We stayed for 4 days and found the townhouse worked well for the 4 of us

Property was really clean. Owners were great to work with, quick to respond. Villa is beautiful, the picture don't do it justice. Views are great. The pool was steps from the front door. It was a quick bike ride to both marinas or the beach. Walking distance to Harbor Town or other restaurants in Sea Pines. We really enjoyed our stay.

I’m not even sure where to begin…this home was wonderful. - Extremely clean, which was important for my immune compromised family member - Furniture, bedding, layout were all very comfortable and relaxing - The property is beautiful and well maintained - Best location in Sea pines. Easy beach access, short distance to Harbour Town, and the pool is across from the unit - Very thoughtfully stocked, from the linens to the Tupperware I could continue, but the absolute best feature of this unit is the owners themselves. They provided detailed check in and check out instructions; answered our pre booking questions quickly; and took the time to directly check on us, provide storm warnings, offer assistance, etc when bad weather was predicted for the area. I’ve stayed in many VRBO units and have never met kinder, more professional owners. We can’t wait to come back!

This villa was perfect for our family's stay in Hilton Head. The location was especially nice since our youngest son was able to watch golfers from the back porch and also play a round on our last day. We were able to bring our dog too, and thankfully nothing was broken and she had no accidents when we had to leave her alone.

This was a return visit for us, and it was an excellent family beach trip. The hosts Irene and Steve are good to work with, and we enjoyed the new updates and electronic entry. A short walk out behind this villa to Harbourtown 18 for sunset is a special treat. We look forward to returning.

We stayed here for my daughter’s senior trip and we didn’t want to leave. The owners were super nice and responded quickly to every email. They gave us great advice on where to rent bikes and where to go. The Villa was perfect for us. Having a mirror wall and 3 bathrooms made it easy for 7 girls to get ready to go out! It was quite and peaceful the entire time we were there and the views were beautiful. Everything was close by even the grocery store. I felt safe the entire time we there. As a mom chaperoning a senior trip with girls I never once worried for our safety. The only problem we had was the cleaning job when we first got there. There were a few things missed like a dirty cookie sheet still in the oven, a k cup still in the kuerig, and the floors were dirty. It wasn’t a horrible cleaning job but it wasn’t great. I emailed the owners and they responded promptly and took care of the problem. I am already wanting to plan another trip to Hilton Head and I would definitely stay this villa again!

Simple and easy check in. Location is good for enjoying peace and quiet on the golf course. Parking is no problem and the pool is lovely. No frills to the place. Would suggest upgrading beds and bedding and adding kitchen on next renovation. We had a nice time and we’re able to accommodate large family for a dinner one thanks to a folding table and extra chairs.

The condo was clean, well kept, and accessible. Nice location, and quite comfortable. Would recommend the property and hosts.

Our family of 4 and our Boston Terrier had a fantastic stay. Every effort was made to make this condo pet friendly and it did not disappoint! The best part was it did not smell of past pet guests! When we checked into the condo, it was clean and exactly as described in the description and photos. The loft with the twin beds and bathroom were a nice surprise for our 11 year old son! The king sized bed in the master was super comfortable and the view from the master can’t be beat! We loved biking to Harbor Town each evening and for us the beach was a manageable bike ride away. If it’s a bit too far for someone, the trolly picks up right down the street so that’s another very convenient way to get to the beach club or anywhere else in Sea Pines as well. We loved sitting outside and watching the alligator, various birds, turtles and two deer! We try to make it to Sea Pines once or twice a year and I will do my best to book this condo again! We did have a small issue w/the washer but the owner responded within 5 minutes of my messaging her so you can’t beat that! Overall we loved our week at 185 Twin Oaks and can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful view and convenient location to get to trolley and Harbor Town. 7 min drive to the beach! House had everything we needed. Our third summer vacation in Sea Pines - always a wonderful time!

The property in Twin Oaks was beautiful, clean, spacious and the perfect location in Sea Pines. The view from the condo was spectacular- right on the 10th fairway, live oaks with Spanish moss and in the distance, views of the Calibogie Sound. We loved the 2 patios and saw lots of wildlife— gators, deer, blue heron, eagles etc. The hosts were very responsive and the booking and check in process was seamless. Many thanks to them for a very memorable vacation!

We love staying at Irene's condo. It feels like our home away from home since we have stayed there so often. It is a perfect location ---close to Harbour Town and a short bike ride to the beach and a beautiful view! Irene is quick to respond about any need we might have.

The kitchen is not ideal but everything else was great. Definitely will come back

This condo was excellent for having our dog with us. The owners have done a good job of pretty much making this unit pet proof. Would I bring my young great grandchildren their, probably not. But it was perfect for us. Had everything we needed and more. Very nice updated master bath. The location and view from this unit is great!!

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Sea Pines. The location is perfect, views are amazing and the new renovations look great! My mom and I very much enjoyed our stay. This condo had everything we needed and more! Hope to return soon!

The property was beautiful and in a great location in Sea Pines. The home has been updated since the photos were taken for the listing and the upgrades were amazing! We loved the laminate floors and the bathroom updates. The view out the back of the property was amazing too with views of the sound, golf course, and a small lagoon/canal. Our stay was amazing and we’d definitely visit again!

We have stayed here more times than I can count! We absolutely love the location. Irene is always quick to respond to any need or issue we have.

This property was perfect for my family. We loved waking up and having coffee overlooking the golf course. Plus we were within walking distance of the Marriott Harbour Club where our extended family was staying. Thank you!

Super helpful owners

We enjoyed our stay in Sea Pines. The condo was clean and met our needs. We rented bikes and bikes all over the island. The location was perfect. We will definitely look for this condo on our next trip to HHI.

The property has a great location in a quiet area of the island and a wonderful pool. The access to Harbor Town was great.

My wife and two young boys have found this to be a wonderful spot for our annual HH getaways. We typically spend two weeks at the beach and this is a great spot. We don’t spend much time in, so we don’t need a lot of space. That said, the space is certainly sufficient for a family of 4-6. One of the great renovations made this year was the flooring. There had been carpet but now there is a very nice laminate tile style flooring. If you’re looking for a simple and comfortable place to settle for a while at HH, this is a great option!

Admittedly, we did not spend much time at the property or its surrounding amenities, as we had relatives elsewhere on the island we were visiting with, but it was perfect for our needs. Would absolutely rent again from these fabulous owners!

Our experience was amazing. This worked perfectly for our family. We’ve stayed in 4 different houses in Twin Oaks just for the afternoon hangout. This sits on the 10th hole at Harbour Town but you have an clear view of 16 and the tee on 17. No better place to hangout and watch golfers who’ve paid for the caddie and the experience the pros get. The shade/view from the tree at this condo is perfect. Other condos sit and bake in the summer sun. With our fan this was perfect. We grilled, biked to the beach and did all our normal vacation activities. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen is dated but worked fine to cook breakfast and make sandwiches. If you are into fancy furnishings then you may want to keep looking but for a family that has gone to Sea Pines for many years this felt like home away from home. Loved it.

Twin Oaks is a marvellous location for a Hilton Head holiday and we have stayed in a number of properties in this row. The views of the golf course, the south facing position , lovely sunsets and close proximity to Harbour Town and the beach make this an excellent site. The owners were extremely helpfully when we had to cancel two bookings due to COVID restrictions and especially so when we finally got to stay. The one fault I would say is that the property is dated in comparison to others we have stayed on in Twin Oaks and would benefit from renovation, especially in the kitchen.
