This property was beautiful! It was much larger than it looks in the photographs. The owner was simply the best. She helped us with all of our questions, and picked up on the first ring. 10/10 would recommend. Wonderful experience!

The condo was stunning & clean. Lenora, the owner was wonderful to work with & responsive to questions. I would definitely rent from her again. The only complaints I have are to do with Twin Palms management. The gate to enter the parking garage stopped working our last night there & no one was found to help or to call for maintenance. This was crucial! I did call Lenora and she helped as much as she could but this wasn’t her fault. Our last night was also terrible in regards to noise from neighbors. There appears to be no security nearby to maintain order/noise ordinance. I understand people are there to have fun, relax etc, but by midnight the super loud booming of music & loud annoying singing from neighbors should be done. I called the main line to ask about this and no one could help me. So lack of help with the gate & the horrible noise that kept my family from getting rest makes me question if I’ll come back. Despite these issues, I can’t stress enough how beautiful the condo was and how wonderful Lenora was to work with.

We stayed here right after labor day and it was so nice. This was our second year here and was just as great as the first year. Lenora was so easy to work with and the place was so clean. and close to everything. Jessie's was great for breakfast. The views are fantastic and right on the beach. We made great memories again this year. Thanks Lenora for sharing your place.

First time staying at Twin Palms, we enjoyed it. Great location, clean condo with very comfortable bed.

This property was exactly as described and seen in the photos. No complaints. The owner provided all of the information we needed and responds to any questions. This is our fourth year coming to Panama City and this trip by far was the best. We have stayed at different resorts each year we have visited, and Twin Palms is by far our favorite. It was not overcrowded. There were no waits on the elevator. The pools and hot tub were clean. Parking was easy. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our week at this condo! Very quiet place, elevators were quick, no big crowd at pool even with it being 4th of July week. We would definitely stay here again.

Leonora was super nice to work with! The condo was super clean! We were within walking distance to breakfast and supper if we didn't want to drive! We definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome condo has everything …huge balcony

We had heard that PCB had changed after the hurricanes to a more family friendly atmosphere. That wasn't the case. It was the typical atmosphere with cars/trucks/golf carts with loud music, honking, cat calls, etc. The property we stayed at was the highlight of the trip. Centrally located to everything, well equipped condo with comfortable beds and couches. Loved the facility just wish it was in another location.

Our stay was great, wish it was longer! Everything was as described! Lenora was great with communicating with me, if I had any questions. Location was perfect. Looking forward to next year.

Beautiful setting. . Very noisy just above pool and close to Front beach road. No paper products provided. Bring your own pillows too.

We had a terrific experience at this rental. The pictures online were true to the actual experience. The view of the gulf was amazing. We were right on the beach and the pool and hot tub were also clean and Mai rained. We grilled one night and those were also well maintained. Highly recommend this unit. Plenty for f beach gear in the closet.

Booked this condo because it has so many 5 star reviews. Did not think it was a five star condo upon arrival. I’ll start with the positive. It was a very good location and a clean condo. There was a decent amount of glassware and dishes. The owner is very responsive and checks in periodically. Now for the not so good. The mattress in the master bedroom is horrible. It’s thin and rock hard. The shower curtain liners were old and yucky.The door knob to the main bathroom was not functional. One of the legs on the outdoor table was completely rusted and was propped up with a folded up magazine. There was not a single trash bag upon arrival. The TV in the front room was awaiting repair so it did not respond to the remote. Overall it was a good stay but just a handful of things that could have made it feel like a 5 star condo.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very clean and spacious. It had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was an excellent choice for our week long stay. We are a family group of 4 adults and a 2 year old. It was a bit tight to navigate where to put the pack n play that the 2 year old slept in, but we worked it out by putting the pnp in the master bath at night, mom and dad slept in master bedroom, and all of us adults shared the other bathroom at night). There was a minor hiccup with the dryer, but it was quickly taken care of within 24 hrs. The view was absolutely perfect of the beach and gulf. It was just what we wanted for our vacation. There were also great views of the occasional fighter jet flybys (daytime only) from Tyndall AFB, which was the icing on the cake for us. We also enjoyed a lot of time at the pool and hot tub, that were just a few steps away from the direct beach access. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, or within a short drive. I would suggest avoiding renting anything from Outlaw Rentals, but they are not affiliated with Lenora in anyway, so they take nothing away from this condo. This listing is spot on and communicating with Lenora was effortless. She quickly responded to all texts and emails. The condo building has security code access to the parking garage, pool, and beach. I would definitely stay here again! Don't pass this one up if you're looking for great place to stay in PCB!!!

Everything was great. The weather cooperated most days. The location was perfect and so was the condo. The owner Nora would always answer my texts right away and the view from the huge balcony was gorgeous. Ate at Sunset cafe for breakfast. Very good food and service. Lots of great memories were made. We rented this condo for a family vacation.(6 people). check in was smooth. Condo very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you might want. The balcony (10th floor) is oversized and has an amazing view. I loved the sliders in the master bedroom. Loved waking up to the view of the ocean from the bedroom. King sized bed in master is very comfortable. I really appreciated that we dealt directly with the owner for check in , communication and any issues. She is very kind and responsive. She made it clear she wanted us to enjoy our stay. She is genuinely a kind person. The only things that were of issue when we were there, at no fault of the owner, was the lack of adequate towels and washclothes. I mention it only to say that the owner tried her best to get the issue resolved quickly. The other thing is that the washer and dryer set likely should be updated soon. Finally, the adult kids that had to use the pull out couch said it was not very comfortable (not sure any are ). However, I highly recommend this condo (1004) and we will absolutely stay there again on our next trip to panama city beach!

The condo was exactly as pictured and well maintained. The owner wonderful and answered all questions and concerns within 15 mins. Highly recommend this condo and we will definitely stay here again in the future!

Our stay was great! The condo had everything and was very clean! The kitchen had everything just like we were at home!! We had an amazing week and I hope that we are able to stay here every time we come! Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful condo but we had some issues throughout our stay. The host was very responsive but due to timing some issues couldn’t be taken care of. We were left without AC on our last night, it was so muggy we were unable to sleep so we ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

Lenora was very responsive even checked to make sure everything was ok.

This was the first year since we started coming to Panama that we stayed somewhere different than where we had stayed since our first trip. We were nervous about a new place because we all know what you see online isn't always what you get. But that's not the case here. This condo is exactly as portrayed in the pictures! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was WONDERFUL and answered ours calls/texts almost immediately! We will definitely be staying here again!
