We enjoyed every minute of our much needed vacation at this property.

The condo was beautifully decorated and within close proximity to everything that we needed. The mattresses were extremely hard. We attempted to use spare blankets and comforters on top of the bed to try and soften a bit. Smoke detector began beeping our 2nd night in. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves of the ocean. Pool was wonderful. Overall, the perfect property to rent again !

Very relaxing. Loved the balcony and spent many hours there. Poor coffee machine was replaced immediately once reported. There were some dirty dishes, otherwise linens and towels clean and fresh. Great location near Sanibel.

The condo was excellent! Very clean, beautiful view of the water, and had all the necessities we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!

Loved everything about it!

The property was very nice and in a quiet location. We saw dolphins and manatee right off the beach. It could have been a little more updated and less switches and stuff all over. Tv remote was complicated-we are pretty tec savvy. Over all it was a nice place

We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the boats going by.

The renting process was as easy to clicks the property management team are super great they answer all my questions made things so easy. Definitely going back.

Great property for relaxing. No real beach to walk along but awesome view of Sanible Island. Very nice place and the staff was great.

The condo was in a nice location, right by the Sanibel causeway. The condo was a great size for the 3 of us, beds very comfortable. We all slept well. The pool area was lovely.

Property was clean- easy to get in and located very close to restaurants and sanibel island. Small beach but great pool!

We stayed the week for a remote work place with a better view and more to do in the evenings. The condo was great for two people working remotely. Plenty of places to set up laptops and not talk over each other on calls. The place had all you needed to make meals there, but also a short drive to Sanibel and everything there. The "private beach" was a bit of a disappointment, but you can't have everything.

We stayed in June, so it was very rainy almost the whole time. Despite that, we had fun! The unit is absolutely beautiful right as you walk in. Check in process is so simple with the lock-box. Everything was clean, beds were comfy. The place is bigger & nicer than it even looks in photos. The patio is great, you’re right on the water and can hear the waves from the room. It’s screened in so bugs were not a problem. The pool is really nice and beautiful. Hot tub too! The beach felt idyllic. Shade from trees & beach chairs everywhere so you don’t have to worry about that. We had groceries delivered from Publix and it was nice to elevator up with them. I would recommend that if not renting a car. Only downside was that you have to pay money to use the workout room & Marriott pool. And the workout room itself is very outdated. Other than that, would definitely stay here again. 15-20ish min to Fort Myers Beach, which has tons of cute bars and restaurants! We really like the Salty Crab & had fun on Salty Sam’s adult cruise pirate ship.

Great gateway, spectacular view form the lanai. The apartment was implacable, very comfortable and beautiful decorated. The condominium in general very quite, clean it was perfect. Definitely, we're coming back to this piece of paradise away from craziness of the city.

Loved the condo and property. Updated, clean and nicely decorated. Location was perfect. Had a girls get-a-way. Next time I will bring my husband back.

Just as advertised. Spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo with large living room and oceanfront screened porch. Perfect for 2 couples close to Sanibel and great tiki bar walking distance. Nice pool area and beach.

This properly was beautiful and amazing. We would definitely stay here again! The only complaint was not being able to check in earlier.

Our family had a wonderful time. The view was great from the patio. Suburb sunsets and it was neat to see all the different types of boats sailing by. Everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great. Beach and landscaping was beautiful. Nature walk was fun too. Close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands we took day trips there. We had a beautiful time and would love to come stay again sometime in the future.

The views are great. The place is nice... though a bit over decorated (we get it we're at the beach) and a bit dated (low ceilings). The beds were on the very firm side, which took several days for my back to get used to. For some reason they only give you two dishwasher pods. When we asked the property management company located on the first floor for more, they said they don't handle the cleaning and that we should go buy our own. We didn't have a car, so we would have had to take an Uber to the grocery story to do so. - This should be a no brainer to work out between the management company and the cleaning crew... and it's what a host seeking 5-stars would normally do. The views are amazing... though there's not much in way of restaurants or other amenities nearby. We did walk to the one restaurant down the road (Bimini's Bait Shack) but had to wait over an hour to get a table. The kitchen is equipped decently, but they do no provide anything other than a small salt and pepper in terms of spices. The pool and hot tub area are nice, but close at dusk - which is a bummer since they have lights in the water, and my family would have enjoyed that. Overall, we enjoyed the place and would recommend to others.

Great place and convenient to Sanibel and FMB!

This property was just what we’re were looking for in a family getaway! Quiet, clean accommodations & a gorgeous view. We lliterally saw dolphins every single day from the patio, many times up close! Convenient to Sanibel/Captiva!
