Clean, spacious, great location. We loved staying here for our vacation in Montreal.

We loved the proximity to the Metro and also the many restaurants within walking distance to the suite. Frank was always there when called which was a real comfort to know.

We had a great stay- the apartment was in a great and convenient location!

Nicely equipped kitchen. Several level changes in unit - careful at night. Entry stairs are narrow.

We loved our stay. The only thing to note is that it would be hard for someone who could not do stairs well. It was well maintained and had a good vibe.

Great stay in this clean and quiet apartment. Wonderful to have a kitchen and living room to relax in, but if you want to eat at great restaurants instead - right out the door! Frank was responsive and all was as advertised!

Amazing rental in Montreal! It was neat, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The outdoor terrace was an added bonus. Frank was a very helpful and communicative host. The location was wonderful too. The neighborhood had so much to offer and was also a short walk to the Metro station. We definitely recommend this place and we would love to visit again!

This charming apartment is well located on Plateau Mont-Royal, an upbeat part of Montreal. It is surprisingly spacious. It also features a little enclosed terrace where you can enjoy a bit of quiet downtime. I we found it well equipped and very clean. We had a wonderful time.

This rental was well-stocked, clean, in a great location, and spacious. The check-in process was easy, the wi-fi signal was strong, and the kitchen is great!

Located in the Plateau, easy access to public transportation and all amenities. I can’t say enough about this apt. I am looking forward to another visit to Montreal and staying in the place.

We stayed at this flat for a week. It was spacious, complete with all amenities and the host, Frank, was really responsive with any questions we had. The location is amazing.We walked through almost every neighbourhood in Montreal and this was our favourite. We are already looking at booking extend dates at the flat. You are within a walk to the metro (Mont Royal station), a fantastic wine bar (Rouge George - literally across the street) and a short walk to Beauty Diner (an Anthony Bourdain favourite). The neighbourhood is safe, full of Montreal charm and really lovely.

The apartment is great! Plenty of space. So nice to stay somewhere that is so well kept. The private patio is private....sometimes. There was a family that shared the patio, that was not advertised. Be prepared to speak french if you wanna hang out in this area. Just something to think about.

My son and I enjoyed our time in this unit in the Plateau. It is in a perfect location, right on Mount Royal, close to the metro, book shops, cafés, and restaurants. Tania and Frank were excellent hosts, quickly responding to questions and when we needed extra blankets, they were sent within hours. We were able to find parking on the street fairly easily throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend this place for couples, friends getaways, or small families.

The location gives you a good flavor of the non-tourist Montreal, but it's still close to the "must see" sights.We were there three nights so we just ate locally, rather than cook. However the kitchen is well equipped. Our Air Canada flight recommend a bagel shop that happened to be a half block away which ended up to be our breakfast source. We particularly enjoyed the Bungalow for dinner.We Ubered from the airport and during the rest of our stay. Easy to do and we liked avoiding the hassle of a rental car.If you like art, don't miss the fine arts museum. And if your next stop is Quebec City, take the train.

Very nice apartment with everything newly renovated. The location was perfect to explore Montreal's neighborhoods and their historical places. I felt like I was a citizen even though I was a visitor. The owner was readily available to assist us during our stay and was very helpful with parking. I highly recommend this place, as a cool place to stay.

We had a lovely stay, but had a few issues, none insurmountable. We were never able to use the Smart Key app, but once we were in, the keys worked just fine. Because of that, we had an issue getting through to the owner, since everything is done via VRBO, which was very frustrating---not all VRBO or the owner's fault since we had a phone issues once we crossed into Canada, but I wish I had their direct number once there. (A contact number IS provided, but you have to be inside to see it). Once I was able to email the owner, we were in immediately, which we were more than grateful for.The only other issues: I wish I had known that it was a shared deck---it was quite startling to have someone outside the bedroom window watering plants, then again when we arrived in the afternoon to find someone sleeping on one of the deck chairs. No real issue, other than wishing I had known. The last step getting up to the apartment is a BIG step, but thankfully there was something there for me to hold onto.Positive points: very, very well maintained unit, well stocked kitchen for cooking, towels for bathing. It was immaculately clean. The location cannot get any better, BIXI right outside the door, or within walking distance. I would absolutely stay there again.

Very nice and clean apartment. Very convenient location. It has almost everything you need but if you do need something, it's just minutes of walking. Found nothing to complain about. We really enjoyed our stay. The city is beautiful !!!

We had no complaints about the apartment. It nicely sized, the deck was really nice to have in July. We were within easy walking distance of the Metro and there's plenty to do on the street. It was quiet and clean.

Beautifully updated, the perfect size for two or three guests. Just off Mont Royal - close to a variety of restaurants and a short walk to the Metro. A great home base when exploring the city!
