The furnishings in this condo were beautiful. Everything is high end and well taken care of. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we loved being able to bring our boat and dock it here. The lazy river was a big hit for our family. The owner manages the condo and was super quick and responsive when we had an issue with the code to the door. I would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely stay here again.

We came down as family to celebrate my sister’s 40th bday. Arriving at the property was easy and the location is spectacular. The views of the bay are so beautiful. We only had a minor issue that was QUICKLY remedied. Lindsey was so quick to respond with any questions we had and her property is great! The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean!
The lazy river pool was a HUGE hit as most
Of the trip, as it was too hot to be at the beach. There is a very fun water slide that the kids and adults alike loved!
I have already sent this listing to a friend planning on coming down to Orange Beach!
We would happily stay here again!

Beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the bay! We chose this property for the lazy river/mini water park and close by fishing. It was all extremely nice!

Beautiful unit at equally beautiful condo! Unit is exactly as pictured, beds are comfy, and owner is very responsive! (Just watch out for the glass coffee table corners … be sure you leave adequate room and don’t cut the corners, lol, they aren’t forgiving.) The lazy river and pool area are clean and enjoyable. We brought the jet skis and boat; LOVED the on-site boat launch and available boat slip. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great Stay!
This was our 2nd time staying in 1505. It’s a great condo for our family vacation. Beds are great, kitchen is stocked & the view is perfect. We bring our boat & enjoy island days as well as the lazy river. The owner is great to work with and very responsive.

Such a wonderful vacation....we will return again!!!!
This condo was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was so comfortable and every need was fulfilled from the super comfy beds to the well stocked kitchen to the beautiful decor, everything was just perfect! The owner was so gracious and made sure all of our questions were answered in a friendly/timely manner. We love the Orange Beach area and will return to this unit in particular in the future.

Beautiful condo, great view
Really enjoyed this beautiful, spacious condo. Well laid out with plenty of room for a larger family with kids. Easy access, plenty of parking, away from heavy traffic, close to the beach if you’re willing to leave the awesome pool, beautiful view looking out over Perdido Pass that leads directly to the Gulf. Our family felt very comfortable here and hope to return next year.

Senior Spring Break 2022
We’ve stayed at POB many time over the years with our children when they were younger. They are now 22 and 17! This was by far our favorite condo. We chose this unit for our daughter’s spring break and we were not disappointed! We look forward to booking thing unit again in the near future!

Family Vacation
My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at Phoenix on the bay! The property was just as advertised, clean, beautifully decorated and Amazing views! The property owner Lindsey was a phone call away and handled any issues that we had right away! I highly recommend staying here.

This was the perfect location! Great Condo with awesome pools and the Lazy River. Very good Restaurants near by . Just a heads up you will need to pick up everything for your stay like salt,pepper. coffee filters, paper towels and etc. The kitchen is stocked with all modern appliances and that type of things. Beautiful Decor through out the Condo. You won't be disappointed..

Great place for families
The place is better than the pictures show. There is everything you could need in the condo, even an ice maker which is a plus.Very clean, pristine, up to date, and homely. Lindsey is awsome to work with!

Beautiful and super clean condo!
We had an awesome vacation in this beautiful condo! It was spotless clean and the decor was amazing! Your artwork is just fabulous! We sat on the balcony each night with a glass of wine and the view was so, so pretty. Lindsey was super helpful and answered questions as well as recommended many local restaurants and fun things to do. We had the absolute best vacation here and will definitely be back. Perfect for all ages. No need to ever leave the property!
This was our first time coming to the area. We brought our three young boys and my older mom who uses a motorized scooter due to knee replacement. This space was perfect for us. The kitchen and dining space didn’t feel crowded and the walk-in shower in one room for mom was a plus!!! Close to the elevators made it easy to come up and down to the water park. Loved everything about this place and this condo! Balcony gives a great view of the water park and the bay. Having on-site laundry was also great! The place was very clean and spacious so we didn’t feel crammed and could relax to watch a movie of an evening. We ventured out each day but everyone enjoyed the pools, slide and lazy river the most. The only downside would be that fitness center has limited hours and no free weights but on vacation it’s not that big of a deal! Love love love! No regrets.

Lovely property
The condo was very nice. The view was beautiful. The marina is under construction so there were a lot of cranes/chained linked fences in site but it didn't take away from our stay. The lazy river was wonderful for our teens! We called the cleaning company regarding some things and never heard back from them. We had to go purchase TP and paper towels and reuse trash bags because they only provide 2. And the floor was filthy. Obviously hadn't been professionally mopped. That was the only disappointing part after spending thousands to stay there. Those little amenities make a HUGE difference! The location was great. A quick drive to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. The tiki boat ride was a fun '3 hour tour'. Doc's Seafood right down the road has great food and the prices were great for the quantity/quality.
Overall it's a property we would recommend!

Phoenix On The Bay
This was one of the best vacations my family and I have been on. The condo was so nice, we never wanted to leave to go anywhere. The kids had so much to do with all of the amenities on site that we didn’t have to live to do anything. Everyone in Orange Beach were so friendly and nice and the city is just beautiful all by itself. Love it, we already booked again for this summer.

Wonderful Getaway at Phoenix on the Bay!
The unit exceeded our expectations and everything about the resort was great. Lindsey was more than accommodating and helpful during our stay. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and accommodate our sleeping needs. My mother in law and mom said they slept like a baby. The lazy river and water slide were so much fun! My husband and I really enjoyed the serenity of the resort. The drive to the Cotton Bayou beach entrance was a short 5-6 mins away. The beach had clean public restrooms and restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to visit again and stay with Lindsey! You were the best host!!

A ROCKSTAR CONDO OWNER!!!
My daughter was getting married 2 weeks after the devastating hurricane Sally hit OBA. This owner went above and beyond to make our weekend so special and calmed me by checking status of this condo/ reassuring me all would be fine and communicating with me in a very timely manner. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! It was close to the venue- the process was smooth and stress free. With everything we had to coordinate and reschedule/modify- staying at this condo was a peaceful and a wonderful experience. I can't say enough postive things.... I would love to stay there again... hopefully soon! 5 STAR in every category!

LAZY day at the LAZY RIVER
Our stay was wonderful as we didn’t have to leave to go enjoy our fun. We went straight to the lazy river. Enough floats, clean areas, quick access to the car AND elevator. The condo was BEAUTIFUL with beach decor that really felt like paradise. It was wonderful to have 2 king bedrooms. Beds were comfy! October is a great time to come as it is not very crowded and we loved the quiet. I would call it family oriented! We even rode the slide as adults. I cannot say enough about the lazy river. If we were to come again, we would bring more toilet paper. There were no replacements, 1 roll per bathroom. However, the owner was ALWAYS immediate to answer! It was wonderful. 🤗

Very clean and spacious!
Would definitely rent this condo again. The condo owners were very sweet! The only issue we encountered was from a man that was working the front desk that was employed by Brett/Robinson that was not very nice. Other than that we so enjoyed our stay !
