This unit was beautiful and comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The owner and representative were extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

This condo was VERY clean and the views are amazing!! The owner responded to our questions. We got to enjoy the unit for two weeks. Nice and peaceful the first week, the second week, the unit above us decided to replace their tile floors and work started. We awoke to jackhammering each morning at 8:00 and it went on all day long. Not the owners fault. We knew there was no pool when we booked however the water at the beach area was very dirty; supposedly due to all of the rain lately? We were able to drive to For Myers beach and had a wonderful time. All in all, would book again if in the area.

Excellent communication. very clean very well supplied kitchen. Recliners have seen better days. Owner very generous with use of their personal property. Only negative was no pool. No reflection on owner. Pool has been closed over a year due to Hurricane Ian. HOA taking to long to compete repairs. I didn't particularly like the screen/glassed balcony. I am disappointed with VRBO. When you do a search and filter for a pool, this location should never pull into the search until the pool is operational.

Everything you need for your stay. Great views. Wish the pool would've been open . Publix grocery store is a mile away but we used instacart.

The unit was just like the pictures showed, Everything was very clean and the view from the windows was unbelievable. The unit was very well stocked with dishes, glass's towels ect. The only 2 things that were difficult was the key to get in, if someone was not very mechanical, they could not get in. The other was the instructions for the TV, all I can say if we were not TV internet people we could not have watched it. Being said we are planning our next trip already and will stay here again

What a great place. CLEAN doesn't begin to describe how well the unit is maintained and how fresh everything is inside the condo. You've got everything you could ever need from dedicated beach towels, to various beach toys and strong Wi-Fi. We loved our time here and recommend to anyone looking for a great view that's close to everything and still feels miles away from the hustle and bustle of the area.

I trully enjoyed my stay. The location was very close to where my mother resides. I would definately consider staying there again. I used the washing machine to wash the towels and some of the bed lines. Washer dryer worked well. One of the bedroom dresser drawers seemed to be off track, so I did not use it. Normal wear and tear. I also used the dishwasher, and it worked very well. Ty for a wonderful stay. Elizabeth

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had a great time. The condo has a GREAT view. Everything was clean and the photos which are posted provide a great overview of the place. Bill and Wanda were great to work with. Any/all questions were answered promptly. I recommend this condo.

Was very peaceful and not crowded

I rarely write reviews for properties I have rented b/c most of the time the negative comments outweigh the positive. However, this gem is exactly as advertised! In my experience, this is extremely rare! It is SO clean and well appointed. Everything you need is available & plentiful. Communication was supurb. The views are incredible. See my attached photos. We enjoyed the small, quiet beach on days that we didn't feel like fighting for parking. Our only disappointment was that the pool closes very early. We would have enjoyed the opportunity to swim in our evening. We really cannot say enough positive things about this property!

Great vacation

When we began the process everything went very well. Then the communication from that point was excellent. At checking we received our codes prior to us asking for them everything was explained very clearly, very plainly so you knew where everything was going to be .

We booked this condo for our last Spring Break trip with our youngest son. He is graduating this year from high school which means this is the last time we have to travel during the spring break craziness! We were thrilled with the accommodations that the condo has. It has ALL the amenities of home. Bill takes care of all the little details…….Kleenex boxes all around, large bars of soap, trash cans all around in convenient locations. These are the things that usually aren’t thought of but makes your stay feel comfortable like home! The condo is so well equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach and a fully stocked kitchen to make an awesome meal in and enjoy the spectacular views! Thank you Bill for sharing your condo with us! We made some great memories with our youngest son before he graduates and leaves for bootcamp for the United States Coast Guard! My husband and I plan to return in the future to enjoy your awesome condo again!

Easy check in check out. Spectacular view! Kitchen has everything to make meals to save money. Beach and pool are a great for a quiet down day. Make it it back before sunset. Beautiful from hot tub and room.

We had a great time at this property. The condo is great and quiet. The built in lanai was awesome with amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the heated pool and the beach. Groceries are 7 minutes away. Book this unit, you won’t be sorry.

Condo was at the end of a road just past the Marriott. From the 11th floor you could see for miles. The small beach had some trees that you could get out of the sun. We saw dolphins and manatees nearly every Morning. Short walk to a restaurant front with lots of fish on the menu great atmosphere atmosphere and lots of people. The condo was bright and ary the colors And décor was very beach like. We were able to get the code to get into the condo Very easily . The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We walked by the Marriott but did not go in to have lunch. The pool area is nice but closes at at dusk.

I enjoyed celebrating my 50th birthday with my two dear friends. The private beach was a peaceful place to soak up the sun and take a dip in the gulf. Easy access to both Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel made it a perfect place to stay during our girls trip. We used Uber for most of our traveling, but if we returned we’d probably choose to rent a car.

The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Convenient to Marina, Sanibel & Captiva. Nice private beach and private pool. Enough space for everyone. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels, linens, beach towels, beach toys, etc. Saw dolphins from the 11th floor floor to ceiling screened in windows. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as described and perfect in every way. Very clean! Plenty of space and the views of the gulf were stunning. Furniture is well kept and comfortable, including the beds. Bathrooms had plenty of toiletries and towels. We were happy to find lots of extras that included beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and small coolers. The area around the condo was very peaceful. The beach and pool areas were never crowded, very easy to get chairs everyday. The Marriott is within walking distance for dinner or drinks. Both Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are a short drive away, making this a great central location. It was an enjoyable stay!
