Loved every minute of the vacation and room. Room was just as stated and communication with the owner was easy and they were there from the get go if we needed anything (which we didn’t). Would be back for future vacations here.

Our family had the best time, the condo and amenities were top notch amazing. We made memories of a a lifetime ! Thank you John and Paige !

Excellent condo, elevators were ridiculous during check in,

The pictures of this property are point on. We had plenty of room to relax and spread out throughout the condo. The property is very well stocked with any kitchen appliance and utensils you could need. The separate ice maker was amazing. John and Paige were easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We were a bit hesitant about the elevators with being on the 27th floor but all in all the experience was not terrible. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! We saw SO MANY dolphins and even saw 2 sting rays. Being so high you do not hear as much of the noise from the pool area and bar. I do have a few complaints about the property in general, not the condo itself. The security is ALL OVER keeping anyone under 21 out of the adult only pool but they do not patrol or keep order around the other pool or lazy river. The pools were only cleaned one time the entire week we were there. There were deflated floats and trash lying around the lazy river at all times as well as SEVERAL broken lounge chairs. Unless you were in the lazy river early in the morning it was difficult to relax and just float due to all the kids swimming, running around and jumping into the lazy river. All in all, we really did enjoy our time and would definitely stay again at John and Paige’s property. Thank you both for being amazing to work with. May God continue to bless you greatly!!

We had a wonderful time at the location. The amenities were top notch and the staff was great. Our family enjoyed the pool and beach, as well as nearby shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back to Orange Beach.

Really enjoyed the property overall elevators not working was frustrating.

The condo was great and exactly as described and pictured online. Very clean and spacious and communication was excellent. Perfect for our family. Having the new splash pad and cafe downstairs were a huge plus. Highly recommend!
