Everything was wonderful! Clear and concise check in/check out instructions & responsive property managers when I reached out. The property itself was beautiful. Well appointed, very clean cabin and the location was perfect. I highly recommend and will not think twice to book again!

We really enjoyed this property. The back deck is spectacular and we spent most of our time there. The views are amazing and we even got a surprise night view of the Starlink satellite "train".

We've been back many times and this cabin at Log Heaven is so enjoyable. Close to many beautiful hiking trails and also a short drive to Helen and Cleveland. We always have a fabulous time at this property. We look forward to going again.

This house was more than advertised. The views from the deck were outstanding, and it felt like home! Everything was clean, including the HOT TUB, and we even saw a couple of young black bears in the backyard. My wife and I recommend staying here if you plan to visit the area. We spent most of our time in Helen, GA, which was only a quick 8-minute drive.

The property was very nice and clean, the cabin is Beautiful and the amenities are almost spa-like stress relievers. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely be back to stay again.

The cabin was exactly what we were hoping it would be. Three bedrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. The sauna and hot tub were amazing. Thank you for having the hot tub at temp when we arrived. Usually we lose half a day getting it up to temp. The cabin is exactly as described, wonderful steam shower on the main floor and a gorgeous copper claw tub in the top floor bedroom. Washer and Dryer were new and clean. The cabin itself was clean and inviting. We enjoyed being able to walk out to the deck to the hot tub and the large seating area. The sauna is only accessible outside so just know you will have to walk around the cabin to enjoy it. The mountain seating around the outdoor fire pit was really aesthetically pleasing.

Our stay was fantastic, all was amazing. Hope to return.

Everything went very smoothly and the cabin was very nice, especially the master bedroom. Will likely rent again in the future.

We loved the property, amenities, and view. The outdoor deck and patio were beautiful. The inside amenities were great, especially the steam shower. We loved the place and look forward to going back.

We love everything about this cabin! It’s perfect for just relaxing and slowing down. We’ve stayed here two times and both times every thing has been easy, comfortable and relaxing. I can not recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back!

Our second time renting this fabulous cabin! We love the location-easy to Helen and easy to a lot of vineyards. The cabin is well stocked and is very comfortable even for our furbaby! We will return!

We were 5 adults coming from Florida to have a reunion with far away cousins in Helen. This cabin was amazing. The upstairs master suite was even more beautiful than pictures portrayed. We had gorgeous views of the mountains as we sat on the decks and basked in the peaceful serenity of the area. It was so relaxing. The cabin was about 12 to 15 minutes from Helen,and about 10 minutes from Cleveland. Plenty of things to do and things to see. We hope to be back soon.

Log Heaven was just that for us… a slice of Heaven with mountains greeting us in the early morning light and sounds of the forest lulling us to sleep. The cabin had more amenities than we could imagine and the management staff wonderfully responsive. Communication and instructions were clear and helpful. We are still talking about the dreamy deck and view!

The light above the stove didn't work. The kitchen cooking area was very small as well as the tv area. A dishwasher would have been nice. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay

This is a well equipped rustic cabin with a drop dead beautiful west facing view of a mountain. From the rustic interior, massive master bed room, amenities such a the spa and sauna, fire pit and more it was the perfect getaway get together for our family. The huge deck and wooded surround gave the feeling of being alone in the mountains making morning coffee the way to begin the day of hiking and meandering the shops in Helen.

Property is listed as a luxury log cabin - if luxury is now defined as food crusted on cabinets, stains running down the front of cabinets, a 1 inch topper mattress a top a dilapidated mattress serving the primary suite, spiders, spider webs and cockroaches visible (had to buy foggers) raggedy towels, sheets, the cheapest toilet paper, paper towels, liquid watered down soap provided and urine and other stains all over the rugs. No ice or ice trays provided. For the price charged this place needs to either step up its game to coincide with its advertising or change its description & prices to represent the true description of the property and its amenities. This property is owned and operated by a business that manages at least 31 cabins in the area so not a welcoming private owner but a cold business, over charging, not properly cleaning the property and providing substandard amenities so it pockets more money. Shame on it and VRBO for listing its properties without investigating whether what they are stating about its listings are accurate and not fraudulent!
