We were impressed with this property as soon as we walked in. Very clean. Nice little beach area for the kids to play. Very quiet and serene. Beautiful sunsets. They are still rebuilding from the hurricane but it is still a very nice place to visit. Beautiful.

This condo, the location, and communications with the owner was five stars from beginning to end. Spacious condo with plenty of room for 4 adults and one child. The condo is beautifully decorated, updated with new appliances and comfortable linens. The private beach is a peaceful spot to watch boats cruise the water without the commotion of a public beach. The sunsets each evening were breathtaking! We would definitely stay again!!

My daughter and I stayed here for her high school graduation trip and loved this place. It was open and spacious, very clean, and loved the decor. Lori and her property manager were very accommodating and made the process easy. There was so much to do and we were close to everything. I can't wait to come again and make this an annual family trip. I just can't say enough about the views.

I do a sister trip every year with my sister & my daughters. This place was everything we needed & more. The rooms were so spacious & very clean, we all slept well in the most cozy beds. We loved the location as it was close to pool & beach. The scenery was breathtaking. I will be back for my girls trip with friends...

The condo is beautifully furnished, clean and fully equipped. There are beach chairs in the condo along with beach towels, there’s a cooler and several fans which was very helpful. Lori the owner and all of the staff that work at the condo building are great to work with. There is around the clock security meaning a person walks around the facility and checks on the surroundings. There are great restaurants within a five minute drive. Sanibel and Captiva are how about a 30 minute drive. There is a Publix close by for groceries. Everything was easy and comfortable. It’s a great place for couples and families. We will definitely be going back!

Nice place, good value for two bedrooms and fun to watch boat traffic. Green flash in Captiva was a nice place to eat. Skip the Tipsy Turtle, overpriced and not great food . Beach at the split between Sanibel and Captiva was nice. Park on the Captiva side.

Everything was just right for our family of 4. Pool, private beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the lanai at start and finish of each day! Can’t wait to return.

This condo was very nice. We walked in as the sun was setting. The view is unbelievable. The condo is stocked nicely with pans, dishes and glassware. We were surprised by a very nice welcome gift from the host. Thank you, Lori.

This property matches it's online profile perfectly. Perfect location for our family of 4. We loved that the first floor (which is up one floor from lobby and parking) gave us a great view, while making walk down to pool or car very quick and easy. The views from the living room and balcony were amazing. Visitors (family staying at a separate property) commented that it looked like we were actually on the water or on a cruise ship. Provided great views of sunrises and sunsets! We had family staying on Sanibel Island and this property was close enough to make that easy while also providing different views and entertainment options. The overall property and pool were well maintained and the kids loved that the pool had a large pool deck box full of various pool toys that could be used by anyone. Condo had great supplies - including pool/beach towels and some sand/pool toys - which was so appreciated. My husband suggests spending a little money to have better knives in the kitchen and it would be great to have some board games, cards and/or jigsaw puzzles available for family time or bad weather days. But those are truly small nits from an overall amazing stay and experience. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

We enjoyed our time here and were grateful to have been able to check in a few hours early. We especially loved the first floor location and screened-in balcony. We were able to watch lots of boat traffic as well as incredible sunsets each evening. The pool was warm and well-maintained and the little beach was just enough for our young kids. They were overjoyed to find a few sand toys in their closet (and made good use of them!) We would suggest a pizza cutter and extra hooks/drying rack for wet suits and towels, but it didn’t take away from our experience. overall, this was exactly the low-key vacation we had hoped for.

Incredible stay. Enjoyed the location and amenities on site (Marriott campus adjacent). Will gladly come back and stay again sometime.

Wonderful view of the ocean and amazing screened in porch with wall of windows that retract to allow you the full ocean view. My only other comment is that the master bathroom could use some updating . But I would still highly recommend!

Nice property and location. Great sunsets

Overall the property was nice, it is tucked away off the main roads and allowed the whole family the ability to relax and unwind without the hustle and bustle of the surrounding areas, but close to everything you would need or want to do.

We saw dolphins everyday and watched the sunset from our balcony in the evening. The condo was very spacious and accommodating for the four of us.

This perfect waterfront condo has all the comforts of home with spectacular views. Private pool, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and living room furniture as well as great outdoor picnic areas with grills. Management staff were responsive and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy this home away from home again! Thanks to Lori and staff for making it so memorable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo's amenities were perfect for us, including the unit itself, the pool and the beach! My only negative remark would be that the Wifi was terrible, which made working remotely very challenging.
