Beach Villas has been our go-to place for the past ten years, with the exception of the COVID period. This was the first time we stayed in a ground-floor apartment that is really close to the beach and pools for the kids. This time, we had our grandkids (ages 4 and 6) with us. It was nice for them to just step outside from the kitchen door. Overall, the place is fantastic. The only thing I don't like about the management is their exaggerated notices about not parking the car perfectly straight or leaving a hat on the balcony table.

This is our second year staying at the Beach Villas and we will certainly be back next year! This is the best property in Ko Olina. Great support staff who make it easy to book, check in and enjoy. Thank you!

Beach Villas are beautiful. We loved the lagoon! The mornings sitting on our lanai with the view of the ocean and listening to the birds singing was so relaxing!

First, Ko Olina Villas location is a great family vacation spot. It is a beautiful spot…quiet with calm beaches. Kio Olina Villas lagoon was the least busiest.
Second, the unit was awesome. It was very clean with many cooking tools. The rooms were perfect for our family. Spacious! Loved it!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Lanelle’s property in Hawaii, and it was nothing short of magical. The rental itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern luxury and island charm.
The spacious, open-concept living area made us feel right at home with large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals, which we enjoyed on the lanai.
In every way, the villa exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect retreat that allowed us to experience the best of Hawaii in luxury and comfort. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway.

Our Family of 5 adults and our 2 yr old granddaughter could not have asked for a more ideal setting with every amenity one could think of. Being on the ground floor was perfect of our granddaughter with the lawn just off the lanai allowing her to romp to her hearts content. The set up of the condo was also ideal with separate climate controls. Access to the beach and the pools/ grills/ bar were also within steps of our condo. So, so impressed with your condo and the Beach Villas staff and hospitality. This will be our go to Hawaiian destination for years to come.

My family and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. With two kids, ages 2 and 5, the property location was ideal, being on the ground floor (little one is a climber). The pools and lagoon are minutes away, making our daily swim sessions super easy. We found the property to be clean, well stocked, and exactly as advertised. The hosts were very responsive and checking in was breeze. We most definitely would love to return here one day, everyone had a great time.

This was a beautiful home to stay in .Lovely garden view and steps from beach. This was more than we expected plenty of space for everyone. We all had our own room and bathroom. Everything we needed in kitchen and we had access to grills and more space and kitchen by the pools. We had such a relaxing time and looking forward to next time.

Beautiful Villa with lovely surroundings and the ocean just steps away. The pool and grounds were amazing and we enjoyed the lagoon, perfect for swimming. The villa had everything we could possibly need. Everything clean and beds comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would rent here again!

Perfect location! The beach was amazing. Plenty of space for the whole family. It is nice to get away from all the people and be able to relax on the west side of the island.

This condo was perfect for our family- we had a toddler and a baby along with grandparents and there was plenty of space for all of us. This is so well set up for kids with a high chair and booster seat, mini crib, tons of beach toys, and so much more! My daughter loved playing in the large grassy area, which is shaded from the sun for most of the day. This means that the condo itself is a little dark inside, but it was a win for us not having to worry about sunscreen every time we stepped outside! The beach is not crowded at all, and many restaurants and shops are easily walkable. We definitely plan to return!

If you were looking for the perfect place in Ko Olina your search is over! Lanelle was amazing to communicate with and quick to answer any and all questions. The unit seriously has everything you need…if you were thinking of packing it, just leave it home because it’s already there! Perfectly situated on the quiet side of the beach villas, and the grassy area was the perfect space for our boys to play. They loved the pool and it’s just steps from Honu Lagoon (the least busy!) Also a most convenient location if you are looking at exploring the rest of the island. Seriously can’t say enough amazing things about our stay in this comfortable unit. We will definitely be back!

