Everything was easy and as expected.

This place was great. Literally ski in ski out. Perfect for our family with 2 beds upstairs in the loft, a queen downstairs and a king master. 8 minute drive from the grocery store. We were hot the first night so we turned the heat down to 65 and were comfortable the rest of the time. It gets really warm in the day with the windows and the fireplace makes it REALLY warm. Not a bad thing in Telluride! Kitchen was well equipped. Super comfy beds and high quality sheets. No complaints at all!

This condo fit the bill for our family! It is just a few steps to the Chondola that puts you just above the core of Mountain Village. The check in instructions on the property management website says you will get an email but in fact you will get a text. This has to add a lot of extra unnecessary telephone calls to the property management office. Other than this small issue it was a great place to stay in Telluride!

Overall Telluride is a beautiful place in the summer! So many gorgeous hiking trails, beautiful sights, and a charming downtown. We were there for Telluride Film Festival which was awesome. The property was perfect for our needs. It was helpful to have a car to drive the free Gondola into Mountain Village and into town. But we used the shuttle system as well, which worked out fine. Exceptional stays were very responsive and answered any questions - ie the battery was low on the door lock causing it to have trouble opening. We were able to call them, they got us in right away with no problem. The property was well equipped, clean, and was as described. I would recommend reviewing the bedroom arrangements carefully to make sure they'll work for you. It was fine for us, but you need to go through the 2nd bedroom to get to the loft.

Perfect place for a small family and location is near to mountain village Gandola station so commute to telluride town is day easy . We also enjoys exploring small trails near this property

This condo had more supplies than any other vrbo I have ever stayed at. Shampoo, TP, paper towels, laundry soap, hand soap, bars of soap. It was so nice not to have to find a store to buy essentials. The property has a great location near the gondola for easy access to Telluride.

My friends and I came to Telluride for the Bluegrass Festival and this place was the perfect starting point. The shuttle service included with the stay was very helpful in getting us to the gondola and from there it was two short, beautiful gondola rides into Telluride. This place allowed us to enjoy the festival and then tuck away to our quiet neighborhood in Mountain Village to enjoy restful evenings and peaceful mornings. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Great location. Had to carry everything up two flights of stairs which was difficult. Accommodations were good. Furniture was uncomfortable and tired for the money.

This property is very close to the Chondola. A little bit of a hike in ski boots, but my 7 and 10 year kids were able to make the walk and carry their skis to the Chondola on their own. Had some issues with the door code upon check-in, but the property manager was able to resolve the issue within a few minutes.

The unit is super close to the Chondola, so very much a ski in/out experience, and you can use the Chondola late into the evening to go to Mountain Village or Telluride town. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a small family, and had everything one would need. The property is professionally managed - very easy to communicate.

Great property for family with kids. Everyone can have their own space. Located behind Chondola lift, it is great ski in/out location for beginners/kids. Beds were comfortable. Fire place works really well, almost too well. :-) Took us a few nights to get temp inside right, but no biggie. Included basic amenities upon check-in, which was nice, including soaps, shampoos, dish and laundry detergents and paper products. Love that the unit includes stackable washer/dryer. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Master BR is spacious. Alcove (second sleeping area) has a queen bed pushed in the corner, a dresser and spiral staircase to the loft. This room is crowded with one person. Having a couple use it requires climbing over each other. The loft is more spacious, but provides minimal privacy via a vertical blind, not to mention another set of stairs to climb. This unit is probably best suited for a family. The Chondola only runs during ski season, so we had to hop in the car anytime we wanted to go somewhere either driving to town or driving to the Gondola to ride into town.

We had a great stay at this condo. We are a family of 3 but there is plenty of room for 6 people. Access was easy, location was OK for summer but would be perfect for winter. We would rent this unit again if available for our next trip.

Nicely equipped and well laid out condo in a great location for ski in ski out. The views are a little limited due partly to the location below the village in the bowl and partly due to the tall aspen next to the balcony. Great access to hiking from the village.

True ski in ski out. Loved the place. Beautiful views. Excellent communication. Loved the access to the chondola - it made getting around a breeze. .

I have stars for the property because we drove by the place and it looked nice. Our overall check in process was easy. Unfortunately the renters before us did not take care of this particular place so management called us the day we were to check in and told us we could not stay at this location as there were several things that needed to be fixed. The management was very nice and upgraded us to a different home.

Our location was wonderful , a true ski in ski out. Exceptional Stays was always available for every need that arose. Highly recommend.

Tub didn’t drain fast. Rug had stains. Hallway no lights. Spoiled food in cabinets.
