The Penthouse was jaw dropping from the moment we walked inside, from the modern decor in this old restored home to the amazing views of the city and monument that we never got tired of. 5 of us flew to Indy to watch the Colts, and this place was the perfect place in the perfect location. It is on a quiet street two blocks from the stadium, and very close to the bar seen (again, just two blocks away) with none of the noise. On Saturday morning we had breakfast delivered to eat around the fire pit, and we did not leave until 4:30 in the afternoon, we were having such a good time sitting under the grape vines in this very quiet part of the city. This is the place we will stay the next time we are in Indy!!!

This property was a great location, close to Lucas Oil and convention center which is what we needed. It fit our entire party and the penthouse was well done and more up to date than expected. my only negative of the property was the outside was not maintained very well, but otherwise we had a great stay.

5 Star. You will feel no need to tail gate two blocks away from the stadium. only bad thing was we couldn't find the local channels on Roko. so we couldn’t watch the NFL late games. Our grope was old men and we all are technically challenged. I’m just use to my DIRECTV Sunday ticket. I will be staying here again, next time I go to a Colts game.

Great spot downtown with easy access to Uber and the Speedway. The house is filled with cool art. Beds were comfortable, and the place was clean.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We rented both the main house and the penthouse for a group that was attending a conference in Indianapolis, and we couldn't have been more pleased!! This is a beautiful, old home with lots of character and yet plenty of modern conveniences. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at your Villa. It was a great alternative to the hotel stay. Plenty of space to spread out and within walking distances of our event and all the activities in the area. We had not received our room details upon arrival, but a quick call and response from the owner made everything right immediately. We would love to book here again.

As my cousin put it, this beautiful Victorian house nestled in the middle of downtown Indy is reminiscent of the house from the animated Disney film "UP." The Penthouse apartment where we stayed was perfect for our 4-day visit. Very clean, modern and spacious with two full bathrooms and bedrooms, it was the perfect retreat from our family reunion activities and convenient to downtown attractions. Love the picture window facing Monument Circle - it's a centerpiece of the place that makes the common space inviting and cozy. Information provided prior to arrival was thorough and easy to follow, especially given the nuances with the door entry and parking spots. Online pictures and description accurate and met our expectations. Would stay here again.

The property was a perfect location for activities downtown. Cute place with laundry. The apartment was supplied with everything you need. I would stay there again if ever in Indianapolis. The only thing to be aware of would be the steep stairs to get up to apartment. Management was super helpful and friendly.

This was such a convenient and pleasant place to stay, it could make the downtown hotels obsolete!😉 There are 3 rental units on property. We stayed in the Penthouse. Plenty of space and a view to die for! There's an English garden feel to the grounds with several water features. Great for early morning coffee! On-site and street permit parking is included so just park your car and enjoy the short walk to Lucas Oil, The Convention Center, fabulous shopping and restaurants to satisfy every taste! No matter when our for how long you stay, You won't be disappointed!

Stayed at the Penthouse for second time. Always impressive to guests. Garden areas are most beautiful this time of year (mid May). Gas Fire pit new this year. Great internet service. Owners/Management seems to always be improving the experience. Check it out!

Great location, close to everything. The property was exactly as described, very clean and well-maintained. The yard and fire pit is an added bonus. The rental process was easy and will use again in the future.

Well done Penthouse on Merdian! We had a perfectly seamless stay in your fully equipped and CLEAN Penthouse. Great location to easily reach many downtown Indy attractions, neighborhoods, and restaurants. The gardens are lovely and perfect for social gatherings, but sadly it rained the entire time so we never had the chance to enjoy them. The decor was so hipster & fun, great natural lighting, and neat views of Monument Circle. The only drawback that I noticed was not having a way to connect our iPhones to the sound system to listen to podcasts and music, but I may have missed something. Note, the stairs are steep and narrow if that's a concern for some people. We had a great stay and will certainly recommend it to others!

My friends and I loved this property! The location was perfect for the Big Ten Basketball Tournament and just walking around town. We especially liked that our favorite bar, the Slippery Noodle, was very close. The penthouse itself was beautiful, roomy and exactly like the photos. There was plenty of space for our group, even with two extra beds set up in the living room. Communication with the management was easy. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we have an event to attend in Indy.

Really enjoyed out stay at the penthouse. We had a larger party join us later in the week and we moved from the penthouse to the main house. This allowed us to fit the stay within our budget. Great location!

3+ generations of family stayed at the Villa - both the main house and the penthouse - for the days surrounding our wedding. The space offered 18 of us, ranging in ages 3 - 80, terrific flexibility for sleeping and interaction so that no one felt either crowded or lonely. We were close enough to downtown Indy (City Market, Monument Circle) to enjoy walking and the New Year's Eve sights (Georgia Street's free and family-friendly entertainment) and sounds, while being far away to not be bothered by traffic or noise. And when there were questions, the owner's crew responded quickly and accommodated our requests. Would definitely recommend!

This property is fantastic. Extremely clean, well appointed, the owners are very responsive, and have thought of every last detail. The property is wonderfully located, walking distance to most everything. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to Indianapolis!
