We stayed here for a week with our pup and were very happy with the property. Property was the perfect size for us and was stocked comfortably with everything we needed for our stay. Beach wagon, boogie board, umbrella, chairs, beach towels, coolers all there! Nice working kitchen with all tools needed. Regular full coffee maker. *Be sure to pick up cone filters not regular ones. Ice maker worked great. The back yard is the crown jewel of this place. Absolutely gorgeous. Nice full shower with hot and cold out back to hose off before going into the house after nice stay on the beach. Our dog loved the fenced back yard, and it was great that we could let him roam without worry. It was nice to sit out in the back yard while he hung out with us. Property is close to the beach (just cross the street), restaurants, the Amphitheater and Old Town. Parking is a bit of a pain in the Old Town, so it probably makes sense to Uber in, but it's a cheap ride. Best bloody mary's and breakfast at Beachside Diner less than a mile away. The only possible downside is that some of the neighboring multi-family properties are a little downtrodden, but the property itself is wonderful!

Quite beautiful. Gorgeous backyard, but Beeba, or dog, seemed to be allergic to the grass, which was quite long. It's too bad that the people in house behind the back fence - for which you have no control - were often loud and lewd. In truth, as it was advertised, we were expecting the cottage to be closer to the beach (like "across the street"). The three+ blocks was not attainable with my bad knees and our small dog. Overall, we loved your charming property and enjoyed a relaxing stay in St. Augustine Beach. Thank you for thinking of so many ways and things to make the experience comfortable and meet our needs.

Great location very clean and a great backyard

Our first time visiting St Augustine Beach was incredible! The fully stocked house just 2 blocks from the beach was perfect! Beds are comfortable, the backyard is so charming (completely fenced for our pups) and the open floor plan with tile throughout was so cozy! A well stocked kitchen and the surplus of beach towels/chairs/wagon/coolers was so convenient! Also, we loved the restaurants just blocks away. Salt Life & Sunset Grille were our favorites! We’d stay at this house again in a heartbeat, can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach cottage. We were able to walk everywhere we went which was a huge plus for us. The house was beautiful. We didn't mind the short walk to the beach, restaurants, putt putt or to get ice cream. We had great communication with the owner and were even able to check in a little early wihich was just a bonus. We will definitely come back again in the future.

As advertised. Close to the beach. Cozy house with all the amenities. The beach essentials at the house was perfect so we didn’t have to spend that extra money. Would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our week’s stay. Everything was in working order and the beds very comfortable! I would change the living room photo since there is only a loveseat and chair now. Very comfortable and I highly recommend this home.
