This was a GREAT house for our Spring Break getaway! The layout was ideal for our group of 12. There was plenty of space to relax inside and outside by the pool. The bedrooms all had individual bathrooms so no sharing needed! Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. All rooms were nicely, decorated and super clean. The kitchen had ample space to cook meals and was stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you would need. The living room area was perfect for the game nights we had each evening. The fireplace was a bonus on chilly nights! There was a washer, dryer and a huge garage too! Now let’s talk about outside… The pool area was super relaxing and just awesome! While the kids played in the pool, the adults had plenty of places to lounge. My favorite area was the chairs placed on the top level of the pool. A great spot to catch sun and stay cool at the same time. And did I mention the awesome hammock, hot tub and poolside waterfall! Lastly, I wanted to say thank you to our hosts. Overall great communication and attentiveness to our needs. I reached out prior to our trip with a few questions and they responded right away. They proactively contacted me prior to our trip to make sure we had the check-in information. And they also checked in while we were there to make sure we had what we needed. So if your group is looking for a relaxing chill by the pool and hang out at a great house getaway, stay here!

Excellent home for family and friends, all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and one has a small kitchenette as well. The yard is very private and the hot tub and pool are in a perfect location. Large kitchen with two islands really made it easy to cook and layout a buffet!

We had such a memorable trip. Great house, great location, and easy experience with the team. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing stay from the check- in to the accuracy of what they say in their advertising for this property. We were met 15 minutes late for the check- in which we tried to time with our groceries only to be told we then had to wait outside while he went in to inspect the property first. Once we were then allowed to enter we weren’t allowed to bring the groceries in that we’re melting in the car until he gave us his tour/ lecture about the property. We had 4 adult couples staying in the house and we’re all shocked at the level of grumpiness and vey abrupt behaviour we encountered after entering the property. I have stayed at Vrbo in Palm Springs before and have never encountered the threats on noise and multiple warnings of him coming back to charge us a 5000.00 dollar fine???? Also the property lists as new and it is not, it worn in places, the furniture does not match the pictures, and was very disappointing to see after expecting something different. Kitchen is not fully stocked and has vey old items that are gross. We also payed extra for a heated pool that stayed cold and we were only able to use the hot tub after waiting for it to warm up each time. This house I’m sure was beautiful when it was new but needs to be up kept. Just don’t want anyone to be disappointed like we were, we have stayed at much better places in Palm!

Beautiful home with everything we needed for an easy stay. I particularly loved the open space to gather, which was large enough to accommodate all of us for morning coffee and evening chats. This is a somewhat unusual feature compared to other places I've stayed in PS. We also loved how the bedrooms were situated around the house. Outdoor area was perfect and we had plenty of shade in the afternoon heat.

The location, house and grounds were lovely and perfect for our needs. We had five couples in five suites. The Palm Springs guest noise ordinance is oppressive, making it difficult to enjoy the outside amenities.

The house is very centrally located to hikes, downtown, restaurants, supermarkets. The space is also well designed with five bedrooms around a comfortable living dining area. It made it easy for family to enjoy Thanksgiving all together and then when needed we could all retreat to our personal space. The pool and jacuzzi were a great way to start or end the day. Highly recommend it for groups. Easy to enjoy and a fun way to relax!

Great location and communication with hosts! Whatever we needed they helped to get right away. Would def stay there again.
