This is our go-to Williamsburg property. Close to all attractions and historical sites, amenities are awesome and the staff is helpful and friendly. There were several on-prem events during our stay, adding to our vacation fun.

The property is a great place to stay for families with all of the activities and the great pool area. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with good kitchen furnishings. The check in process and we weren't particularly pressured to do the timeshare presentation. If I was booking a similar vacation, I would look to come here again.

We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and seemed very new. The staff was nice and helpful. It was in the back of the property a d very quiet. The property hard amenity we could think of. The place was well furnished and had all the dishware and utensils we needed. Good water pressure, comfortable beds. We will one hundred percent be back!

Excellent resort! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool is spacious, and the game rooms are ton of fun. I highly recommend this property!

The resort & condo were very nice. Close proximity to everything but not on a main road so it was a quiet area to stay.

Our Family of 5 adults stayed at this condo as a Christmas vacation for our 85 year old Dad. It was his wish to see Colonial Williamsburg at Christmas. The condo and vacation were awesome. This condo was very close and offered other sites to visit for making beautiful Christmas memories!! It is in the center of numerous restaurants, so any food choices can be easily met!! But the best feature was the ease of rental, very timely and quick response of the owner, and the super nice accommodations of the condo!! If ever in the Williamsburg area again, I would definitely want to stay here!! This condo is in a resort area that is very secure, with all the amenities you would want, and beautiful!! Would recommend this as a great area to stay for anyone!!

Our family of 5 stayed here over the thanksgiving break and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and recently renovated, the amenities throughout the property are well kept and plentiful, and the location is convenient to colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens. 10/10 will stay here again. Cannot recommend this property highly enough!

We had a wonderful time listening to ghost stories around the fire pit and enjoying the indoor and outdoor amenities of the property.

They put us in one of the newly renovated lockouts. It was nice. It still had a slight paint smell and we were the first ones to use the oven so we had that first-use burn-off smell. The office sent over some air freshener per our request. The mini golf course is getting a little worn down but still playable. We spent a lot of time in the heated outside pool and the free, small, arcade.

Short stay to visit family. All good except for a few calls from timeshare marketing team. Just didn’t respond.

We enjoyed the location, staff had the best customer service. The staff needs a raise. We didn't stay long enough. The next time we plan on staying 2 weeks. This will be our vacation spot from now on. It's close to Busch Gardens and the water park and lots of history and the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Great spot as it is close to all the sites we wanted to visit. The unit is clean but could use new carpeting. Check in staff was very friendly and had great information

My family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids. Between 9 and 12) really enjoyed themselves

Typically, we had to the beaches for our family vacation. This year we wanted our children to experience history the 1st hand So chose to visit the colonial Williamsburg area as well as Norfolk Virginia. The condo was perfect and the resort had enough to entertain my 3 teenagers. The surrounding sightseeing, dining, and other entertainment was very nice. I would strongly recommend staying here to anyone who plans to travel to this area.

We were able to spread out, but also have togetherness. This was so much better than 2-3 hotel rooms would have been, and for the same cost. The free arcade and mini golf was wonderful, too!

This property was the perfect set-up for our family that traveled to Williamsburg for W&M graduation. Plenty of space to hang out together and plenty of space to spread out for some "alone time". Although we didn't have time to enjoy all the property had to offer, it was great knowing it was there and makes us want to go back. All in all, a great stay!

Our family had a great time enjoying the historic area and coming back to jump in the pool! Everyone had a great time.

There were no instructions for garbage disposal especially recycling and it would be nice to have a booklet on restaurants, grocery store, churches around the area. Iwould have preferred getting the check out information when we checked in but we did get it snd was very clear- I did like that it was texted to me. Loved the key wrist bands.

The condo itself was great. Our group consisted of four adults and three children. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out and be comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. Communication with the host before the trip was helpful. This is a unit in a timeshare community, so there was pressure to participate in a presentation by Wyndham. Only negatives, which I believe are beyond the host’s control: you could easily hear noise from the stairwell in the master bedroom. There was a strong odor we noticed immediately upon opening the door. It was likely a cheap cleaning solution or spray, but was very strong. Overall, this unit served as a great place to serve as home base for our weekend trip. We would rent this unit again.

There are a lot of positives and negatives to this place. It has lots of thing to do around the resort. Pool, putt putt, extensive amount of games, and much more. We are a custom to a VRBO house with lots of kitchen supplies and grill at our finger tips.. This did not have that. We like to cook and use large pans, griddle, and grill almost daily when we travel. It helps to save money. This place has plates, bowls, and basics. But the grill is central to many and there is not as much kitchen amenities that we like to have. Another plus is the ease of use. We just called and the front desk took care of the basics. We broke a cup and they didn’t care. We didn’t have to do much of anything on check out day. Very smooth check in and check out!! Overall it was a good stay with lots to do. Glad we were on the 3rd floor, as the building made lots of noise with others moving about.

Great location about 1 1/2 miles from colonial Williamsburg. The property had everything . The beds are very comfortable .

So much to do, the rooms were roomy, we got everything we asked for right when we asked for it. The property was clean and enjoyable. We were in one of the buildings furthest from the activity center but it wasn't a bad walk.

Nice property near all the local attractions,. Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Yorktown, Jamestown. Rooms were spacious and everyone had enough room.

Had an awesome time at this property. Accommodations were exactly as described. Plenty of room for my family of four and then some. We loved having everything we needed…kind of like being at home. Hope we can stay again!

We do a fair amount of traveling and there are usually some minor things that we aren't impressed with, like the lighting in the bathroom, the place is smaller than we thought or the website description is misleading but we didn't find anything like that. We don't have any complaints about anything. We are very happy with our stay and would go there again.

We happily returned after a great experience last summer. Coming from 3 states, our family of children, millennials, and grandparents had one 2 BR condo and one 3 BR condo. Ate most of our meals there - the kitchens are fully equipped. Great pools- one for the kids and one for the grownups. Pool towels supplied. Loved the arcade, ping-pong, miniature golf. Two went to a nearby golf course. Came for a reunion, stayed there for the most part. Great to run back to the condos for snacks, meals, and chill time.
