address the issue and brought us a new key card. We would love to stay again in the future :)