Overall great place to stay. This was condo-style with a low key beach and nice pool. A bit “rules-y” like you would expect with an HOA (think “violations” for towels on the patio and car tire 2mm on the white line parking spot), but that was tolerable. I liked it a lot. Good for families but also walking distance to restaurants and nearby hotels.

Being on the main floor was ideal with 2 little ones. Having a patio that extended out to the grass was ideal! It extended the living space 2-fold! And getting to the pool and beach was quick and easy.
The owners have provided so many accommodations too! From a crib to high chair to toys and books/games. As well as ample beach towels and toys!
Lastly the location on the island was ideal to get to all the “must-see sights”!
We would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was perfect for our group of 6, ranging in age from 1 to 76! The first floor location was really a benefit and we used the lanai a lot. The kitchen and dining/family area was great. The additional amenities including the crib/sand toys/videos were also greatly appreciated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our second time renting from Lanelle. We love her unit because it well stocked with kitchen items, bedding, beach toys, just to name a few. We also love the ground unit and quick access to the pool and beach. Lanelle was super quick to respond to any questions we had.
We had 14 people in our family staying in the Beach Villas. Three adults and 3 kids in our unit and next door were the grandparents and cousins and other family in another unit. The Beach Villas are very family friendly. The pool is great for the kids and the lagoons are safe for kids to swim in. We were able to get professional pictures taken just right outside the Villas by the beach. Everything was so amazing about this vacation. We will definitely be coming back to rent with Lanelle!

Our family loved Lanelle’s property. We felt like we were staying at an exclusive resort! Everything was immaculate. The proximity to the lagoon and pool made it possible for us to dip our toes in the water daily! We also loved that it was on the main floor, with a nearby parking space. After a long day of hiking waterfall trails, it was nice to get to the air conditioning quickly and easily. Lanelle and her team were responsive to every question and were gracious enough to return some items my husband left in a dresser after we checked out (including his car keys!) Thank you!

We had a great time at the Beach Villas! Loved how close it was to other things to do in Ko Olina! The place was so spacious! We would definitely go back.

Property was beautiful and loved the grass area for my granddaughter to play. Very short walk to the pool and the beach. We had an amazing time with the comforts of home. Lanelle was very helpful in answering any questions. Shane was our on sight contact person and responded within a short time.

This location was perfect. The place was beautiful. The only thing was it needs a laundry basket other than that you couldn’t ask for anything more. I had everything just no restaurant on site. Everything else was perfect.

We loved our stay in Oahu. The room was very clean and had everything you could think of. We didn’t need to bring sand toys, beach stuff, crib, high chair, or even a stroller. We were very impressed. The location also can’t be beat. Just walking distance to the beach! Will definitely be back.

We loved this splendid set up, with lagoons for swimming and snorkeling. Villa very lovely, quality in most aspects. Enjoyed music in the late afternoons by the bar area.
We had issues with appliances however. Wine cooler was broken, dishwasher also broke down. Maintenance people came often to fix things. I think all appliances need to be gone over so they are functional. We had to hand wash dishes for 8 people which kept us busy.

My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary with our 4 children (ages 8,11,14, and 16). The Beach Villas at Ko Olina was the perfect location!! The Lagoon was a short walking distance and the perfect place for our kids to play on the beautiful beach and in the clear water. The neighborhood was incredible safe while being walking distance to Roy's, Monkeypod, Paradise Cove Luau, Island Vintage Coffee, etc. We loved being on the ground floor so our kids could play outside while we cooked dinner. We used the lanai everyday to enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian weather. Everyone at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lagoon and resort were quiet and not over crowded at all. Would highly recommend staying here!

We were able to rent this 3 bedroom villa to celebrate my daughter’s acceptance into UH and her 18th birthday. This villa accommodated my family, my mother, aunties, and cousins. We had everything we needed and more. We will come back again and again. We found our home away from home!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Our stay here was awesome. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We do like the ground floor just because it’s easier to access the pool and beach. The kids had room play outside. One of the best family vacations we had.
