Great property. Nice to find 5 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is only accessible through another room but for our group that was okay. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The owner was pleasant to work with.

Stayed for a weekend and this property was stunning. Had everything we could have ever needed. Thanks so much for letting us stay 😊

Beautiful home with a large backyard. Everything we needed was provided and the home is located very close to everything and we really enjoyed our stay!

This house is 7 min away from the Camelback area, which was very convenient for eating and shopping. The house itself was super clean and nicely decorated.

We have 3 families stay.. total of 12 people and this home was roomy with plenty of rooms for all to sleep. The master bedroom has an adjoining room and sofa bed which fit the family of 5 comfortably. The kitchen, living and dining area was big enough for everyone to enjoy meals together. The backyard was spacious to enjoy meals together and toss the football, frisbee and baseball around. It's about 15 minutes away from GCU campus where are 3 kids attend. Convenient to stores, restaurants and Starbucks.Julia the owner was awesome. She communicated from the time we reserved and gave all the information needed three days before reservation. She was able to help us find the best place to purchase a Thanksgiving meal.All in all it was a great time and I highly recommend. We will be back!!

The house was perfect for me and my 4 buddies for spring training and golf. The home was very well stocked for kitchen items, plenty of linens, and lots of space. The location was also great—short distance from airport and major freeways. Julia, our host, was fantastic in answering all our questions prior to and during our stay.

Julia was an amazing hostess. The house was beautiful and so roomy. Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful oasis. We went to Phoenix for our daughter’s wedding and had several different family members staying with us. Great location, close to everything and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We had 14 of us staying at the house for a family wedding. The house was in a great location, very clean and lots of room for all of us. The kitchen was beautiful, big and equipped with every kithchen item you would need. The back yard was big with a wonderful grill and lots of setting for all of us. I would highly recommend this house!

We thoroughly enjoyed a visit! Julia was very easy to communicate with. When preparing for our stay they thought of everything. The little details in the house were nice.

We had 16 of us in town for my son's wedding. Great open spaces to congregate, play games, laugh and chat together. Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for the week. Julia was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd definitely stay again!

GCU families - great option for move-in. parent weekend, graduation, etc. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy, lots of sitting, clean, updated, great option

My daughter got married and we had a large amount of family members coming in from out of town. The house was perfect for big gatherings. Julia was really available and accommodating with our needs. I definitely recommend this home for a Phoenix stay.

Large bedrooms, large living spaces, awesome beds. Lots more. Nice area and nice neighbors. Was a great find at a budget price.
