First it all location, near to everything, Steps from the beach, The townhouse has everything, full kitchen , Confortables rooms , well equipped Towels for all the family, including beach towels and beach bags . Chairs , games , umbrellas, everything for the beach. A grill , we grilled a lot . Parking space. A outdoors shower. Amazing place definitely coming back !!!

This condo was clean and suited our group perfectly! The condo has lots of extras ! From all the small appliances in the kitchen to extras for small children. We enjoyed our week and we will be back !!!

We have stayed at several of these town homes at this complex and this is by far the best. Very nice and fit our family perfect. The owners are very friendly. Very pleased with accommodations! Nicely decorated beach theme! Kitchen well stocked! Accurate description! Owner very warm and personal! Love all the hooks on the wall throughout, for hanging bathing suits and towels! Short walk to beach so as to not have to haul everything out ther - just run back to unit and grab a snack! Great place and communication with Diane!

This rental was great for our family vacation. Owners provide just about anything you can think you might need. Kitchen is well equipped. There are toys, books and games for when you are inside. The beach is a short walk away and there are beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys to use on the beach. Would highly recommend.

We loved the property it was so close to the beach, had a wonderful pool and was a quiet place. We plan to stay here again

This townhome was just as described. All rooms were completely equipped. Housekeeping had been done properly. The location is in a great place and the beach was far better than most. Diane was a great help and was readily available for any questions. I can easily give this vacation * * * * *

Very short walk to the beach like a beach house. Hot and cold water at private shower. So handy to have umbrella and chairs there so we didn't have to pack them. Nice touches throughout the home. Close to everything. Would stay here again.

Townhouse was great! Had everything you needed plus so much more. The kitchen had everything from pots and pans to a ninja blender! The pool was nice and we were only steps away from the carport to the beach. Every window had a beach/ocean view. The location was right in the middle of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and fun things to do. Very friendly family atmosphere.

We had a great time at this location with 6 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 11. Right on the beach, very clean, all the amenities we needed. Outdoor shower with hot water was great to rinse off before heading to pool or indoors. Beds were very comfortable. Diane responded to every question I had within minutes from time of reserving to the day we checked out. We loved Lamberts, The Hangout, Papa Rocco’s, Lickin Good Donuts, Silverliner Diner and Mikes Ice Cream. Highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Older property that has experience on its side. This place had everything we needed for water activity. Close to shops and eating out. The owners have put time into thinking about what we need on a vacation and all the details show. All the cupboards were labeled. Fast and good communication with owners. Will definitely be back!

Positives from our stay: Parking-never have to worry about finding a spot and space for 2 vehicles right outside your unit. Check-in was very easy. Beach is literally steps away from the unit. Private Outside shower meant no waiting. Communication-Diane was always quick to reply to my messages. The outside closet full of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas was very handy. Kitchen was very well stocked. Pool area was clean. Negatives: There are two balconies but they are small and don’t directly face the ocean. The view is limited and there is only seating for 2 on each balcony. We were able to access the unit early and Diane let us know the cleaners had been there but the inspector had not. The unit was fairly clean and smelled fresh but there was food splatter on the lower cabinets and the wall art and shelves were dusty. Based on prior reviews, this does not seem to be the norm for cleanliness. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and appreciate the consideration Diane has given to making everyone’s stay enjoyable.

There is a lot I can say about this property. First off Diane was so kind and very helpful. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and made us feel very welcomed. The townhouse was extremely clean, the furnishing where gorgeous while very beachy, and the location was amazing. Right on the beach!! We put our chairs on the sand and stayed there all day. The condo unit has a pool that is well maintained and provided pool noddles for the kids to use. We were able to walk to very good restaurants and a short drive from anything you could imagine. We checked out the State Park, which I highly recommend, and the outlet mall in Foley. Also shop out Rouses, what a great store! Very compatible to our Texas based HEB. We will be back!

This property was great for our first family vacation with 2 young children. Diane had everything we could possibly need for the beach, play, feeding, and sleeping for the young ones. The location was amazing and very convenient to both the beach and the pool. Our baby monitor reached from the townhome to the pool so we were able to enjoy time in the sun while the little ones napped. Diane was very fast to respond and was attentive to our needs.

We have stayed in many beach condos over the years, but this has been our absolute favorite. Nothing negative to report. The condo is clean, spacious and very, very well stocked. We have 4 children under 13 and very much appreciated the variety of beach toys. We were able to space out and relax when in the condo, or all watch TV in the living room, if we wanted. Being steps away from the beach, without having to wait on an elevator was fantastic. We would make quick trips up and get right back out to the beach. The owners, specifically Diane (who I communicated with), are wonderful. Can't say enough good things about her responsiveness and kindness. Highly recommend this listing. We will be back, without a doubt.

The townhouse in Gulf Shores was absolutely wonderful for our family! The location right on the beach is exceptional - 1 minute walk from towel to townhouse. The beach is absolutely beautiful! The townhouse was so comfortable and well appointed. Everything was clearly labeled and everything detail was thought of to make our stay perfect! The bunk bed room for the kids was so fantastic - they loved it! The views are stunning! The car port for rinsing off was dynamite. Honestly, if you want a perfect stay directly on the beach in Gulf Shores, AL, this is the place for you and your family!

Where to start? From the moment we pulled into our cozy little carport and walked up our private stairwell to our beautifully decorated townhouse- I was smitten! By nature, my husband and I are heavy travelers, bringing everything but the kitchen sink- thinking that no one would POSSIBLY think of what we would. But guess what? The Honegger’s did!! They’ve left nothing to the imagination! We left half of our things packed in the car because we didn’t need them. Such a thoughtfully organized, immaculate space that is so easy to call home for a week. Unfortunately, my husband and I are too old for babies and haven’t been gifted grand babies yet- but if you happen to have children/babies in your crew this home will not disappoint. It is stocked with all things ready for beach baby/kids. My husband and I celebrated our first time away ever from kids ( grown) and life- and celebrated our 30th anniversary here and nothing could have been more perfect. The house was so comfortable, and filled our every need. The balconies were perfect for sunsets with wine and sunrises with coffee. And the beach!! Literally steps away from your back door! The pool is steps away as well, which we went to a couple of times and visited with neighboring vacationers. So fun! Diane felt like an old friend from the very start. She was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond for my husband and myself when we could not make it on our arrival date and made sure our time there was kept as scheduled. There is no one kinder! Needless to say- we have already booked for next year. For a couple who never takes time for an anniversary trip- this is now our “spot”. Oh, and from my husband: shout-out on the large televisions!!! ❤️❤️ Thank you Diane- for EVERYTHING!

We have stayed in various places along the gulf for decades and this was the cleanest most well kept property we have stayed in. Well organized and perfect location, just steps from the sand!
